[43:22] | Bal qaloo inna wajadna abaanaAAala ommatin wa-inna AAala atharihimmuhtadoona
|  بل قالوا إنا وجدنا آباءنا على أمة وإنا على آثارهم مهتدون
بَلْ قَالُوا إِنَّا وَجَدْنَا آبَاءَنَا عَلَى أُمَّةٍ وَإِنَّا عَلَى آثَارِهِم مُّهْتَدُونَ |
| Words | |بل - Nay,| قالوا - they say,| إنا - "Indeed, we| وجدنا - [we] found| آباءنا - our forefathers| على - upon| أمة - a religion| وإنا - and indeed, we| على - on| آثارهم - their footsteps| مهتدون - (are) guided."| |

| ከቶውንም «እኛ አባቶቻችንን በሃይማኖት ላይ አገኘናቸው፡፡ እኛም በፈለጎቻቸው ላይ ተመሪዎች ነን» አሉ፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { بل قالوا إنا وجدنا آباءنا على أمة } ملة { وإنا } { على آثارهم مهتدون } بهم وكانوا يعبدون غير الله . |
| Xaîi! Nnan: "nufa d, ih, imezwura nne$, di laâqida. D$a, nekwni, Nedda di lateô nnsen". |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | বরং তারা বলে, আমরা আমাদের পূর্বপুরুষদেরকে পেয়েছি এক পথের পথিক এবং আমরা তাদেরই পদাংক অনুসরণ করে পথপ্রাপ্ত। |
| Literal | But they said: "We (E), we found our fathers on a constitution (set example) , and We (E) on their tracks are guided." |
