| 1 [2:9] | YukhadiAAoona Allaha waallatheenaamanoo wama yakhdaAAoona illa anfusahum wamayashAAuroona |  يخادعون الله والذين آمنوا وما يخدعون إلا أنفسهم وما يشعرونيُخَادِعُونَ اللّهَ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَمَا يَخْدَعُونَ إِلاَّ أَنفُسَهُم وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يخادعون - They seek to deceive| الله - Allah| والذين - and those who| آمنوا - believe[d],| وما - and not| يخدعون - they deceive| إلا - except| أنفسهم - themselves,| وما - and not| يشعرون - they realize (it).| | ||||||
| 2 [2:12] | Ala innahum humu almufsidoona walakinla yashAAuroona | ألا إنهم هم المفسدون ولكن لا يشعرون أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ الْمُفْسِدُونَ وَلَـكِن لاَّ يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ألا - Beware,| إنهم - indeed they| هم - themselves| المفسدون - (are) the ones who spread corruption,| ولكن - [and] but| لا - not| يشعرون - they realize (it).| | ||||||
| 3 [3:69] | Waddat ta-ifatun min ahli alkitabilaw yudilloonakum wama yudilloona illaanfusahum wama yashAAuroona | ودت طائفة من أهل الكتاب لو يضلونكم وما يضلون إلا أنفسهم وما يشعرون وَدَّت طَّآئِفَةٌ مِّنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ لَوْ يُضِلُّونَكُمْ وَمَا يُضِلُّونَ إِلاَّ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ودت - Wished| طائفة - a group| من - from| أهل - (the) People| الكتاب - (of) the Book| لو - if| يضلونكم - they could lead you astray,| وما - and not| يضلون - they lead astray| إلا - except| أنفسهم - themselves| وما - and not| يشعرون - they perceive.| | ||||||
| 4 [6:26] | Wahum yanhawna AAanhu wayan-awna AAanhuwa-in yuhlikoona illa anfusahum wama yashAAuroona | وهم ينهون عنه وينأون عنه وإن يهلكون إلا أنفسهم وما يشعرون وَهُمْ يَنْهَوْنَ عَنْهُ وَيَنْأَوْنَ عَنْهُ وَإِن يُهْلِكُونَ إِلاَّ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وهم - And they| ينهون - forbid (others)| عنه - from it| وينأون - and they keep away| عنه - from it.| وإن - And not| يهلكون - they destroy| إلا - except| أنفسهم - themselves| وما - and not| يشعرون - they perceive.| | ||||||
| 5 [6:123] | Wakathalika jaAAalna feekulli qaryatin akabira mujrimeeha liyamkuroo feehawama yamkuroona illa bi-anfusihim wamayashAAuroona | وكذلك جعلنا في كل قرية أكابر مجرميها ليمكروا فيها وما يمكرون إلا بأنفسهم وما يشعرون وَكَذَلِكَ جَعَلْنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ أَكَابِرَ مُجْرِمِيهَا لِيَمْكُرُواْ فِيهَا وَمَا يَمْكُرُونَ إِلاَّ بِأَنفُسِهِمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وكذلك - And thus| جعلنا - We placed| في - in| كل - every| قرية - city| أكابر - greatest| مجرميها - (of) its criminals,| ليمكروا - so that they plot| فيها - therein.| وما - And not| يمكرون - they plot| إلا - except| بأنفسهم - against themselves| وما - and not| يشعرون - they perceive.| | ||||||
| 6 [7:95] | Thumma baddalna makana alssayyi-atialhasanata hatta AAafaw waqaloo qadmassa abaana alddarraowaalssarrao faakhathnahum baghtatanwahum la yashAAuroona | ثم بدلنا مكان السيئة الحسنة حتى عفوا وقالوا قد مس آباءنا الضراء والسراء فأخذناهم بغتة وهم لا يشعرون ثُمَّ بَدَّلْنَا مَكَانَ السَّيِّئَةِ الْحَسَنَةَ حَتَّى عَفَواْ وَّقَالُواْ قَدْ مَسَّ آبَاءَنَا الضَّرَّاءُ وَالسَّرَّاءُ فَأَخَذْنَاهُم بَغْتَةً وَهُمْ لاَ يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ثم - Then| بدلنا - We changed| مكان - (in) place| السيئة - (of) the bad| الحسنة - the good,| حتى - until| عفوا - they increased| وقالوا - and said,| قد - "Verily,| مس - (had) touched| آباءنا - our forefathers| الضراء - the adversity| والسراء - and the ease."| فأخذناهم - So We seized them| بغتة - suddenly,| وهم - while they| لا - (did) not| يشعرون - perceive.| | ||||||
| 7 [12:15] | Falamma thahaboo bihiwaajmaAAoo an yajAAaloohu fee ghayabati aljubbi waawhaynailayhi latunabi-annahum bi-amrihim hatha wahum layashAAuroona | فلما ذهبوا به وأجمعوا أن يجعلوه في غيابت الجب وأوحينا إليه لتنبئنهم بأمرهم هذا وهم لا يشعرون فَلَمَّا ذَهَبُواْ بِهِ وَأَجْمَعُواْ أَن يَجْعَلُوهُ فِي غَيَابَةِ الْجُبِّ وَأَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْهِ لَتُنَبِّئَنَّهُم بِأَمْرِهِمْ هَـذَا وَهُمْ لاَ يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فلما - So when| ذهبوا - they took him| به - they took him| وأجمعوا - and agreed| أن - that| يجعلوه - they put him| في - in| غيابت - (the) bottom| الجب - (of) the well.| وأوحينا - But We inspired| إليه - to him,| لتنبئنهم - "Surely, you will inform them| بأمرهم - about this affair,| هذا - about this affair,| وهم - while they| لا - (do) not| يشعرون - perceive."| | ||||||
| 8 [12:107] | Afaaminoo an ta/tiyahum ghashiyatunmin AAathabi Allahi aw ta/tiyahumu alssaAAatubaghtatan wahum la yashAAuroona | أفأمنوا أن تأتيهم غاشية من عذاب الله أو تأتيهم الساعة بغتة وهم لا يشعرون أَفَأَمِنُواْ أَن تَأْتِيَهُمْ غَاشِيَةٌ مِّنْ عَذَابِ اللّهِ أَوْ تَأْتِيَهُمُ السَّاعَةُ بَغْتَةً وَهُمْ لاَ يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أفأمنوا - Do they then feel secure| أن - (against) that| تأتيهم - comes to them| غاشية - an overwhelming| من - [of]| عذاب - punishment| الله - (of) Allah,| أو - or| تأتيهم - comes to them| الساعة - the Hour| بغتة - suddenly| وهم - while they| لا - (do) not| يشعرون - perceive?| | ||||||
| 9 [16:21] | Amwatun ghayru ahya-inwama yashAAuroona ayyana yubAAathoona | أموات غير أحياء وما يشعرون أيان يبعثون أَمْواتٌ غَيْرُ أَحْيَاءٍ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ أَيَّانَ يُبْعَثُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أموات - (They are) dead| غير - not alive.| أحياء - not alive.| وما - And not| يشعرون - they perceive| أيان - when| يبعثون - they will be resurrected.| | ||||||
| 10 [16:26] | Qad makara allatheena min qablihimfaata Allahu bunyanahum mina alqawaAAidifakharra AAalayhimu alssaqfu min fawqihim waatahumualAAathabu min haythu la yashAAuroona | قد مكر الذين من قبلهم فأتى الله بنيانهم من القواعد فخر عليهم السقف من فوقهم وأتاهم العذاب من حيث لا يشعرون قَدْ مَكَرَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَأَتَى اللّهُ بُنْيَانَهُم مِّنَ الْقَوَاعِدِ فَخَرَّ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّقْفُ مِن فَوْقِهِمْ وَأَتَاهُمُ الْعَذَابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لاَ يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قد - Verily,| مكر - plotted| الذين - those who| من - (were) before them,| قبلهم - (were) before them,| فأتى - but Allah came| الله - but Allah came| بنيانهم - (at) their building| من - from| القواعد - the foundations,| فخر - so fell| عليهم - upon them| السقف - the roof| من - from| فوقهم - above them,| وأتاهم - and came to them| العذاب - the punishment| من - from| حيث - where| لا - they (did) not perceive.| يشعرون - they (did) not perceive.| | ||||||
| 11 [16:45] | Afaamina allatheena makaroo alssayyi-atian yakhsifa Allahu bihimu al-arda aw ya/tiyahumualAAathabu min haythu la yashAAuroona | أفأمن الذين مكروا السيئات أن يخسف الله بهم الأرض أو يأتيهم العذاب من حيث لا يشعرون أَفَأَمِنَ الَّذِينَ مَكَرُواْ السَّيِّئَاتِ أَن يَخْسِفَ اللّهُ بِهِمُ الْأَرْضَ أَوْ يَأْتِيَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لاَ يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||

| 13 [26:202] | Faya/tiyahum baghtatan wahum layashAAuroona | فيأتيهم بغتة وهم لا يشعرون فَيَأْتِيَهُم بَغْتَةً وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فيأتيهم - And it will come to them| بغتة - suddenly,| وهم - while they| لا - (do) not| يشعرون - perceive.| | ||||||
| 14 [27:18] | Hatta itha ataw AAalawadi alnnamli qalat namlatun ya ayyuhaalnnamlu odkhuloo masakinakum la yahtimannakumsulaymanu wajunooduhu wahum la yashAAuroona | حتى إذا أتوا على واد النمل قالت نملة يا أيها النمل ادخلوا مساكنكم لا يحطمنكم سليمان وجنوده وهم لا يشعرون حَتَّى إِذَا أَتَوْا عَلَى وَادِي النَّمْلِ قَالَتْ نَمْلَةٌ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّمْلُ ادْخُلُوا مَسَاكِنَكُمْ لَا يَحْطِمَنَّكُمْ سُلَيْمَانُ وَجُنُودُهُ وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |حتى - Until,| إذا - when| أتوا - they came| على - to| واد - (the) valley| النمل - (of) the ants,| قالت - said| نملة - an ant,| يا - O| أيها - "O| النمل - ants!| ادخلوا - Enter| مساكنكم - your dwellings| لا - lest not crush you| يحطمنكم - lest not crush you| سليمان - Sulaiman| وجنوده - and his hosts| وهم - while they| لا - (do) not perceive."| يشعرون - (do) not perceive."| | ||||||
| 15 [27:50] | Wamakaroo makran wamakarna makranwahum la yashAAuroona | ومكروا مكرا ومكرنا مكرا وهم لا يشعرون وَمَكَرُوا مَكْرًا وَمَكَرْنَا مَكْرًا وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ومكروا - So they plotted| مكرا - a plot| ومكرنا - and We planned| مكرا - a plan,| وهم - while they| لا - (did) not| يشعرون - perceive.| | ||||||
| 16 [27:65] | Qul la yaAAlamu man fee alssamawatiwaal-ardi alghayba illa Allahu wamayashAAuroona ayyana yubAAathoona | قل لا يعلم من في السماوات والأرض الغيب إلا الله وما يشعرون أيان يبعثون قُل لَّا يَعْلَمُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ الْغَيْبَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ أَيَّانَ يُبْعَثُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| لا - "No (one)| يعلم - knows| من - whoever| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth| الغيب - (of) the unseen| إلا - except| الله - Allah,| وما - and not| يشعرون - they perceive| أيان - when| يبعثون - they will be resurrected."| | ||||||
| 17 [28:9] | Waqalati imraatu firAAawna qurratuAAaynin lee walaka la taqtuloohu AAasa an yanfaAAanaaw nattakhithahu waladan wahum la yashAAuroona | وقالت امرأت فرعون قرت عين لي ولك لا تقتلوه عسى أن ينفعنا أو نتخذه ولدا وهم لا يشعرون وَقَالَتِ امْرَأَتُ فِرْعَوْنَ قُرَّتُ عَيْنٍ لِّي وَلَكَ لَا تَقْتُلُوهُ عَسَى أَن يَنفَعَنَا أَوْ نَتَّخِذَهُ وَلَدًا وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وقالت - And said| امرأت - (the) wife| فرعون - (of) Firaun,| قرت - "A comfort| عين - (of the) eye| لي - for me| ولك - and for you;| لا - (Do) not| تقتلوه - kill him;| عسى - perhaps| أن - (that)| ينفعنا - he may benefit us,| أو - or| نتخذه - we may take him| ولدا - (as) a son."| وهم - And they| لا - (did) not| يشعرون - perceive.| | ||||||
| 18 [28:11] | Waqalat li-okhtihi qusseehifabasurat bihi AAan junubin wahum la yashAAuroona | وقالت لأخته قصيه فبصرت به عن جنب وهم لا يشعرون وَقَالَتْ لِأُخْتِهِ قُصِّيهِ فَبَصُرَتْ بِهِ عَن جُنُبٍ وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وقالت - And she said| لأخته - to his sister,| قصيه - "Follow him."| فبصرت - So she watched| به - him| عن - from| جنب - a distance| وهم - while they| لا - (did) not| يشعرون - perceive.| | ||||||
| 19 [29:53] | WayastaAAjiloonaka bialAAathabiwalawla ajalun musamman lajaahumu alAAathabuwalaya/tiyannahum baghtatan wahum la yashAAuroona | ويستعجلونك بالعذاب ولولا أجل مسمى لجاءهم العذاب وليأتينهم بغتة وهم لا يشعرون وَيَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ بِالْعَذَابِ وَلَوْلَا أَجَلٌ مُّسَمًّى لَّجَاءَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ وَلَيَأْتِيَنَّهُم بَغْتَةً وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ويستعجلونك - And they ask you to hasten| بالعذاب - [with] the punishment.| ولولا - And if not| أجل - (for) a term| مسمى - appointed,| لجاءهم - surely (would) have come to them| العذاب - the punishment.| وليأتينهم - But it will surely come to them| بغتة - suddenly| وهم - while they| لا - (do) not| يشعرون - perceive.| | ||||||
| 20 [39:25] | Kaththaba allatheena minqablihim faatahumu alAAathabu min haythu layashAAuroona | كذب الذين من قبلهم فأتاهم العذاب من حيث لا يشعرون كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَأَتَاهُمْ الْعَذَابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
