| 1 [3:62] | Inna hatha lahuwa alqasasualhaqqu wama min ilahin illa Allahuwa-inna Allaha lahuwa alAAazeezu alhakeemu |  إن هذا لهو القصص الحق وما من إله إلا الله وإن الله لهو العزيز الحكيمإِنَّ هَـذَا لَهُوَ الْقَصَصُ الْحَقُّ وَمَا مِنْ إِلَـهٍ إِلاَّ اللّهُ وَإِنَّ اللّهَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed| هذا - this,| لهو - surely it (is)| القصص - the narration -| الحق - [the] true.| وما - And (there is) no| من - (of)| إله - god| إلا - except| الله - Allah.| وإن - And indeed,| الله - Allah,| لهو - surely He| العزيز - (is) the All-Mighty,| الحكيم - the All-Wise.| | ||||||
| 2 [16:126] | Wa-in AAaqabtum faAAaqiboobimithli ma AAooqibtum bihi wala-in sabartum lahuwakhayrun lilssabireena | وإن عاقبتم فعاقبوا بمثل ما عوقبتم به ولئن صبرتم لهو خير للصابرين وَإِنْ عَاقَبْتُمْ فَعَاقِبُواْ بِمِثْلِ مَا عُوقِبْتُم بِهِ وَلَئِن صَبَرْتُمْ لَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لِّلصَّابِرينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And if| عاقبتم - you retaliate,| فعاقبوا - then retaliate| بمثل - with the like| ما - of what| عوقبتم - you were afflicted| به - with [it].| ولئن - But if| صبرتم - you are patient,| لهو - surely (it) is| خير - better| للصابرين - for those who are patient.| | ||||||
| 3 [22:58] | Waallatheena hajaroofee sabeeli Allahi thumma qutiloo aw matoolayarzuqannahumu Allahu rizqan hasanan wa-inna Allahalahuwa khayru alrraziqeena | والذين هاجروا في سبيل الله ثم قتلوا أو ماتوا ليرزقنهم الله رزقا حسنا وإن الله لهو خير الرازقين وَالَّذِينَ هَاجَرُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ قُتِلُوا أَوْ مَاتُوا لَيَرْزُقَنَّهُمُ اللَّهُ رِزْقًا حَسَنًا وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَهُوَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |والذين - And those who| هاجروا - emigrated| في - in| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah| ثم - then| قتلوا - were killed| أو - or| ماتوا - died,| ليرزقنهم - surely, Allah will provide them| الله - surely, Allah will provide them| رزقا - a provision| حسنا - good.| وإن - And indeed| الله - Allah,| لهو - surely, He| خير - (is the) Best| الرازقين - (of) the Providers.| | ||||||
| 4 [22:64] | Lahu ma fee alssamawatiwama fee al-ardi wa-inna Allaha lahuwaalghaniyyu alhameedu | له ما في السماوات وما في الأرض وإن الله لهو الغني الحميد لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَهُوَ الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ | |||||
| Words | |له - For Him| ما - (is) whatever| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| وما - and whatever| في - (is) in| الأرض - the earth.| وإن - And indeed,| الله - Allah| لهو - surely, He| الغني - (is) Free of need,| الحميد - the Praiseworthy.| | ||||||
| 5 [26:9] | Wa-inna rabbaka lahuwa alAAazeezu alrraheemu | وإن ربك لهو العزيز الرحيم وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And indeed| ربك - your Lord,| لهو - surely, He| العزيز - (is) the All-Mighty,| الرحيم - the Most Merciful.| | ||||||

| 13 [27:16] | Wawaritha sulaymanu dawoodawaqala ya ayyuha alnnasuAAullimna mantiqa alttayri waooteenamin kulli shay-in inna hatha lahuwa alfadlualmubeenu | وورث سليمان داوود وقال يا أيها الناس علمنا منطق الطير وأوتينا من كل شيء إن هذا لهو الفضل المبين وَوَرِثَ سُلَيْمَانُ دَاوُودَ وَقَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ عُلِّمْنَا مَنطِقَ الطَّيْرِ وَأُوتِينَا مِن كُلِّ شَيْءٍ إِنَّ هَذَا لَهُوَ الْفَضْلُ الْمُبِينُ | |||||
| Words | |وورث - And inherited| سليمان - Sulaiman| داوود - Dawood.| وقال - And he said,| يا - O| أيها - "O| الناس - people!| علمنا - We have been taught| منطق - (the) language| الطير - (of) the birds,| وأوتينا - and we have been given| من - from| كل - every| شيء - thing.| إن - Indeed,| هذا - this| لهو - surely, it| الفضل - (is) the favor| المبين - evident."| | ||||||
| 14 [29:64] | Wama hathihi alhayatualddunya illa lahwun walaAAibun wa-inna alddaraal-akhirata lahiya alhayawanu law kanooyaAAlamoona | وما هذه الحياة الدنيا إلا لهو ولعب وإن الدار الآخرة لهي الحيوان لو كانوا يعلمون وَمَا هَذِهِ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا إِلَّا لَهْوٌ وَلَعِبٌ وَإِنَّ الدَّارَ الْآخِرَةَ لَهِيَ الْحَيَوَانُ لَوْ كَانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| هذه - (is) this| الحياة - life| الدنيا - (of) the world| إلا - but| لهو - amusement| ولعب - and play.| وإن - And indeed,| الدار - the Home| الآخرة - (of) the Hereafter -| لهي - surely, it| الحيوان - (is) the life,| لو - if only| كانوا - they| يعلمون - know.| | ||||||
| 15 [31:6] | Wamina alnnasi man yashtareelahwa alhadeethi liyudilla AAan sabeeli Allahibighayri AAilmin wayattakhithaha huzuwan ola-ikalahum AAathabun muheenun | ومن الناس من يشتري لهو الحديث ليضل عن سبيل الله بغير علم ويتخذها هزوا أولئك لهم عذاب مهين وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يَشْتَرِي لَهْوَ الْحَدِيثِ لِيُضِلَّ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَيَتَّخِذَهَا هُزُوًا أُولَئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُّهِينٌ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And of| الناس - the mankind| من - (is he) who| يشتري - purchases,| لهو - idle tales| الحديث - idle tales| ليضل - to mislead| عن - from| سبيل - (the) path| الله - (of) Allah| بغير - without| علم - knowledge,| ويتخذها - and takes it| هزوا - (in) ridicule.| أولئك - Those| لهم - for them| عذاب - (is) a punishment| مهين - humiliating.| | ||||||
| 16 [37:60] | Inna hatha lahuwa alfawzu alAAatheemu | إن هذا لهو الفوز العظيم إِنَّ هَذَا لَهُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| هذا - this| لهو - surely| الفوز - (is) the attainment| العظيم - great.| | ||||||
| 17 [37:106] | Inna hatha lahuwa albalaoalmubeenu | إن هذا لهو البلاء المبين إِنَّ هَذَا لَهُوَ الْبَلَاءُ الْمُبِينُ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| هذا - this| لهو - (was) surely [it]| البلاء - the trial| المبين - clear.| | ||||||
| 18 [56:95] | Inna hatha lahuwa haqqualyaqeeni | إن هذا لهو حق اليقين إِنَّ هَذَا لَهُوَ حَقُّ الْيَقِينِ | |||||
