| 1 [7:127] | Waqala almalao min qawmi firAAawnaatatharu moosa waqawmahu liyufsidoo fee al-ardiwayatharaka waalihataka qala sanuqattilu abnaahumwanastahyee nisaahum wa-inna fawqahum qahiroona |  وقال الملأ من قوم فرعون أتذر موسى وقومه ليفسدوا في الأرض ويذرك وآلهتك قال سنقتل أبناءهم ونستحيي نساءهم وإنا فوقهم قاهرونوَقَالَ الْمَلَأُ مِن قَوْمِ فِرْعَونَ أَتَذَرُ مُوسَى وَقَوْمَهُ لِيُفْسِدُواْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَيَذَرَكَ وَآلِهَتَكَ قَالَ سَنُقَتِّلُ أَبْنَاءَهُمْ وَنَسْتَحْيِـي نِسَاءَهُمْ وَإِنَّا فَوْقَهُمْ قَاهِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وقال - And said| الملأ - the chiefs| من - of| قوم - (the) people| فرعون - (of) Firaun,| أتذر - "Will you leave| موسى - Musa| وقومه - and his people| ليفسدوا - so that they cause corruption| في - in| الأرض - the earth| ويذرك - and forsake you| وآلهتك - and your gods?"| قال - He said,| سنقتل - "We will kill| أبناءهم - their sons| ونستحيي - and we will let live| نساءهم - their women,| وإنا - and indeed, we| فوقهم - over them| قاهرون - (are) subjugators."| | ||||||
| 2 [7:137] | Waawrathna alqawma allatheenakanoo yustadAAafoona mashariqa al-ardiwamagharibaha allatee barakna feehawatammat kalimatu rabbika alhusna AAalabanee isra-eela bima sabaroo wadammarnama kana yasnaAAu firAAawnu waqawmuhu wamakanoo yaAArishoona | وأورثنا القوم الذين كانوا يستضعفون مشارق الأرض ومغاربها التي باركنا فيها وتمت كلمت ربك الحسنى على بني إسرائيل بما صبروا ودمرنا ما كان يصنع فرعون وقومه وما كانوا يعرشون وَأَوْرَثْنَا الْقَوْمَ الَّذِينَ كَانُواْ يُسْتَضْعَفُونَ مَشَارِقَ الْأَرْضِ وَمَغَارِبَهَا الَّتِي بَارَكْنَا فِيهَا وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ الْحُسْنَى عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَآئِيلَ بِمَا صَبَرُواْ وَدَمَّرْنَا مَا كَانَ يَصْنَعُ فِرْعَوْنُ وَقَوْمُهُ وَمَا كَانُواْ يَعْرِشُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وأورثنا - And We made inheritors| القوم - the people| الذين - those who| كانوا - were| يستضعفون - considered weak -| مشارق - (the) eastern (parts)| الأرض - (of) the land| ومغاربها - and the western (parts) of it,| التي - which| باركنا - We blessed| فيها - [in it].| وتمت - And was fulfilled| كلمت - (the) word| ربك - (of) your Lord -| الحسنى - the best| على - for| بني - (the) Children| إسرائيل - (of) Israel| بما - because| صبروا - they were patient.| ودمرنا - And We destroyed| ما - what| كان - used to| يصنع - make| فرعون - Firaun| وقومه - and his people,| وما - and what| كانوا - they used to| يعرشون - erect.| | ||||||
| 3 [21:52] | Ith qala li-abeehi waqawmihi mahathihi alttamatheelu allatee antum lahaAAakifoona | إذ قال لأبيه وقومه ما هذه التماثيل التي أنتم لها عاكفون إِذْ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِ مَا هَذِهِ التَّمَاثِيلُ الَّتِي أَنتُمْ لَهَا عَاكِفُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إذ - When| قال - he said| لأبيه - to his father| وقومه - and his people,| ما - "What| هذه - (are) these| التماثيل - [the] statues| التي - which| أنتم - you| لها - to it| عاكفون - (are) devoted?"| | ||||||
| 4 [26:70] | Ith qala li-abeehi waqawmihi mataAAbudoona | إذ قال لأبيه وقومه ما تعبدون إِذْ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إذ - When| قال - he said| لأبيه - to his father| وقومه - and his people,| ما - "What| تعبدون - (do) you worship?"| | ||||||
| 5 [27:12] | Waadkhil yadaka fee jaybika takhruj baydaamin ghayri soo-in fee tisAAi ayatin ilafirAAawna waqawmihi innahum kanoo qawman fasiqeena | وأدخل يدك في جيبك تخرج بيضاء من غير سوء في تسع آيات إلى فرعون وقومه إنهم كانوا قوما فاسقين وَأَدْخِلْ يَدَكَ فِي جَيْبِكَ تَخْرُجْ بَيْضَاءَ مِنْ غَيْرِ سُوءٍ فِي تِسْعِ آيَاتٍ إِلَى فِرْعَوْنَ وَقَوْمِهِ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وأدخل - And enter| يدك - your hand| في - into| جيبك - your bosom| تخرج - it will come forth| بيضاء - white| من - without| غير - without| سوء - harm.| في - (These are) among| تسع - nine| آيات - signs| إلى - to| فرعون - Firaun| وقومه - and his people.| إنهم - Indeed, they| كانوا - are| قوما - a people| فاسقين - defiantly disobedient."| | ||||||
| 6 [37:85] | Ith qala li-abeehi waqawmihi mathataAAbudoona | إذ قال لأبيه وقومه ماذا تعبدون إِذْ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِ مَاذَا تَعْبُدُونَ | |||||

| 7 [43:26] | Wa-ith qala ibraheemuli-abeehi waqawmihi innanee baraon mimma taAAbudoona | وإذ قال إبراهيم لأبيه وقومه إنني براء مما تعبدون وَإِذْ قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِ إِنَّنِي بَرَاءٌ مِّمَّا تَعْبُدُونَ | |||||
