[7:169] | Fakhalafa min baAAdihim khalfun warithooalkitaba ya/khuthoona AAarada hathaal-adna wayaqooloona sayughfaru lana wa-in ya/tihimAAaradun mithluhu ya/khuthoohu alam yu/khathAAalayhim meethaqu alkitabi an la yaqoolooAAala Allahi illa alhaqqa wadarasoo mafeehi waalddaru al-akhiratu khayrun lillatheenayattaqoona afala taAAqiloona
|  فخلف من بعدهم خلف ورثوا الكتاب يأخذون عرض هذا الأدنى ويقولون سيغفر لنا وإن يأتهم عرض مثله يأخذوه ألم يؤخذ عليهم ميثاق الكتاب أن لا يقولوا على الله إلا الحق ودرسوا ما فيه والدار الآخرة خير للذين يتقون أفلا تعقلون
فَخَلَفَ مِن بَعْدِهِمْ خَلْفٌ وَرِثُواْ الْكِتَابَ يَأْخُذُونَ عَرَضَ هَـذَا الْأَدْنَى وَيَقُولُونَ سَيُغْفَرُ لَنَا وَإِن يَأْتِهِمْ عَرَضٌ مِّثْلُهُ يَأْخُذُوهُ أَلَمْ يُؤْخَذْ عَلَيْهِم مِّيثَاقُ الْكِتَابِ أَن لاَّ يِقُولُواْ عَلَى اللّهِ إِلاَّ الْحَقَّ وَدَرَسُواْ مَا فِيهِ وَالدَّارُ الْآخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ لِّلَّذِينَ يَتَّقُونَ أَفَلاَ تَعْقِلُونَ |

| ከኋላቸውም፡- መጽሐፉን የወረሱ መጥፎ ምትኮች ተተኩ፡፡ የዚህን የቅርቡን ጠፊ ጥቅም ይይዛሉ፡፡ ብጤውም ጥቅም ቢመጣላቸው የሚይዙት ሲኾኑ « (በሠራነው)፡- ለኛ ምሕረት ይደረግልናል» ይላሉ፡፡ በአላህ ላይ ከእውነት በቀር እንዳይናገሩ በእነርሱ ላይ የመጽሐፉ ቃል ኪዳን አልተያዘባቸውምን በእርሱ ውስጥ ያለውንም አላነበቡምን የመጨረሻይቱም አገር ለእነዚያ ጌታቸውን ለሚፈሩት በላጭ ናት፡፡ አታውቁምን |
| آل الجلالين | { فخلف من بعدهم خَلْفٌ ورثوا الكتاب } التوراة عن آبائهم { يأخذون عرض هذا الأدنى } أي حطام هذا الشيء الدنيء أي الدنيا من حلال وحرام { ويقولون سيغفر لنا } ما عملناه لنا { و إن يأتهم عرض مثله يأخذوه } الجملة حال، أي يرجون المغفرة وهم عائدون إلى ما فعلوه مصرون عليه، وليس في التوراة وعد المغفرة مع الإصرار { ألم يؤخذ } استفهام تقرير { عليهم ميثاق الكتب } الإضافة بمعنى في { أن لا يقولوا على الله إلا الحقَّ ودرسوا } عطف على يؤخذ قرءوا { ما فيه } فلم كذبوا عليه بنسبة المغفرة إليه مع الإصرار { والدَّار الآخرة خير للَّذين يتقون } الحرام { أفلا يعقلون } بالياء والتاء أنها خير فيؤثرونها على الدنيا. |
| Neûfen ten, deffir sen, ineûûafen i iweôten Tazmamt. Ppaddamen lerbaê n ddunit, qqaôen: "ad a$ semmêen". Ma rnan usan ten id lerbaê, am widen, a ten ddmen. Day ur âahden ara s Tezmamt, ard tidep kan, ara inin $ef Öebbi? U lemden i illan degs. Ppif axxam aneggaru, i wid ipêezziben. Day ur tfehmem ara? |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তারপর তাদের পেছনে এসেছে কিছু অপদার্থ, যারা উত্তরাধিকারী হয়েছে কিতাবের; তারা নিকৃষ্ট পার্থিব উপকরণ আহরণ করছে এবং বলছে, আমাদের ক্ষমা করে দেয়া হবে। বস্তুতঃ এমনি ধরনের উপকরণ যদি আবারো তাদের সামনে উপস্থিত হয়, তবে তাও তুলে নেবে। তাদের কাছথেকে কিতাবে কি অঙ্গীকার নেয়া হয়নি যে, আল্লাহর প্রতি সত্য ছাড়া কিছু বলবে না? অথচ তারা সে সবই পাঠ করেছে, যা তাতে লেখা রয়েছে। বস্তুতঃ আখেরাতের আলয় ভীতদের জন্য উত্তম-তোমরা কি তা বোঝ না ? |
| Literal | So from after them succeeded/followed successions, they inherited The Book , they take/receive that enjoyable accessories/non-essentials/vanities the nearer , and they say: "(It) will be forgiven for us."108And if enjoyable accessories/non-essentials/vanities similar/equal to it comes to them they take/receive it, was not The Book's promise/covenant being taken on (from) them, that they not say on God except the truth ? And they studied/memorized what is in it, and the home/house (of) the end (other life is) better/best , to those who fear and obey, so do you not reason/understand ? |
| Yusuf Ali | After them succeeded an (evil) generation: They inherited the Book, but they chose (for themselves) the vanities of this world, saying (for excuse): "(Everything) will be forgiven us." (Even so), if similar vanities came their way, they would (again) seize them. Was not the covenant of the Book taken from them, that they would not ascribe to Allah anything but the truth? and they study what is in the Book. But best for the righteous is the home in the Hereafter. Will ye not understand? |
| Pickthal | And a generation hath succeeded them who inherited the scriptures. They grasp the goods of this low life (as the price of evil-doing) and say: It will be forgiven us. And if there came to them (again) the offer of the like, they would accept it (and would sin again). Hath not the covenant of the Scripture been taken on their behalf that they should not speak aught concerning Allah save the truth? And they have studied that which is therein. | Sarwar | Their descendants who inherited the Book gained (by bribery only) worthless things from the worldly life saying, "We shall be forgiven (for what we have done). They would have even doubled such gains if they could have received more. Did they not make a covenant (with God) in the Book not to speak any thing other than the Truth about God and to study its contents well? The life hereafter is much better for the pious ones. Will you not then think? |

Certainly, the abode of the Hereafter is far better for those who maintain righteousness. Do you not understand? |
