| 1 [8:1] | Yas-aloonaka AAani al-anfali qulial-anfalu lillahi waalrrasooli faittaqooAllaha waaslihoo thata baynikum waateeAAooAllaha warasoolahu in kuntum mu/mineena |  يسألونك عن الأنفال قل الأنفال لله والرسول فاتقوا الله وأصلحوا ذات بينكم وأطيعوا الله ورسوله إن كنتم مؤمنينيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْأَنفَالِ قُلِ الْأَنفَالُ لِلّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ فَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ وَأَصْلِحُواْ ذَاتَ بَيْنِكُمْ وَأَطِيعُواْ اللّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |يسألونك - They ask you| عن - about| الأنفال - the spoils of war.| قل - Say,| الأنفال - "The spoils of war| لله - (are) for Allah| والرسول - and the Messenger.| فاتقوا - So fear| الله - Allah| وأصلحوا - and set right| ذات - that| بينكم - (which is) between you| وأطيعوا - and obey| الله - Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger,| إن - if| كنتم - you are| مؤمنين - believers."| | ||||||
| 2 [8:7] | Wa-ith yaAAidukumu Allahu ihdaaltta-ifatayni annaha lakum watawaddoonaanna ghayra thati alshshawkati takoonu lakumwayureedu Allahu an yuhiqqa alhaqqa bikalimatihiwayaqtaAAa dabira alkafireena | وإذ يعدكم الله إحدى الطائفتين أنها لكم وتودون أن غير ذات الشوكة تكون لكم ويريد الله أن يحق الحق بكلماته ويقطع دابر الكافرين وَإِذْ يَعِدُكُمُ اللّهُ إِحْدَى الطَّائِفَتَيْنِ أَنَّهَا لَكُمْ وَتَوَدُّونَ أَنَّ غَيْرَ ذَاتِ الشَّوْكَةِ تَكُونُ لَكُمْ وَيُرِيدُ اللّهُ أَن يُحِقَّ الْحَقَّ بِكَلِمَاتِهِ وَيَقْطَعَ دَابِرَ الْكَافِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذ - And when| يعدكم - promised you| الله - Allah| إحدى - one| الطائفتين - (of) the two groups -| أنها - that it (would be)| لكم - for you -| وتودون - and you wished| أن - that| غير - (one) other than| ذات - that| الشوكة - (of) the armed| تكون - would be| لكم - for you.| ويريد - But intended| الله - Allah| أن - to| يحق - justify| الحق - the truth| بكلماته - by His words,| ويقطع - and cut off| دابر - (the) roots| الكافرين - (of) the disbelievers| | ||||||
| 3 [18:17] | Watara alshshamsa itha talaAAattazawaru AAan kahfihim thata alyameeni wa-ithagharabat taqriduhum thata alshshimaliwahum fee fajwatin minhu thalika min ayatiAllahi man yahdi Allahu fahuwa almuhtadi waman yudlilfalan tajida lahu waliyyan murshidan | وترى الشمس إذا طلعت تزاور عن كهفهم ذات اليمين وإذا غربت تقرضهم ذات الشمال وهم في فجوة منه ذلك من آيات الله من يهد الله فهو المهتد ومن يضلل فلن تجد له وليا مرشدا وَتَرَى الشَّمْسَ إِذَا طَلَعَت تَّزَاوَرُ عَن كَهْفِهِمْ ذَاتَ الْيَمِينِ وَإِذَا غَرَبَت تَّقْرِضُهُمْ ذَاتَ الشِّمَالِ وَهُمْ فِي فَجْوَةٍ مِّنْهُ ذَلِكَ مِنْ آيَاتِ اللَّهِ مَن يَهْدِ اللَّهُ فَهُوَ الْمُهْتَدِ وَمَن يُضْلِلْ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُ وَلِيًّا مُّرْشِدًا | |||||
| Words | |وترى - And you (might) have seen| الشمس - the sun,| إذا - when| طلعت - it rose,| تزاور - inclining away| عن - from| كهفهم - their cave| ذات - to| اليمين - the right,| وإذا - and when| غربت - it set,| تقرضهم - passing away from them| ذات - to| الشمال - the left| وهم - while they| في - (lay) in| فجوة - the open space| منه - thereof.| ذلك - That| من - (was) from| آيات - (the) Signs| الله - (of) Allah.| من - Whoever| يهد - Allah guides| الله - Allah guides| فهو - and he| المهتد - (is) the guided one,| ومن - and whoever| يضلل - He lets go astray| فلن - then never| تجد - you will find| له - for him| وليا - a protector,| مرشدا - a guide.| | ||||||
| 4 [18:18] | Watahsabuhum ayqathanwahum ruqoodun wanuqallibuhum thata alyameeni wathataalshshimali wakalbuhum basitun thiraAAayhibialwaseedi lawi ittalaAAta AAalayhimlawallayta minhum firaran walamuli/ta minhum ruAAban | وتحسبهم أيقاظا وهم رقود ونقلبهم ذات اليمين وذات الشمال وكلبهم باسط ذراعيه بالوصيد لو اطلعت عليهم لوليت منهم فرارا ولملئت منهم رعبا وَتَحْسَبُهُمْ أَيْقَاظًا وَهُمْ رُقُودٌ وَنُقَلِّبُهُمْ ذَاتَ الْيَمِينِ وَذَاتَ الشِّمَالِ وَكَلْبُهُم بَاسِطٌ ذِرَاعَيْهِ بِالْوَصِيدِ لَوِاطَّلَعْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ لَوَلَّيْتَ مِنْهُمْ فِرَارًا وَلَمُلِئْتَ مِنْهُمْ رُعْبًا | |||||
| Words | |وتحسبهم - And you (would) think them| أيقاظا - awake| وهم - while they| رقود - (were) asleep.| ونقلبهم - And We turned them| ذات - to| اليمين - the right| وذات - and to| الشمال - the left,| وكلبهم - while their dog| باسط - stretched| ذراعيه - his two forelegs| بالوصيد - at the entrance.| لو - If| اطلعت - you had looked| عليهم - at them,| لوليت - you (would) have surely turned back| منهم - from them| فرارا - (in) flight| ولملئت - and surely you would have been filled| منهم - by them| رعبا - (with) terror.| | ||||||
| 5 [22:2] | Yawma tarawnaha tathhalu kullumurdiAAatin AAamma ardaAAat watadaAAukullu thati hamlin hamlaha wataraalnnasa sukara wama hum bisukarawalakinna AAathaba Allahi shadeedun | يوم ترونها تذهل كل مرضعة عما أرضعت وتضع كل ذات حمل حملها وترى الناس سكارى وما هم بسكارى ولكن عذاب الله شديد يَوْمَ تَرَوْنَهَا تَذْهَلُ كُلُّ مُرْضِعَةٍ عَمَّا أَرْضَعَتْ وَتَضَعُ كُلُّ ذَاتِ حَمْلٍ حَمْلَهَا وَتَرَى النَّاسَ سُكَارَى وَمَا هُم بِسُكَارَى وَلَكِنَّ عَذَابَ اللَّهِ شَدِيدٌ | |||||
| Words | |يوم - (The) Day| ترونها - you will see it,| تذهل - will forget| كل - every| مرضعة - nursing mother| عما - that which| أرضعت - she was nursing,| وتضع - and will deliver| كل - every| ذات - pregnant woman| حمل - pregnant woman| حملها - her load,| وترى - and you will see| الناس - [the] mankind| سكارى - intoxicated,| وما - while not| هم - they| بسكارى - (are) intoxicated;| ولكن - but| عذاب - (the) punishment| الله - (of) Allah| شديد - (will be) severe.| | ||||||
| 6 [23:50] | WajaAAalna ibna maryama waommahu ayatanwaawaynahuma ila rabwatin thatiqararin wamaAAeenin | وجعلنا ابن مريم وأمه آية وآويناهما إلى ربوة ذات قرار ومعين وَجَعَلْنَا ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ وَأُمَّهُ آيَةً وَآوَيْنَاهُمَا إِلَى رَبْوَةٍ ذَاتِ قَرَارٍ وَمَعِينٍ | |||||
| Words | |وجعلنا - And We made| ابن - (the) son| مريم - (of) Maryam| وأمه - and his mother| آية - a Sign,| وآويناهما - and We sheltered them| إلى - to| ربوة - a high ground,| ذات - of tranquility| قرار - of tranquility| ومعين - and water springs.| | ||||||
| 7 [27:60] | Amman khalaqa alssamawatiwaal-arda waanzala lakum mina alssama-imaan faanbatna bihi hada-iqa thatabahjatin ma kana lakum an tunbitoo shajarahaa-ilahun maAAa Allahi bal hum qawmun yaAAdiloona | أمن خلق السماوات والأرض وأنزل لكم من السماء ماء فأنبتنا به حدائق ذات بهجة ما كان لكم أن تنبتوا شجرها أإله مع الله بل هم قوم يعدلون أَمَّنْ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَأَنزَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَنبَتْنَا بِهِ حَدَائِقَ ذَاتَ بَهْجَةٍ مَّا كَانَ لَكُمْ أَن تُنبِتُوا شَجَرَهَا أَإِلَهٌ مَّعَ اللَّهِ بَلْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ يَعْدِلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أمن - Or Who| خلق - has created| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth| وأنزل - and sent down| لكم - for you| من - from| السماء - the sky| ماء - water?| فأنبتنا - And We caused to grow| به - thereby| حدائق - gardens| ذات - of beauty (and delight),| بهجة - of beauty (and delight),| ما - not| كان - it is| لكم - for you| أن - that| تنبتوا - you cause to grow| شجرها - their trees.| أإله - Is there any god| مع - with| الله - Allah?| بل - Nay,| هم - they| قوم - (are) a people| يعدلون - who ascribe equals.| | ||||||
| 8 [51:7] | Waalssama-i thati alhubuki | والسماء ذات الحبك وَالسَّمَاءِ ذَاتِ الْحُبُكِ | |||||
| Words | |والسماء - By the heaven| ذات - full of| الحبك - pathways.| | ||||||
| 9 [54:13] | Wahamalnahu AAala thatialwahin wadusurin | وحملناه على ذات ألواح ودسر وَحَمَلْنَاهُ عَلَى ذَاتِ أَلْوَاحٍ وَدُسُرٍ | |||||
