| 1 [11:70] | Falamma raa aydiyahum latasilu ilayhi nakirahum waawjasa minhum kheefatan qaloola takhaf inna orsilna ila qawmi lootin |  فلما رأى أيديهم لا تصل إليه نكرهم وأوجس منهم خيفة قالوا لا تخف إنا أرسلنا إلى قوم لوطفَلَمَّا رَأَى أَيْدِيَهُمْ لاَ تَصِلُ إِلَيْهِ نَكِرَهُمْ وَأَوْجَسَ مِنْهُمْ خِيفَةً قَالُواْ لاَ تَخَفْ إِنَّا أُرْسِلْنَا إِلَى قَوْمِ لُوطٍ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - But when| رأى - he saw| أيديهم - their hands| لا - not| تصل - reaching| إليه - to it,| نكرهم - he felt unfamiliar of them| وأوجس - and felt apprehension| منهم - from them| خيفة - [a fear].| قالوا - They said,| لا - "(Do) not| تخف - fear.| إنا - Indeed, we| أرسلنا - [we] have been sent| إلى - to| قوم - (the) people| لوط - (of) Lut."| | ||||||
| 2 [11:74] | Falamma thahaba AAan ibraheemaalrrawAAu wajaat-hu albushra yujadilunafee qawmi lootin | فلما ذهب عن إبراهيم الروع وجاءته البشرى يجادلنا في قوم لوط فَلَمَّا ذَهَبَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الرَّوْعُ وَجَاءَتْهُ الْبُشْرَى يُجَادِلُنَا فِي قَوْمِ لُوطٍ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - And when| ذهب - (had) gone away| عن - from| إبراهيم - Ibrahim| الروع - the fright,| وجاءته - and had reached him| البشرى - the glad tidings,| يجادلنا - he argued with Us,| في - concerning| قوم - the people| لوط - of Lut.| | ||||||
| 3 [11:81] | Qaloo ya lootu innarusulu rabbika lan yasiloo ilayka faasri bi-ahlika biqitAAinmina allayli wala yaltafit minkum ahadun illaimraataka innahu museebuha ma asabahuminna mawAAidahumu alssubhu alaysa alssubhubiqareebin | قالوا يا لوط إنا رسل ربك لن يصلوا إليك فأسر بأهلك بقطع من الليل ولا يلتفت منكم أحد إلا امرأتك إنه مصيبها ما أصابهم إن موعدهم الصبح أليس الصبح بقريب قَالُواْ يَا لُوطُ إِنَّا رُسُلُ رَبِّكَ لَن يَصِلُواْ إِلَيْكَ فَأَسْرِ بِأَهْلِكَ بِقِطْعٍ مِّنَ اللَّيْلِ وَلاَ يَلْتَفِتْ مِنكُمْ أَحَدٌ إِلاَّ امْرَأَتَكَ إِنَّهُ مُصِيبُهَا مَا أَصَابَهُمْ إِنَّ مَوْعِدَهُمُ الصُّبْحُ أَلَيْسَ الصُّبْحُ بِقَرِيبٍ | |||||
| Words | |قالوا - They said,| يا - O| لوط - "O Lut!| إنا - Indeed, we| رسل - (are) messengers| ربك - (of) your Lord,| لن - never| يصلوا - they will reach| إليك - you.| فأسر - So travel| بأهلك - with your family| بقطع - in a part| من - of| الليل - the night| ولا - and (let) not| يلتفت - look back| منكم - anyone of you,| أحد - anyone of you,| إلا - except| امرأتك - your wife.| إنه - Indeed, it| مصيبها - will strike her| ما - what| أصابهم - will strike them.| إن - Indeed,| موعدهم - their appointed time| الصبح - (is) morning.| أليس - Is not| الصبح - the morning| بقريب - near?"| | ||||||
| 4 [11:89] | Waya qawmi la yajrimannakumshiqaqee an yuseebakum mithlu ma asabaqawma noohin aw qawma hoodin aw qawma salihinwama qawmu lootin minkum bibaAAeedin | ويا قوم لا يجرمنكم شقاقي أن يصيبكم مثل ما أصاب قوم نوح أو قوم هود أو قوم صالح وما قوم لوط منكم ببعيد وَيَا قَوْمِ لاَ يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شِقَاقِي أَن يُصِيبَكُم مِّثْلُ مَا أَصَابَ قَوْمَ نُوحٍ أَوْ قَوْمَ هُودٍ أَوْ قَوْمَ صَالِحٍ وَمَا قَوْمُ لُوطٍ مِّنكُم بِبَعِيدٍ | |||||
| Words | |ويا - And O| قوم - And O my people!| لا - (Let) not cause you to sin| يجرمنكم - (Let) not cause you to sin| شقاقي - my dissension| أن - lest| يصيبكم - befalls you| مثل - similar| ما - (to) what| أصاب - befell| قوم - (the) people of Nuh| نوح - (the) people of Nuh| أو - or| قوم - (the) people of Hud| هود - (the) people of Hud| أو - or| قوم - people of Salih.| صالح - people of Salih.| وما - And not| قوم - (are the) people of Lut| لوط - (are the) people of Lut| منكم - from you| ببعيد - far off.| | ||||||
| 5 [15:59] | Illa ala lootin innalamunajjoohum ajmaAAeena | إلا آل لوط إنا لمنجوهم أجمعين إِلاَّ آلَ لُوطٍ إِنَّا لَمُنَجُّوهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ | |||||

| 11 [27:56] | Fama kana jawabaqawmihi illa an qaloo akhrijoo ala lootinmin qaryatikum innahum onasun yatatahharoona | فما كان جواب قومه إلا أن قالوا أخرجوا آل لوط من قريتكم إنهم أناس يتطهرون فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَن قَالُوا أَخْرِجُوا آلَ لُوطٍ مِّن قَرْيَتِكُمْ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فما - But not| كان - was| جواب - (the) answer| قومه - (of) his people| إلا - except| أن - that| قالوا - they said,| أخرجوا - "Drive out| آل - (the) family| لوط - (of) Lut| من - from| قريتكم - your town.| إنهم - Indeed, they| أناس - (are) people| يتطهرون - who keep clean and pure."| | ||||||
| 12 [29:26] | Faamana lahu lootun waqalainnee muhajirun ila rabbee innahu huwa alAAazeezualhakeemu | فآمن له لوط وقال إني مهاجر إلى ربي إنه هو العزيز الحكيم فَآمَنَ لَهُ لُوطٌ وَقَالَ إِنِّي مُهَاجِرٌ إِلَى رَبِّي إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ | |||||
| Words | |فآمن - And believed| له - [in] him| لوط - Lut,| وقال - and he said,| إني - "Indeed I (am)| مهاجر - emigrating| إلى - to| ربي - my Lord.| إنه - Indeed, He| هو - [He] (is)| العزيز - the All-Mighty,| الحكيم - the All-Wise."| | ||||||
| 13 [38:13] | Wathamoodu waqawmu lootin waas-habual-aykati ola-ika al-ahzabu | وثمود وقوم لوط وأصحاب الأيكة أولئك الأحزاب وَثَمُودُ وَقَوْمُ لُوطٍ وَأَصْحَابُ الْأَيْكَةِ أُوْلَئِكَ الْأَحْزَابُ | |||||

| 17 [66:10] | Daraba Allahu mathalan lillatheenakafaroo imraata noohin waimraata lootin kanatatahta AAabdayni min AAibadina salihaynifakhanatahuma falam yughniya AAanhumamina Allahi shay-an waqeela odkhula alnnaramaAAa alddakhileena | ضرب الله مثلا للذين كفروا امرأت نوح وامرأت لوط كانتا تحت عبدين من عبادنا صالحين فخانتاهما فلم يغنيا عنهما من الله شيئا وقيل ادخلا النار مع الداخلين ضَرَبَ اللَّهُ مَثَلًا لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا امْرَأَتَ نُوحٍ وَامْرَأَتَ لُوطٍ كَانَتَا تَحْتَ عَبْدَيْنِ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا صَالِحَيْنِ فَخَانَتَاهُمَا فَلَمْ يُغْنِيَا عَنْهُمَا مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا وَقِيلَ ادْخُلَا النَّارَ مَعَ الدَّاخِلِينَ | |||||
