| 1 [2:155] | Walanabluwannakum bishay-in mina alkhawfiwaaljooAAi wanaqsin mina al-amwali waal-anfusiwaalththamarati wabashshiri alssabireena |  ولنبلونكم بشيء من الخوف والجوع ونقص من الأموال والأنفس والثمرات وبشر الصابرينوَلَنَبْلُوَنَّكُمْ بِشَيْءٍ مِّنَ الْخَوفْ وَالْجُوعِ وَنَقْصٍ مِّنَ الأَمْوَالِ وَالْأَنفُسِ وَالثَّمَرَاتِ وَبَشِّرِ الصَّابِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولنبلونكم - And surely We will test you| بشيء - with something| من - of| الخوف - [the] fear| والجوع - and [the] hunger| ونقص - and loss| من - of| الأموال - [the] wealth| والأنفس - and [the] lives| والثمرات - and [the] fruits,| وبشر - but give good news| الصابرين - (to) the patient ones.| | ||||||
| 2 [2:255] | Allahu la ilaha illahuwa alhayyu alqayyoomu la ta/khuthuhusinatun wala nawmun lahu ma fee alssamawatiwama fee al-ardi man tha allatheeyashfaAAu AAindahu illa bi-ithnihi yaAAlamu mabayna aydeehim wama khalfahum wala yuheetoonabishay-in min AAilmihi illa bima shaawasiAAa kursiyyuhu alssamawati waal-ardawala yaooduhu hifthuhumawahuwa alAAaliyyu alAAatheemu | الله لا إله إلا هو الحي القيوم لا تأخذه سنة ولا نوم له ما في السماوات وما في الأرض من ذا الذي يشفع عنده إلا بإذنه يعلم ما بين أيديهم وما خلفهم ولا يحيطون بشيء من علمه إلا بما شاء وسع كرسيه السماوات والأرض ولا يئوده حفظهما وهو العلي العظيم اللّهُ لاَ إِلَـهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ لاَ تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلاَ نَوْمٌ لَّهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ مَن ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهُ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلاَ يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِهِ إِلاَّ بِمَا شَاءَ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ وَلاَ يَؤُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ | |||||
| Words | |الله - Allah -| لا - (there is) no| إله - God| إلا - except| هو - Him,| الحي - the Ever-Living,| القيوم - the Sustainer of all that exists.| لا - Not| تأخذه - overtakes Him| سنة - slumber| ولا - [and] not| نوم - sleep.| له - To Him (belongs)| ما - what(ever)| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| وما - and what(ever)| في - (is) in| الأرض - the earth.| من - Who| ذا - (is) the one| الذي - who| يشفع - can intercede| عنده - with Him| إلا - except| بإذنه - by His permission.| يعلم - He knows| ما - what| بين - (is)| أيديهم - before them| وما - and what| خلفهم - (is) behind them.| ولا - And not| يحيطون - they encompass| بشيء - anything| من - of| علمه - His Knowledge| إلا - except| بما - [of] what| شاء - He willed.| وسع - Extends| كرسيه - His Throne| السماوات - (to) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth.| ولا - And not| يئوده - tires Him| حفظهما - (the) guarding of both of them.| وهو - And He| العلي - (is) the Most High,| العظيم - the Most Great.| | ||||||
| 3 [5:94] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoolayabluwannakumu Allahu bishay-in mina alssayditanaluhu aydeekum warimahukum liyaAAlama Allahuman yakhafuhu bialghaybi famani iAAtadabaAAda thalika falahu AAathabun aleemun | يا أيها الذين آمنوا ليبلونكم الله بشيء من الصيد تناله أيديكم ورماحكم ليعلم الله من يخافه بالغيب فمن اعتدى بعد ذلك فله عذاب أليم يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لَيَبْلُوَنَّكُمُ اللّهُ بِشَيْءٍ مِّنَ الصَّيْدِ تَنَالُهُ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَرِمَاحُكُمْ لِيَعْلَمَ اللّهُ مَن يَخَافُهُ بِالْغَيْبِ فَمَنِ اعْتَدَى بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَلَهُ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe!| ليبلونكم - Surely will test you| الله - Allah| بشيء - through something| من - of| الصيد - the game -| تناله - can reach it| أيديكم - your hands| ورماحكم - and your spears| ليعلم - that may make evident| الله - Allah| من - who| يخافه - fears Him| بالغيب - in the unseen.| فمن - And whoever| اعتدى - transgressed| بعد - after| ذلك - that,| فله - then for him| عذاب - (is) a punishment| أليم - painful.| | ||||||
| 4 [13:14] | Lahu daAAwatu alhaqqi waallatheenayadAAoona min doonihi la yastajeeboona lahum bishay-in illakabasiti kaffayhi ila alma-iliyablugha fahu wama huwa bibalighihi wamaduAAao alkafireena illa fee dalalin | له دعوة الحق والذين يدعون من دونه لا يستجيبون لهم بشيء إلا كباسط كفيه إلى الماء ليبلغ فاه وما هو ببالغه وما دعاء الكافرين إلا في ضلال لَهُ دَعْوَةُ الْحَقِّ وَالَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِ لاَ يَسْتَجِيبُونَ لَهُم بِشَيْءٍ إِلاَّ كَبَاسِطِ كَفَّيْهِ إِلَى الْمَاءِ لِيَبْلُغَ فَاهُ وَمَا هُوَ بِبَالِغِهِ وَمَا دُعَاءُ الْكَافِرِينَ إِلاَّ فِي ضَلاَلٍ | |||||
| Words | |له - To Him| دعوة - (is) supplication| الحق - (of) the truth.| والذين - And those whom| يدعون - they invoke| من - besides Him| دونه - besides Him| لا - not| يستجيبون - they respond| لهم - to them| بشيء - with a thing| إلا - except| كباسط - like one who stretches| كفيه - his hands| إلى - towards| الماء - water| ليبلغ - to reach| فاه - his mouth,| وما - but not| هو - it| ببالغه - reaches it.| وما - And not| دعاء - (is) the supplication| الكافرين - (of) the disbelievers| إلا - but| في - in| ضلال - error.| | ||||||
| 5 [26:30] | Qala awa law ji/tuka bishay-in mubeenin | قال أولو جئتك بشيء مبين قَالَ أَوَلَوْ جِئْتُكَ بِشَيْءٍ مُّبِينٍ | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| أولو - "Even if| جئتك - I bring you| بشيء - something| مبين - manifest?"| | ||||||
| 6 [40:20] | WaAllahu yaqdee bialhaqqiwaallatheena yadAAoona min doonihi la yaqdoonabishay-in inna Allaha huwa alssameeAAu albaseeru | والله يقضي بالحق والذين يدعون من دونه لا يقضون بشيء إن الله هو السميع البصير وَاللَّهُ يَقْضِي بِالْحَقِّ وَالَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِ لَا يَقْضُونَ بِشَيْءٍ إِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ | |||||
| Words | |والله - And Allah| يقضي - judges| بالحق - in truth,| والذين - while those (whom)| يدعون - they invoke| من - besides Him| دونه - besides Him| لا - not| يقضون - they judge| بشيء - with anything.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah -| هو - He| السميع - (is) the All-Hearer,| البصير - the All-Seer.| | ||||||
