| 1 [2:94] | Qul in kanat lakumu alddarual-akhiratu AAinda Allahi khalisatanmin dooni alnnasi fatamannawoo almawta in kuntum sadiqeena |  قل إن كانت لكم الدار الآخرة عند الله خالصة من دون الناس فتمنوا الموت إن كنتم صادقينقُلْ إِنْ كَانَتْ لَكُمُ الدَّارُ الْآخِرَةُ عِنْدَ اللّهِ خَالِصَةً مِّنْ دُونِ النَّاسِ فَتَمَنَّوُاْ الْمَوْتَ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| إن - "If -| كانت - is| لكم - for you| الدار - the home| الآخرة - (of) the Hereafter| عند - with| الله - Allah| خالصة - exclusively,| من - from| دون - excluding| الناس - the mankind,| فتمنوا - then wish| الموت - (for) [the] death,| إن - if| كنتم - you are| صادقين - truthful."| | ||||||
| 2 [2:102] | WaittabaAAoo ma tatloo alshshayateenuAAala mulki sulaymana wama kafara sulaymanuwalakinna alshshayateena kafarooyuAAallimoona alnnasa alssihra wamaonzila AAala almalakayni bibabila harootawamaroota wama yuAAallimani min ahadinhatta yaqoola innama nahnufitnatun fala takfur fayataAAallamoona minhuma mayufarriqoona bihi bayna almar-i wazawjihi wama hum bidarreenabihi min ahadin illa bi-ithni AllahiwayataAAallamoona ma yadurruhum walayanfaAAuhum walaqad AAalimoo lamani ishtarahu malahu fee al-akhirati min khalaqin walabi/sa masharaw bihi anfusahum law kanoo yaAAlamoona | واتبعوا ما تتلو الشياطين على ملك سليمان وما كفر سليمان ولكن الشياطين كفروا يعلمون الناس السحر وما أنزل على الملكين ببابل هاروت وماروت وما يعلمان من أحد حتى يقولا إنما نحن فتنة فلا تكفر فيتعلمون منهما ما يفرقون به بين المرء وزوجه وما هم بضارين به من أحد إلا بإذن الله ويتعلمون ما يضرهم ولا ينفعهم ولقد علموا لمن اشتراه ما له في الآخرة من خلاق ولبئس ما شروا به أنفسهم لو كانوا يعلمون وَاتَّبَعُواْ مَا تَتْلُواْ الشَّيَاطِينُ عَلَى مُلْكِ سُلَيْمَانَ وَمَا كَفَرَ سُلَيْمَانُ وَلَـكِنَّ الشَّيَاطِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُعَلِّمُونَ النَّاسَ السِّحْرَ وَمَا أُنزِلَ عَلَى الْمَلَكَيْنِ بِبَابِلَ هَارُوتَ وَمَارُوتَ وَمَا يُعَلِّمَانِ مِنْ أَحَدٍ حَتَّى يَقُولاَ إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ فِتْنَةٌ فَلاَ تَكْفُرْ فَيَتَعَلَّمُونَ مِنْهُمَا مَا يُفَرِّقُونَ بِهِ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَزَوْجِهِ وَمَا هُم بِضَآرِّينَ بِهِ مِنْ أَحَدٍ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ اللّهِ وَيَتَعَلَّمُونَ مَا يَضُرُّهُمْ وَلاَ يَنفَعُهُمْ وَلَقَدْ عَلِمُواْ لَمَنِ اشْتَرَاهُ مَا لَهُ فِي الآخِرَةِ مِنْ خَلاَقٍ وَلَبِئْسَ مَا شَرَوْاْ بِهِ أَنفُسَهُمْ لَوْ كَانُواْ يَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |واتبعوا - And they followed| ما - what| تتلو - recite(d)| الشياطين - the devils| على - over| ملك - (the) kingdom| سليمان - (of) Sulaiman.| وما - And not| كفر - disbelieved| سليمان - Sulaiman| ولكن - [and] but| الشياطين - the devils| كفروا - disbelieved,| يعلمون - they teach| الناس - the people| السحر - [the] magic| وما - and what| أنزل - was sent down| على - to| الملكين - the two angels| ببابل - in Babylon,| هاروت - Harut| وماروت - and Marut.| وما - And not| يعلمان - they both teach| من - any| أحد - one| حتى - unless| يقولا - they [both] say,| إنما - "Only| نحن - we| فتنة - (are) a trial,| فلا - so (do) not| تكفر - disbelieve."| فيتعلمون - But they learn| منهما - from those two| ما - what| يفرقون - [they] causes separation| به - with it| بين - between| المرء - the man| وزوجه - and his spouse.| وما - And not| هم - they (could)| بضارين - at all [be those who] harm| به - with it| من - any| أحد - one| إلا - except| بإذن - by permission| الله - (of) Allah.| ويتعلمون - And they learn| ما - what| يضرهم - harms them| ولا - and not| ينفعهم - profits them.| ولقد - And indeed| علموا - they knew| لمن - that whoever| اشتراه - buys it,| ما - not| له - for him| في - in| الآخرة - the Hereafter| من - any| خلاق - share.| ولبئس - And surely evil| ما - (is) what| شروا - they sold| به - with it| أنفسهم - themselves,| لو - if| كانوا - they were| يعلمون - (to) know.| | ||||||
| 3 [2:114] | Waman athlamu mimman manaAAamasajida Allahi an yuthkara feehaismuhu wasaAAa fee kharabiha ola-ikama kana lahum an yadkhulooha illa kha-ifeenalahum fee alddunya khizyun walahum fee al-akhiratiAAathabun AAatheemun | ومن أظلم ممن منع مساجد الله أن يذكر فيها اسمه وسعى في خرابها أولئك ما كان لهم أن يدخلوها إلا خائفين لهم في الدنيا خزي ولهم في الآخرة عذاب عظيم وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن مَّنَعَ مَسَاجِدَ اللّهِ أَن يُذْكَرَ فِيهَا اسْمُهُ وَسَعَى فِي خَرَابِهَا أُوْلَـئِكَ مَا كَانَ لَهُمْ أَن يَدْخُلُوهَا إِلاَّ خَآئِفِينَ لهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا خِزْيٌ وَلَهُمْ فِي الآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And who| أظلم - (is) more unjust| ممن - than (one) who| منع - prevents| مساجد - (the) masajid| الله - (of) Allah| أن - to| يذكر - be mentioned| فيها - in them| اسمه - His name,| وسعى - and strives| في - for| خرابها - their destruction?| أولئك - Those!| ما - Not| كان - it is| لهم - for them| أن - that| يدخلوها - they enter them| إلا - except| خائفين - (like) those in fear.| لهم - For them| في - in| الدنيا - the world| خزي - (is) disgrace| ولهم - and for them| في - in| الآخرة - the Hereafter| عذاب - (is) a punishment| عظيم - great.| | ||||||
| 4 [2:130] | Waman yarghabu AAan millati ibraheemailla man safiha nafsahu walaqadi istafaynahufee alddunya wa-innahu fee al-akhiratilamina alssaliheena | ومن يرغب عن ملة إبراهيم إلا من سفه نفسه ولقد اصطفيناه في الدنيا وإنه في الآخرة لمن الصالحين وَمَن يَرْغَبُ عَن مِّلَّةِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِلاَّ مَن سَفِهَ نَفْسَهُ وَلَقَدِ اصْطَفَيْنَاهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَإِنَّهُ فِي الآخِرَةِ لَمِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And who| يرغب - will turn away| عن - from| ملة - (the) religion| إبراهيم - (of) Ibrahim| إلا - except| من - who| سفه - fooled| نفسه - himself?| ولقد - And indeed| اصطفيناه - We chose him| في - in| الدنيا - the world,| وإنه - and indeed he,| في - in,| الآخرة - the Hereafter| لمن - surely (will be) among| الصالحين - the righteous.| | ||||||
| 5 [2:200] | Fa-itha qadaytum manasikakumfaothkuroo Allaha kathikrikum abaakumaw ashadda thikran famina alnnasi manyaqoolu rabbana atina fee alddunyawama lahu fee al-akhirati min khalaqin | فإذا قضيتم مناسككم فاذكروا الله كذكركم آباءكم أو أشد ذكرا فمن الناس من يقول ربنا آتنا في الدنيا وما له في الآخرة من خلاق فَإِذَا قَضَيْتُم مَّنَاسِكَكُمْ فَاذْكُرُواْ اللّهَ كَذِكْرِكُمْ آبَاءَكُمْ أَوْ أَشَدَّ ذِكْرًا فَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يَقُولُ رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا وَمَا لَهُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنْ خَلاَقٍ | |||||
| Words | |فإذا - Then when| قضيتم - you complete[d]| مناسككم - your acts of worship| فاذكروا - then remember| الله - Allah| كذكركم - as you remember| آباءكم - your forefathers| أو - or| أشد - (with) greater| ذكرا - remembrance.| فمن - And from| الناس - the people| من - who| يقول - say,| ربنا - "Our Lord!| آتنا - Grant us| في - in| الدنيا - the world."| وما - And not| له - for him| في - in| الآخرة - the Hereafter| من - [of]| خلاق - any share.| | ||||||
| 6 [2:201] | Waminhum man yaqoolu rabbana atinafee alddunya hasanatan wafee al-akhiratihasanatan waqina AAathaba alnnari | ومنهم من يقول ربنا آتنا في الدنيا حسنة وفي الآخرة حسنة وقنا عذاب النار وِمِنْهُم مَّن يَقُولُ رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ | |||||
| Words | |ومنهم - And from those| من - who| يقول - say,| ربنا - "Our Lord!| آتنا - Grant us| في - in| الدنيا - the world| حسنة - good| وفي - and in| الآخرة - the Hereafter| حسنة - good,| وقنا - and save us| عذاب - (from the) punishment| النار - (of) the Fire."| | ||||||
| 7 [3:77] | Inna allatheena yashtaroona biAAahdiAllahi waaymanihim thamanan qaleelan ola-ikala khalaqa lahum fee al-akhirati walayukallimuhumu Allahu wala yanthuruilayhim yawma alqiyamati wala yuzakkeehim walahumAAathabun aleemun | إن الذين يشترون بعهد الله وأيمانهم ثمنا قليلا أولئك لا خلاق لهم في الآخرة ولا يكلمهم الله ولا ينظر إليهم يوم القيامة ولا يزكيهم ولهم عذاب أليم إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَشْتَرُونَ بِعَهْدِ اللّهِ وَأَيْمَانِهِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلاً أُوْلَـئِكَ لاَ خَلاَقَ لَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ وَلاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللّهُ وَلاَ يَنظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلاَ يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الذين - those who| يشترون - exchange| بعهد - (the) Covenant| الله - (of) Allah| وأيمانهم - and their oaths| ثمنا - (for) a price| قليلا - little,| أولئك - those -| لا - no| خلاق - share| لهم - for them| في - in| الآخرة - the Hereafter| ولا - and not| يكلمهم - will speak to them| الله - Allah,| ولا - and not| ينظر - look| إليهم - at them| يوم - (on the) Day| القيامة - (of) the Resurrection| ولا - and not| يزكيهم - purify them,| ولهم - and for them| عذاب - (is) a punishment| أليم - painful.| | ||||||
| 8 [3:85] | Waman yabtaghi ghayra al-islamideenan falan yuqbala minhu wahuwa fee al-akhirati minaalkhasireena | ومن يبتغ غير الإسلام دينا فلن يقبل منه وهو في الآخرة من الخاسرين وَمَن يَبْتَغِ غَيْرَ الْإِسْلاَمِ دِينًا فَلَن يُقْبَلَ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And whoever| يبتغ - seeks| غير - other than| الإسلام - [the] Islam| دينا - (as) religion| فلن - then never| يقبل - will be accepted| منه - from him,| وهو - and he| في - in| الآخرة - the Hereafter,| من - (will be) from| الخاسرين - the losers.| | ||||||
| 9 [3:145] | Wama kana linafsin an tamootailla bi-ithni Allahi kitabanmu-ajjalan waman yurid thawaba alddunyanu/tihi minha waman yurid thawaba al-akhiratinu/tihi minha wasanajzee alshshakireena | وما كان لنفس أن تموت إلا بإذن الله كتابا مؤجلا ومن يرد ثواب الدنيا نؤته منها ومن يرد ثواب الآخرة نؤته منها وسنجزي الشاكرين وَمَا كَانَ لِنَفْسٍ أَنْ تَمُوتَ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ الله كِتَابًا مُّؤَجَّلاً وَمَن يُرِدْ ثَوَابَ الدُّنْيَا نُؤْتِهِ مِنْهَا وَمَن يُرِدْ ثَوَابَ الْآخِرَةِ نُؤْتِهِ مِنْهَا وَسَنَجْزِي الشَّاكِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| كان - is| لنفس - for a soul| أن - that| تموت - he dies| إلا - except| بإذن - by (the) permission| الله - (of) Allah,| كتابا - (at a) decree| مؤجلا - determined.| ومن - And whoever| يرد - desires| ثواب - reward| الدنيا - (of) the world -| نؤته - We will give him| منها - thereof;| ومن - and whoever| يرد - desires| ثواب - reward| الآخرة - (of) the Hereafter| نؤته - We will give him| منها - thereof.| وسنجزي - And We will reward| الشاكرين - the grateful ones.| | ||||||
| 10 [3:148] | Faatahumu Allahu thawabaalddunya wahusna thawabi al-akhiratiwaAllahu yuhibbu almuhsineena | فآتاهم الله ثواب الدنيا وحسن ثواب الآخرة والله يحب المحسنين فَآتَاهُمُ اللّهُ ثَوَابَ الدُّنْيَا وَحُسْنَ ثَوَابِ الْآخِرَةِ وَاللّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فآتاهم - So gave them| الله - Allah| ثواب - reward| الدنيا - (in) the world| وحسن - and good| ثواب - reward| الآخرة - (in) the Hereafter.| والله - And Allah| يحب - loves| المحسنين - the good-doers.| | ||||||
| 11 [3:152] | Walaqad sadaqakumu AllahuwaAAdahu ith tahussoonahum bi-ithnihi hattaitha fashiltum watanazaAAtum fee al-amri waAAasaytummin baAAdi ma arakum ma tuhibboonaminkum man yureedu alddunya waminkum man yureedual-akhirata thumma sarafakum AAanhum liyabtaliyakumwalaqad AAafa AAankum waAllahu thoofadlin AAala almu/mineena | ولقد صدقكم الله وعده إذ تحسونهم بإذنه حتى إذا فشلتم وتنازعتم في الأمر وعصيتم من بعد ما أراكم ما تحبون منكم من يريد الدنيا ومنكم من يريد الآخرة ثم صرفكم عنهم ليبتليكم ولقد عفا عنكم والله ذو فضل على المؤمنين وَلَقَدْ صَدَقَكُمُ اللّهُ وَعْدَهُ إِذْ تَحُسُّونَهُم بِإِذْنِهِ حَتَّى إِذَا فَشِلْتُمْ وَتَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي الْأَمْرِ وَعَصَيْتُم مِّن بَعْدِ مَا أَرَاكُم مَّا تُحِبُّونَ مِنكُم مَّن يُرِيدُ الدُّنْيَا وَمِنكُم مَّن يُرِيدُ الْآخِرَةَ ثُمَّ صَرَفَكُمْ عَنْهُمْ لِيَبْتَلِيَكُمْ وَلَقَدْ عَفَا عَنكُمْ وَاللّهُ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| صدقكم - fulfilled to you| الله - Allah| وعده - His promise,| إذ - when| تحسونهم - you were killing them| بإذنه - by His permission,| حتى - until| إذا - when| فشلتم - you lost courage| وتنازعتم - and you fell into dispute| في - concerning| الأمر - the order| وعصيتم - and you disobeyed| من - from| بعد - after| ما - [what]| أراكم - He (had) shown you| ما - what| تحبون - you love.| منكم - Among you| من - (are some) who| يريد - desire| الدنيا - the world| ومنكم - and among you| من - (are some) who| يريد - desire| الآخرة - the Hereafter.| ثم - Then| صرفكم - He diverted you| عنهم - from them| ليبتليكم - so that He may test you.| ولقد - And surely| عفا - He forgave| عنكم - you.| والله - And Allah| ذو - (is the) Possessor| فضل - (of) Bounty| على - for| المؤمنين - the believers.| | ||||||
| 12 [3:176] | Wala yahzunka allatheenayusariAAoona fee alkufri innahum lan yadurroo Allahashay-an yureedu Allahu alla yajAAala lahum haththanfee al-akhirati walahum AAathabun AAatheemun | ولا يحزنك الذين يسارعون في الكفر إنهم لن يضروا الله شيئا يريد الله ألا يجعل لهم حظا في الآخرة ولهم عذاب عظيم وَلاَ يَحْزُنكَ الَّذِينَ يُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْكُفْرِ إِنَّهُمْ لَن يَضُرُّواْ اللّهَ شَيْئاً يُرِيدُ اللّهُ أَلاَّ يَجْعَلَ لَهُمْ حَظًّا فِي الْآخِرَةِ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |ولا - And (let) not| يحزنك - grieve you| الذين - those who| يسارعون - hasten| في - in(to)| الكفر - [the] disbelief.| إنهم - Indeed, they| لن - never| يضروا - will harm| الله - Allah| شيئا - (in) anything.| يريد - intends| الله - Allah| ألا - that not| يجعل - He will set| لهم - for them| حظا - any portion| في - in| الآخرة - the Hereafter.| ولهم - And for them| عذاب - (is) a punishment| عظيم - great.| | ||||||
| 13 [5:5] | Alyawma ohilla lakumu alttayyibatuwataAAamu allatheena ootoo alkitaba hillunlakum wataAAamukum hillun lahum waalmuhsanatumina almu/minati waalmuhsanatu minaallatheena ootoo alkitaba min qablikum itha ataytumoohunnaojoorahunna muhsineena ghayra musafiheenawala muttakhithee akhdanin waman yakfur bial-eemanifaqad habita AAamaluhu wahuwa fee al-akhiratimina alkhasireena | اليوم أحل لكم الطيبات وطعام الذين أوتوا الكتاب حل لكم وطعامكم حل لهم والمحصنات من المؤمنات والمحصنات من الذين أوتوا الكتاب من قبلكم إذا آتيتموهن أجورهن محصنين غير مسافحين ولا متخذي أخدان ومن يكفر بالإيمان فقد حبط عمله وهو في الآخرة من الخاسرين الْيَوْمَ أُحِلَّ لَكُمُ الطَّيِّبَاتُ وَطَعَامُ الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَابَ حِلٌّ لَّكُمْ وَطَعَامُكُمْ حِلٌّ لَّهُمْ وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَابَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ إِذَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ مُحْصِنِينَ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحِينَ وَلاَ مُتَّخِذِي أَخْدَانٍ وَمَن يَكْفُرْ بِالْإِيمَانِ فَقَدْ حَبِطَ عَمَلُهُ وَهُوَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |اليوم - This day| أحل - are made lawful| لكم - for you| الطيبات - the good things;| وطعام - and (the) food| الذين - (of) those who| أوتوا - were given| الكتاب - the Book| حل - (is) lawful| لكم - for you,| وطعامكم - and your food| حل - (is) lawful| لهم - for them.| والمحصنات - And the chaste women| من - from| المؤمنات - the believers| والمحصنات - and the chaste women| من - from| الذين - those who| أوتوا - were given| الكتاب - the Book| من - from| قبلكم - before you,| إذا - when| آتيتموهن - you have given them| أجورهن - their bridal due,| محصنين - being chaste| غير - not| مسافحين - being lewd| ولا - and not| متخذي - ones (who are) taking| أخدان - secret lovers.| ومن - And whoever| يكفر - denies| بالإيمان - the faith -| فقد - then surely| حبط - (are) wasted| عمله - his deeds| وهو - and he,| في - in| الآخرة - the Hereafter,| من - (will be) among| الخاسرين - the losers.| | ||||||
| 14 [5:33] | Innama jazao allatheenayuhariboona Allaha warasoolahu wayasAAawna feeal-ardi fasadan an yuqattaloo aw yusallabooaw tuqattaAAa aydeehim waarjuluhum min khilafin awyunfaw mina al-ardi thalika lahum khizyun fee alddunyawalahum fee al-akhirati AAathabun AAatheemun | إنما جزاء الذين يحاربون الله ورسوله ويسعون في الأرض فسادا أن يقتلوا أو يصلبوا أو تقطع أيديهم وأرجلهم من خلاف أو ينفوا من الأرض ذلك لهم خزي في الدنيا ولهم في الآخرة عذاب عظيم إِنَّمَا جَزَاءُ الَّذِينَ يُحَارِبُونَ اللّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَسَادًا أَن يُقَتَّلُواْ أَوْ يُصَلَّبُواْ أَوْ تُقَطَّعَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَأَرْجُلُهُم مِّنْ خِلاَفٍ أَوْ يُنفَوْاْ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ ذَلِكَ لَهُمْ خِزْيٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَلَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ | |||||

| 15 [5:41] | Ya ayyuha alrrasoolu layahzunka allatheena yusariAAoona fee alkufrimina allatheena qaloo amanna bi-afwahihimwalam tu/min quloobuhum wamina allatheena hadoosammaAAoona lilkathibi sammaAAoona liqawmin akhareenalam ya/tooka yuharrifoona alkalima min baAAdi mawadiAAihiyaqooloona in ooteetum hatha fakhuthoohu wa-in lamtu/tawhu faihtharoo waman yuridi Allahufitnatahu falan tamlika lahu mina Allahi shay-an ola-ikaallatheena lam yuridi Allahu an yutahhiraquloobahum lahum fee alddunya khizyun walahum feeal-akhirati AAathabun AAatheemun | يا أيها الرسول لا يحزنك الذين يسارعون في الكفر من الذين قالوا آمنا بأفواههم ولم تؤمن قلوبهم ومن الذين هادوا سماعون للكذب سماعون لقوم آخرين لم يأتوك يحرفون الكلم من بعد مواضعه يقولون إن أوتيتم هذا فخذوه وإن لم تؤتوه فاحذروا ومن يرد الله فتنته فلن تملك له من الله شيئا أولئك الذين لم يرد الله أن يطهر قلوبهم لهم في الدنيا خزي ولهم في الآخرة عذاب عظيم يَا أَيُّهَا الرَّسُولُ لاَ يَحْزُنكَ الَّذِينَ يُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْكُفْرِ مِنَ الَّذِينَ قَالُواْ آمَنَّا بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَلَمْ تُؤْمِن قُلُوبُهُمْ وَمِنَ الَّذِينَ هَادُواْ سَمَّاعُونَ لِلْكَذِبِ سَمَّاعُونَ لِقَوْمٍ آخَرِينَ لَمْ يَأْتُوكَ يُحَرِّفُونَ الْكَلِمَ مِن بَعْدِ مَوَاضِعِهِ يَقُولُونَ إِنْ أُوتِيتُمْ هَـذَا فَخُذُوهُ وَإِن لَّمْ تُؤْتَوْهُ فَاحْذَرُواْ وَمَن يُرِدِ اللّهُ فِتْنَتَهُ فَلَن تَمْلِكَ لَهُ مِنَ اللّهِ شَيْئًا أُوْلَـئِكَ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُرِدِ اللّهُ أَن يُطَهِّرَ قُلُوبَهُمْ لَهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا خِزْيٌ وَلَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O| الرسول - Messenger!| لا - Let not| يحزنك - grieve you| الذين - those who| يسارعون - hasten| في - in (to)| الكفر - [the] disbelief -| من - of| الذين - those who| قالوا - said,| آمنا - "We believe"| بأفواههم - with their mouths| ولم - and not| تؤمن - believe| قلوبهم - their hearts,| ومن - and from| الذين - those who| هادوا - (are) Jews.| سماعون - They (are) listeners| للكذب - to falsehood,| سماعون - (and) listeners| لقوم - for people,| آخرين - other,| لم - (who have) not| يأتوك - come to you.| يحرفون - They distort| الكلم - the words| من - from| بعد - after| مواضعه - their context,| يقولون - saying,| إن - "If| أوتيتم - you are given| هذا - this| فخذوه - [so] take it| وإن - but if| لم - not| تؤتوه - you are given it| فاحذروا - then beware."| ومن - And (for) whom| يرد - intends| الله - Allah| فتنته - his trial,| فلن - then never| تملك - will you have power| له - for him| من - against| الله - Allah| شيئا - anything.| أولئك - Those| الذين - (are) the ones| لم - never| يرد - will intend| الله - Allah| أن - that| يطهر - He purifies| قلوبهم - their hearts.| لهم - For them| في - in| الدنيا - the world| خزي - (is) disgrace| ولهم - and for them| في - in| الآخرة - the Hereafter| عذاب - (is) a punishment| عظيم - great.| | ||||||
| 16 [6:32] | Wama alhayatu alddunyailla laAAibun walahwun walalddaru al-akhiratikhayrun lillatheena yattaqoona afala taAAqiloona | وما الحياة الدنيا إلا لعب ولهو وللدار الآخرة خير للذين يتقون أفلا تعقلون وَمَا الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا إِلاَّ لَعِبٌ وَلَهْوٌ وَلَلدَّارُ الْآخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لِّلَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَ أَفَلاَ تَعْقِلُونَ | |||||

| 17 [7:147] | Waallatheena kaththaboobi-ayatina waliqa-i al-akhiratihabitat aAAmaluhum hal yujzawna illama kanoo yaAAmaloona | والذين كذبوا بآياتنا ولقاء الآخرة حبطت أعمالهم هل يجزون إلا ما كانوا يعملون وَالَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا وَلِقَاءِ الْآخِرَةِ حَبِطَتْ أَعْمَالُهُمْ هَلْ يُجْزَوْنَ إِلاَّ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |والذين - And those who| كذبوا - denied| بآياتنا - Our Signs| ولقاء - and (the) meeting| الآخرة - (of) the Hereafter -| حبطت - worthless| أعمالهم - (are) their deeds.| هل - Will| يجزون - they be recompensed| إلا - except| ما - (for) what| كانوا - they used to| يعملون - do?| | ||||||
| 18 [7:156] | Waoktub lana fee hathihialddunya hasanatan wafee al-akhiratiinna hudna ilayka qala AAathabee oseebubihi man ashao warahmatee wasiAAat kulla shay-infasaaktubuha lillatheena yattaqoona wayu/toona alzzakatawaallatheena hum bi-ayatinayu/minoona | واكتب لنا في هذه الدنيا حسنة وفي الآخرة إنا هدنا إليك قال عذابي أصيب به من أشاء ورحمتي وسعت كل شيء فسأكتبها للذين يتقون ويؤتون الزكاة والذين هم بآياتنا يؤمنون وَاكْتُبْ لَنَا فِي هَـذِهِ الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ إِنَّا هُدْنَـا إِلَيْكَ قَالَ عَذَابِي أُصِيبُ بِهِ مَنْ أَشَاءُ وَرَحْمَتِي وَسِعَتْ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ فَسَأَكْتُبُهَا لِلَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَ وَيُؤْتُونَ الزَّكَـاةَ وَالَّذِينَ هُم بِآيَاتِنَا يُؤْمِنُونَ | |||||
| Words | |واكتب - And ordain| لنا - for us| في - in| هذه - this| الدنيا - [the] world,| حسنة - good| وفي - and in| الآخرة - the Hereafter.| إنا - Indeed, we| هدنا - we have turned| إليك - to You."| قال - He said,| عذابي - "My punishment -| أصيب - I afflict| به - with it| من - whom| أشاء - I will,| ورحمتي - but My Mercy| وسعت - encompasses| كل - every| شيء - thing.| فسأكتبها - So I will ordain it| للذين - for those who| يتقون - (are) righteous| ويؤتون - and give| الزكاة - zakah| والذين - and those who| هم - [they]| بآياتنا - in Our Verses,| يؤمنون - they believe.| | ||||||
| 19 [7:169] | Fakhalafa min baAAdihim khalfun warithooalkitaba ya/khuthoona AAarada hathaal-adna wayaqooloona sayughfaru lana wa-in ya/tihimAAaradun mithluhu ya/khuthoohu alam yu/khathAAalayhim meethaqu alkitabi an la yaqoolooAAala Allahi illa alhaqqa wadarasoo mafeehi waalddaru al-akhiratu khayrun lillatheenayattaqoona afala taAAqiloona | فخلف من بعدهم خلف ورثوا الكتاب يأخذون عرض هذا الأدنى ويقولون سيغفر لنا وإن يأتهم عرض مثله يأخذوه ألم يؤخذ عليهم ميثاق الكتاب أن لا يقولوا على الله إلا الحق ودرسوا ما فيه والدار الآخرة خير للذين يتقون أفلا تعقلون فَخَلَفَ مِن بَعْدِهِمْ خَلْفٌ وَرِثُواْ الْكِتَابَ يَأْخُذُونَ عَرَضَ هَـذَا الْأَدْنَى وَيَقُولُونَ سَيُغْفَرُ لَنَا وَإِن يَأْتِهِمْ عَرَضٌ مِّثْلُهُ يَأْخُذُوهُ أَلَمْ يُؤْخَذْ عَلَيْهِم مِّيثَاقُ الْكِتَابِ أَن لاَّ يِقُولُواْ عَلَى اللّهِ إِلاَّ الْحَقَّ وَدَرَسُواْ مَا فِيهِ وَالدَّارُ الْآخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لِّلَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَ أَفَلاَ تَعْقِلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فخلف - Then succeeded| من - from| بعدهم - after them| خلف - successors| ورثوا - (who) inherited| الكتاب - the Book| يأخذون - taking| عرض - goods| هذا - (of) this| الأدنى - the lower (life)| ويقولون - and they say,| سيغفر - "It will be forgiven| لنا - for us."| وإن - And if| يأتهم - comes to them| عرض - goods| مثله - similar to it| يأخذوه - they will take it.| ألم - Was not| يؤخذ - taken| عليهم - on them| ميثاق - Covenant| الكتاب - (of) the Book| أن - that| لا - not| يقولوا - they will say| على - about| الله - Allah| إلا - except| الحق - the truth| ودرسوا - while they studied| ما - what| فيه - (is) in it?| والدار - And the home| الآخرة - (of) the Hereafter| خير - (is) better| للذين - for those who| يتقون - fear Allah.| أفلا - So will not| تعقلون - you use intellect?| | ||||||
| 20 [8:67] | Ma kana linabiyyin an yakoonalahu asra hatta yuthkhina fee al-arditureedoona AAarada alddunya waAllahuyureedu al-akhirata waAllahu AAazeezun hakeemun | ما كان لنبي أن يكون له أسرى حتى يثخن في الأرض تريدون عرض الدنيا والله يريد الآخرة والله عزيز حكيم مَا كَانَ لِنَبِيٍّ أَن يَكُونَ لَهُ أَسْرَى حَتَّى يُثْخِنَ فِي الْأَرْضِ تُرِيدُونَ عَرَضَ الدُّنْيَا وَاللّهُ يُرِيدُ الْآخِرَةَ وَاللّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ | |||||
