| 1 [2:28] | Kayfa takfuroona biAllahiwakuntum amwatan faahyakum thumma yumeetukumthumma yuhyeekum thumma ilayhi turjaAAoona |  كيف تكفرون بالله وكنتم أمواتا فأحياكم ثم يميتكم ثم يحييكم ثم إليه ترجعونكَيْفَ تَكْفُرُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَكُنتُمْ أَمْوَاتاً فَأَحْيَاكُمْ ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمْ ثُمَّ يُحْيِيكُمْ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |كيف - How| تكفرون - (can) you disbelieve| بالله - in Allah?| وكنتم - While you were| أمواتا - dead| فأحياكم - then He gave you life;| ثم - then| يميتكم - He will cause you to die,| ثم - then| يحييكم - He will give you life,| ثم - then| إليه - to Him| ترجعون - you will be returned.| | ||||||
| 2 [2:245] | Man tha allathee yuqriduAllaha qardan hasanan fayudaAAifahulahu adAAafan katheeratan waAllahuyaqbidu wayabsutu wa-ilayhi turjaAAoona | من ذا الذي يقرض الله قرضا حسنا فيضاعفه له أضعافا كثيرة والله يقبض ويبسط وإليه ترجعون مَّن ذَا الَّذِي يُقْرِضُ اللّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا فَيُضَاعِفَهُ لَهُ أَضْعَافًا كَثِيرَةً وَاللّهُ يَقْبِضُ وَيَبْسُطُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |من - Who| ذا - (is) the one| الذي - who| يقرض - will lend| الله - (to) Allah -| قرضا - a loan| حسنا - good,| فيضاعفه - so (that) He multiplies it| له - for him -| أضعافا - manifolds| كثيرة - many| والله - And Allah| يقبض - withholds| ويبسط - and grants abundance,| وإليه - and to Him| ترجعون - you will be returned.| | ||||||
| 3 [2:281] | Waittaqoo yawman turjaAAoona feehiila Allahi thumma tuwaffa kullu nafsin makasabat wahum la yuthlamoona | واتقوا يوما ترجعون فيه إلى الله ثم توفى كل نفس ما كسبت وهم لا يظلمون وَاتَّقُواْ يَوْمًا تُرْجَعُونَ فِيهِ إِلَى اللّهِ ثُمَّ تُوَفَّى كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَّا كَسَبَتْ وَهُمْ لاَ يُظْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |واتقوا - And fear| يوما - a Day| ترجعون - you will be brought back| فيه - [in it]| إلى - to| الله - Allah.| ثم - Then| توفى - (will be) repaid in full| كل - every| نفس - soul| ما - what| كسبت - it earned| وهم - and they| لا - not| يظلمون - will be wronged.| | ||||||
| 4 [10:56] | Huwa yuhyee wayumeetu wa-ilayhiturjaAAoona | هو يحيي ويميت وإليه ترجعون هُوَ يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |هو - He| يحيي - gives life| ويميت - and causes death,| وإليه - and to Him| ترجعون - you will be returned.| | ||||||
| 5 [11:34] | Wala yanfaAAukum nushee inaradtu an ansaha lakum in kana Allahuyureedu an yughwiyakum huwa rabbukum wa-ilayhi turjaAAoona | ولا ينفعكم نصحي إن أردت أن أنصح لكم إن كان الله يريد أن يغويكم هو ربكم وإليه ترجعون وَلاَ يَنفَعُكُمْ نُصْحِي إِنْ أَرَدتُّ أَنْ أَنصَحَ لَكُمْ إِن كَانَ اللّهُ يُرِيدُ أَن يُغْوِيَكُمْ هُوَ رَبُّكُمْ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولا - And (will) not| ينفعكم - benefit you| نصحي - my advice| إن - (even) if| أردت - I wish| أن - to| أنصح - [I] advise| لكم - [to] you,| إن - if| كان - it was Allah's| الله - it was Allah's| يريد - will| أن - to| يغويكم - let you go astray.| هو - He (is)| ربكم - your Lord,| وإليه - and to Him| ترجعون - you will be returned."| | ||||||
| 6 [21:35] | Kullu nafsin tha-iqatu almawtiwanablookum bialshsharri waalkhayri fitnatanwa-ilayna turjaAAoona | كل نفس ذائقة الموت ونبلوكم بالشر والخير فتنة وإلينا ترجعون كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَائِقَةُ الْمَوْتِ وَنَبْلُوكُم بِالشَّرِّ وَالْخَيْرِ فِتْنَةً وَإِلَيْنَا تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |كل - Every| نفس - soul| ذائقة - (will) taste| الموت - [the] death.| ونبلوكم - And We test you| بالشر - with [the] bad| والخير - and [the] good| فتنة - (as) a trial;| وإلينا - and to Us| ترجعون - you will be returned.| | ||||||
| 7 [23:115] | Afahasibtum annama khalaqnakumAAabathan waannakum ilayna la turjaAAoona | أفحسبتم أنما خلقناكم عبثا وأنكم إلينا لا ترجعون أَفَحَسِبْتُمْ أَنَّمَا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ عَبَثًا وَأَنَّكُمْ إِلَيْنَا لَا تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أفحسبتم - Then did you think| أنما - that| خلقناكم - We created you| عبثا - uselessly| وأنكم - and that you| إلينا - to Us| لا - not| ترجعون - will be returned?"| | ||||||
| 8 [28:70] | Wahuwa Allahu la ilahailla huwa lahu alhamdu fee al-oola waal-akhiratiwalahu alhukmu wa-ilayhi turjaAAoona | وهو الله لا إله إلا هو له الحمد في الأولى والآخرة وله الحكم وإليه ترجعون وَهُوَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ لَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِي الْأُولَى وَالْآخِرَةِ وَلَهُ الْحُكْمُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وهو - And He| الله - (is) Allah;| لا - (there is) no| إله - god| إلا - but| هو - He.| له - To Him| الحمد - (are due) all praises| في - in| الأولى - the first| والآخرة - and the last.| وله - And for Him| الحكم - (is) the Decision,| وإليه - and to Him| ترجعون - you will be returned.| | ||||||
| 9 [28:88] | Wala tadAAu maAAa Allahi ilahanakhara la ilaha illa huwa kullushay-in halikun illa wajhahu lahu alhukmuwa-ilayhi turjaAAoona | ولا تدع مع الله إلها آخر لا إله إلا هو كل شيء هالك إلا وجهه له الحكم وإليه ترجعون وَلَا تَدْعُ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَهًا آخَرَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ هَالِكٌ إِلَّا وَجْهَهُ لَهُ الْحُكْمُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولا - And (do) not| تدع - invoke| مع - with| الله - Allah| إلها - god| آخر - other.| لا - (There is) no| إله - god| إلا - except| هو - Him.| كل - Every| شيء - thing| هالك - (will be) destroyed| إلا - except| وجهه - His Face.| له - To Him| الحكم - (is) the Decision,| وإليه - and to Him| ترجعون - you will be returned.| | ||||||
| 10 [29:17] | Innama taAAbudoona min dooni Allahiawthanan watakhluqoona ifkan inna allatheenataAAbudoona min dooni Allahi la yamlikoona lakumrizqan faibtaghoo AAinda Allahi alrrizqa waoAAbudoohuwaoshkuroo lahu ilayhi turjaAAoona | إنما تعبدون من دون الله أوثانا وتخلقون إفكا إن الذين تعبدون من دون الله لا يملكون لكم رزقا فابتغوا عند الله الرزق واعبدوه واشكروا له إليه ترجعون إِنَّمَا تَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ أَوْثَانًا وَتَخْلُقُونَ إِفْكًا إِنَّ الَّذِينَ تَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ لَا يَمْلِكُونَ لَكُمْ رِزْقًا فَابْتَغُوا عِندَ اللَّهِ الرِّزْقَ وَاعْبُدُوهُ وَاشْكُرُوا لَهُ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إنما - Only| تعبدون - you worship| من - besides| دون - besides| الله - Allah| أوثانا - idols,| وتخلقون - and you create| إفكا - falsehood.| إن - Indeed,| الذين - those whom| تعبدون - you worship| من - besides| دون - besides| الله - Allah| لا - (do) not| يملكون - possess| لكم - for you| رزقا - any provision.| فابتغوا - So seek| عند - from| الله - Allah| الرزق - the provision| واعبدوه - and worship Him| واشكروا - and be grateful| له - to Him.| إليه - To Him| ترجعون - you will be returned.| | ||||||
| 11 [29:57] | Kullu nafsin tha-iqatu almawti thummailayna turjaAAoona | كل نفس ذائقة الموت ثم إلينا ترجعون كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَائِقَةُ الْمَوْتِ ثُمَّ إِلَيْنَا تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||

| 12 [30:11] | Allahu yabdao alkhalqa thummayuAAeeduhu thumma ilayhi turjaAAoona | الله يبدأ الخلق ثم يعيده ثم إليه ترجعون اللَّهُ يَبْدَأُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||

| 13 [32:11] | Qul yatawaffakum malaku almawti allatheewukkila bikum thumma ila rabbikum turjaAAoona | قل يتوفاكم ملك الموت الذي وكل بكم ثم إلى ربكم ترجعون قُلْ يَتَوَفَّاكُم مَّلَكُ الْمَوْتِ الَّذِي وُكِّلَ بِكُمْ ثُمَّ إِلَى رَبِّكُمْ تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||

| 14 [36:22] | Wama liya la aAAbudu allatheefataranee wa-ilayhi turjaAAoona | وما لي لا أعبد الذي فطرني وإليه ترجعون وَمَا لِي لاَ أَعْبُدُ الَّذِي فَطَرَنِي وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And what| لي - (is) for me| لا - (that) not| أعبد - I worship| الذي - the One Who| فطرني - created me| وإليه - and to Whom| ترجعون - you will be returned?| | ||||||
| 15 [36:83] | Fasubhana allathee biyadihimalakootu kulli shay-in wa-ilayhi turjaAAoona | فسبحان الذي بيده ملكوت كل شيء وإليه ترجعون فَسُبْحَانَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ مَلَكُوتُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||

| 16 [39:44] | Qul lillahi alshshafaAAatujameeAAan lahu mulku alssamawati waal-ardithumma ilayhi turjaAAoona | قل لله الشفاعة جميعا له ملك السماوات والأرض ثم إليه ترجعون قُل لِّلَّهِ الشَّفَاعَةُ جَمِيعًا لَّهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| لله - "To Allah (belongs)| الشفاعة - the intercession| جميعا - all.| له - For Him| ملك - (is the) dominion| السماوات - (of) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth.| ثم - Then| إليه - to Him| ترجعون - you will be returned."| | ||||||
| 17 [41:21] | Waqaloo lijuloodihim lima shahidtumAAalayna qaloo antaqana Allahuallathee antaqa kulla shay-in wahuwa khalaqakumawwala marratin wa-ilayhi turjaAAoona | وقالوا لجلودهم لم شهدتم علينا قالوا أنطقنا الله الذي أنطق كل شيء وهو خلقكم أول مرة وإليه ترجعون وَقَالُوا لِجُلُودِهِمْ لِمَ شَهِدتُّمْ عَلَيْنَا قَالُوا أَنطَقَنَا اللَّهُ الَّذِي أَنطَقَ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ وَهُوَ خَلَقَكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وقالوا - And they will say| لجلودهم - to their skins,| لم - "Why do| شهدتم - you testify| علينا - against us?"| قالوا - They will say,| أنطقنا - "Allah made us speak,| الله - "Allah made us speak,| الذي - the One Who| أنطق - makes speak| كل - every| شيء - thing;| وهو - and He| خلقكم - created you| أول - (the) first| مرة - time,| وإليه - and to Him| ترجعون - you will be returned."| | ||||||
| 18 [43:85] | Watabaraka allathee lahu mulkualssamawati waal-ardi wamabaynahuma waAAindahu AAilmu alssaAAatiwa-ilayhi turjaAAoona | وتبارك الذي له ملك السماوات والأرض وما بينهما وعنده علم الساعة وإليه ترجعون وَتَبَارَكَ الَّذِي لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَعِندَهُ عِلْمُ السَّاعَةِ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||

| 19 [45:15] | Man AAamila salihanfalinafsihi waman asaa faAAalayha thumma ilarabbikum turjaAAoona | من عمل صالحا فلنفسه ومن أساء فعليها ثم إلى ربكم ترجعون مَنْ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَلِنَفْسِهِ وَمَنْ أَسَاءَ فَعَلَيْهَا ثُمَّ إِلَى رَبِّكُمْ تُرْجَعُونَ | |||||
