| 1 [6:4] | Wama ta/teehim min ayatin min ayatirabbihim illa kanoo AAanha muAArideena |  وما تأتيهم من آية من آيات ربهم إلا كانوا عنها معرضينوَمَا تَأْتِيهِم مِّنْ آيَةٍ مِّنْ آيَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ إِلاَّ كَانُواْ عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| تأتيهم - comes to them| من - [of]| آية - any sign| من - from| آيات - (the) Signs| ربهم - (of) their Lord| إلا - but| كانوا - they are| عنها - from it| معرضين - turning away.| | ||||||
| 2 [15:81] | Waataynahum ayatinafakanoo AAanha muAArideena | وآتيناهم آياتنا فكانوا عنها معرضين وَآتَيْنَاهُمْ آيَاتِنَا فَكَانُواْ عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وآتيناهم - And We gave them| آياتنا - Our Signs,| فكانوا - but they were| عنها - from them| معرضين - turning away.| | ||||||
| 3 [26:5] | Wama ya/teehim min thikrin minaalrrahmani muhdathin illa kanooAAanhu muAArideena | وما يأتيهم من ذكر من الرحمن محدث إلا كانوا عنه معرضين وَمَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن ذِكْرٍ مِّنَ الرَّحْمَنِ مُحْدَثٍ إِلَّا كَانُوا عَنْهُ مُعْرِضِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And (does) not| يأتيهم - come to them| من - any| ذكر - reminder| من - from| الرحمن - the Most Gracious| محدث - new,| إلا - but| كانوا - they| عنه - from it| معرضين - turn away.| | ||||||
