| 1 [2:92] | Walaqad jaakum moosa bialbayyinatithumma ittakhathtumu alAAijla min baAAdihi waantum thalimoona |  ولقد جاءكم موسى بالبينات ثم اتخذتم العجل من بعده وأنتم ظالمونوَلَقَدْ جَاءَكُمْ مُّوسَى بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ ثُمَّ اتَّخَذْتُمُ الْعِجْلَ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ وَأَنتُمْ ظَالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And indeed| جاءكم - came to you| موسى - Musa| بالبينات - with [the] clear signs,| ثم - then| اتخذتم - you took| العجل - the calf| من - from| بعده - after him| وأنتم - and you| ظالمون - (were) wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 2 [3:183] | Allatheena qaloo inna AllahaAAahida ilayna alla nu/mina lirasoolin hattaya/tiyana biqurbanin ta/kuluhu alnnaruqul qad jaakum rusulun min qablee bialbayyinatiwabiallathee qultum falima qataltumoohum in kutum sadiqeena | الذين قالوا إن الله عهد إلينا ألا نؤمن لرسول حتى يأتينا بقربان تأكله النار قل قد جاءكم رسل من قبلي بالبينات وبالذي قلتم فلم قتلتموهم إن كنتم صادقين الَّذِينَ قَالُواْ إِنَّ اللّهَ عَهِدَ إِلَيْنَا أَلاَّ نُؤْمِنَ لِرَسُولٍ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَنَا بِقُرْبَانٍ تَأْكُلُهُ النَّارُ قُلْ قَدْ جَاءَكُمْ رُسُلٌ مِّن قَبْلِي بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَبِالَّذِي قُلْتُمْ فَلِمَ قَتَلْتُمُوهُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |الذين - Those who| قالوا - said,| إن - "Indeed| الله - Allah| عهد - (has) taken promise| إلينا - from us| ألا - that not| نؤمن - we (should) believe| لرسول - in a Messenger| حتى - until| يأتينا - he brings to us| بقربان - a sacrifice -| تأكله - consumes it| النار - the fire."| قل - Say,| قد - "Surely| جاءكم - came to you| رسل - Messengers| من - from| قبلي - before me| بالبينات - with the clear Signs| وبالذي - and with what| قلتم - you speak.| فلم - So why| قتلتموهم - you killed them,| إن - if| كنتم - you are| صادقين - truthful.| | ||||||
| 3 [3:184] | Fa-in kaththabooka faqad kuththibarusulun min qablika jaoo bialbayyinati waalzzuburiwaalkitabi almuneeri | فإن كذبوك فقد كذب رسل من قبلك جاءوا بالبينات والزبر والكتاب المنير فَإِن كَذَّبُوكَ فَقَدْ كُذِّبَ رُسُلٌ مِّن قَبْلِكَ جَآؤُوا بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَالزُّبُرِ وَالْكِتَابِ الْمُنِيرِ | |||||
| Words | |فإن - Then if| كذبوك - they reject you,| فقد - then certainly| كذب - were rejected| رسل - Messengers| من - from| قبلك - before you| جاءوا - (who) came| بالبينات - with the clear Signs| والزبر - and the Scriptures| والكتاب - and the Book -| المنير - [the] Enlightening.| | ||||||
| 4 [5:32] | Min ajli thalika katabna AAalabanee isra-eela annahu man qatala nafsan bighayri nafsinaw fasadin fee al-ardi fakaannama qatala alnnasajameeAAan waman ahyaha fakaannama ahyaalnnasa jameeAAan walaqad jaat-hum rusulunabialbayyinati thumma inna katheeran minhum baAAda thalikafee al-ardi lamusrifoona | من أجل ذلك كتبنا على بني إسرائيل أنه من قتل نفسا بغير نفس أو فساد في الأرض فكأنما قتل الناس جميعا ومن أحياها فكأنما أحيا الناس جميعا ولقد جاءتهم رسلنا بالبينات ثم إن كثيرا منهم بعد ذلك في الأرض لمسرفون مِنْ أَجْلِ ذَلِكَ كَتَبْنَا عَلَى بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ أَنَّهُ مَن قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ أَوْ فَسَادٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا وَمَنْ أَحْيَاهَا فَكَأَنَّمَا أَحْيَا النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا وَلَقَدْ جَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُنَا بِالبَيِّنَاتِ ثُمَّ إِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِّنْهُم بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فِي الْأَرْضِ لَمُسْرِفُونَ | |||||
| Words | |من - From| أجل - time| ذلك - that,| كتبنا - We ordained| على - on| بني - (the) Children| إسرائيل - (of) Israel| أنه - that he| من - who| قتل - kills| نفسا - a soul| بغير - other than| نفس - (for) a soul| أو - or| فساد - (for) spreading corruption| في - in| الأرض - the earth| فكأنما - then (it) is as if| قتل - he has killed| الناس - mankind,| جميعا - all,| ومن - and whoever| أحياها - saves it| فكأنما - then (it) is as if| أحيا - he has saved| الناس - mankind.| جميعا - all.| ولقد - And surely| جاءتهم - came to them| رسلنا - Our Messengers| بالبينات - with clear Signs| ثم - yet,| إن - indeed,| كثيرا - many| منهم - of them| بعد - after| ذلك - that| في - in| الأرض - the earth| لمسرفون - (are) surely those who commit excesses.| | ||||||
| 5 [5:110] | Ith qala Allahu yaAAeesa ibna maryama othkur niAAmatee AAalaykawaAAala walidatika ith ayyadtuka biroohialqudusi tukallimu alnnasa fee almahdi wakahlanwa-ith AAallamtuka alkitaba waalhikmatawaalttawrata waal-injeela wa-ithtakhluqu mina altteeni kahay-ati alttayribi-ithnee fatanfukhu feeha fatakoonu tayranbi-ithnee watubri-o al-akmaha waal-abrasabi-ithnee wa-ith tukhriju almawta bi-ithneewa-ith kafaftu banee isra-eela AAanka ithji/tahum bialbayyinati faqala allatheenakafaroo minhum in hatha illa sihrun mubeenun | إذ قال الله يا عيسى ابن مريم اذكر نعمتي عليك وعلى والدتك إذ أيدتك بروح القدس تكلم الناس في المهد وكهلا وإذ علمتك الكتاب والحكمة والتوراة والإنجيل وإذ تخلق من الطين كهيئة الطير بإذني فتنفخ فيها فتكون طيرا بإذني وتبرئ الأكمه والأبرص بإذني وإذ تخرج الموتى بإذني وإذ كففت بني إسرائيل عنك إذ جئتهم بالبينات فقال الذين كفروا منهم إن هذا إلا سحر مبين إِذْ قَالَ اللّهُ يَا عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ اذْكُرْ نِعْمَتِي عَلَيْكَ وَعَلَى وَالِدَتِكَ إِذْ أَيَّدتُّكَ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ تُكَلِّمُ النَّاسَ فِي الْمَهْدِ وَكَهْلاً وَإِذْ عَلَّمْتُكَ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَالتَّوْرَاةَ وَالْإِنجِيلَ وَإِذْ تَخْلُقُ مِنَ الطِّينِ كَهَيْئَةِ الطَّيْرِ بِإِذْنِي فَتَنفُخُ فِيهَا فَتَكُونُ طَيْرًا بِإِذْنِي وَتُبْرِىءُ الْأَكْمَهَ وَالْأَبْرَصَ بِإِذْنِي وَإِذْ تُخْرِجُ الْمَوتَى بِإِذْنِي وَإِذْ كَفَفْتُ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنكَ إِذْ جِئْتَهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنْهُمْ إِنْ هَـذَا إِلاَّ سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ | |||||
| Words | |إذ - When| قال - said| الله - Allah,| يا - O| عيسى - "O Isa,| ابن - son| مريم - (of) Maryam!| اذكر - Remember| نعمتي - My Favor| عليك - upon you| وعلى - and upon| والدتك - your mother| إذ - when| أيدتك - I strengthened you| بروح - with (the) Spirit,| القدس - the Holy,| تكلم - you spoke| الناس - (to) the people| في - in| المهد - the cradle| وكهلا - and (in) maturity.| وإذ - And when| علمتك - I taught you| الكتاب - the Book| والحكمة - and the wisdom| والتوراة - and the Taurat| والإنجيل - and the Injeel;| وإذ - and when| تخلق - you make| من - from| الطين - the clay| كهيئة - like the shape| الطير - (of) the bird| بإذني - by My permission| فتنفخ - then you breath| فيها - into it| فتكون - and it becomes| طيرا - a bird| بإذني - by My permission,| وتبرئ - and you heal| الأكمه - the born blind| والأبرص - and the leper| بإذني - by My permission,| وإذ - and when| تخرج - you bring forth| الموتى - the dead| بإذني - by My permission.| وإذ - And when| كففت - I restrained| بني - (the) Children| إسرائيل - (of) Israel| عنك - from you| إذ - when| جئتهم - you came to them| بالبينات - with the clear proofs| فقال - then said| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved| منهم - among them| إن - "Not| هذا - (is) this| إلا - but| سحر - magic,| مبين - clear."| | ||||||
| 6 [7:101] | Tilka alqura naqussu AAalaykamin anba-iha walaqad jaat-hum rusuluhum bialbayyinatifama kanoo liyu/minoo bima kaththaboomin qablu kathalika yatbaAAu Allahu AAalaquloobi alkafireena | تلك القرى نقص عليك من أنبائها ولقد جاءتهم رسلهم بالبينات فما كانوا ليؤمنوا بما كذبوا من قبل كذلك يطبع الله على قلوب الكافرين تِلْكَ الْقُرَى نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ مِنْ أَنبَآئِهَا وَلَقَدْ جَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَمَا كَانُواْ لِيُؤْمِنُواْ بِمَا كَذَّبُواْ مِن قَبْلُ كَذَلِكَ يَطْبَعُ اللّهُ عَلَى قُلُوبِ الْكَافِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |تلك - These| القرى - (were) the cities -| نقص - We relate| عليك - to you| من - of| أنبائها - their news.| ولقد - And certainly| جاءتهم - came to them| رسلهم - their Messengers| بالبينات - with clear proofs,| فما - but not| كانوا - they were| ليؤمنوا - to believe| بما - in what| كذبوا - they (had) denied| من - from| قبل - before.| كذلك - Thus| يطبع - (has been) put a seal| الله - (by) Allah| على - on| قلوب - (the) hearts| الكافرين - (of) the disbelievers.| | ||||||
| 7 [9:70] | Alam ya/tihim nabao allatheena minqablihim qawmi noohin waAAadin wathamooda waqawmiibraheema waas-habi madyana waalmu/tafikatiatat-hum rusuluhum bialbayyinati fama kanaAllahu liyathlimahum walakin kanooanfusahum yathlimoona | ألم يأتهم نبأ الذين من قبلهم قوم نوح وعاد وثمود وقوم إبراهيم وأصحاب مدين والمؤتفكات أتتهم رسلهم بالبينات فما كان الله ليظلمهم ولكن كانوا أنفسهم يظلمون أَلَمْ يَأْتِهِمْ نَبَأُ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ قَوْمِ نُوحٍ وَعَادٍ وَثَمُودَ وَقَوْمِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَأَصْحَابِ مَدْيَنَ وَالْمُؤْتَفِكَاتِ أَتَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَمَا كَانَ اللّهُ لِيَظْلِمَهُمْ وَلَـكِن كَانُواْ أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ألم - Has not| يأتهم - come to them| نبأ - (the) news| الذين - (of) those who| من - (were) before them,| قبلهم - (were) before them,| قوم - (the) people| نوح - (of) Nuh,| وعاد - and Aad,| وثمود - and Thamud,| وقوم - and (the) people| إبراهيم - (of) Ibrahim| وأصحاب - and (the) companions| مدين - (of) Madyan,| والمؤتفكات - and the towns overturned?| أتتهم - Came to them| رسلهم - their Messengers| بالبينات - with clear proofs.| فما - And not| كان - was| الله - Allah| ليظلمهم - to wrong them| ولكن - but| كانوا - they were (to)| أنفسهم - themselves| يظلمون - doing wrong.| | ||||||
| 8 [10:13] | Walaqad ahlakna alquroona minqablikum lamma thalamoo wajaat-humrusuluhum bialbayyinati wama kanooliyu/minoo kathalika najzee alqawma almujrimeena | ولقد أهلكنا القرون من قبلكم لما ظلموا وجاءتهم رسلهم بالبينات وما كانوا ليؤمنوا كذلك نجزي القوم المجرمين وَلَقَدْ أَهْلَكْنَا الْقُرُونَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ لَمَّا ظَلَمُواْ وَجَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَمَا كَانُواْ لِيُؤْمِنُواْ كَذَلِكَ نَجْزِي الْقَوْمَ الْمُجْرِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And verily| أهلكنا - We destroyed| القرون - the generations| من - before you| قبلكم - before you| لما - when| ظلموا - they wronged,| وجاءتهم - and came to them| رسلهم - their Messengers| بالبينات - with clear proofs,| وما - but not| كانوا - they were| ليؤمنوا - to believe.| كذلك - Thus| نجزي - We recompense| القوم - the people| المجرمين - (who are) criminals.| | ||||||
| 9 [10:74] | Thumma baAAathna min baAAdihi rusulanila qawmihim fajaoohum bialbayyinatifama kanoo liyu/minoo bima kaththaboobihi min qablu kathalika natbaAAu AAalaquloobi almuAAtadeena | ثم بعثنا من بعده رسلا إلى قومهم فجاءوهم بالبينات فما كانوا ليؤمنوا بما كذبوا به من قبل كذلك نطبع على قلوب المعتدين ثُمَّ بَعَثْنَا مِن بَعْدِهِ رُسُلاً إِلَى قَوْمِهِمْ فَجَآؤُوهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَمَا كَانُواْ لِيُؤْمِنُواْ بِمَا كَذَّبُواْ بِهِ مِن قَبْلُ كَذَلِكَ نَطْبَعُ عَلَى قُلوبِ الْمُعْتَدِينَ | |||||

| 10 [14:9] | Alam ya/tikum nabao allatheena minqablikum qawmi noohin waAAadin wathamooda waallatheenamin baAAdihim la yaAAlamuhum illa Allahu jaat-humrusuluhum bialbayyinati faraddoo aydiyahum fee afwahihimwaqaloo inna kafarna bima orsiltumbihi wa-inna lafee shakkin mimma tadAAoonanailayhi mureebun | ألم يأتكم نبأ الذين من قبلكم قوم نوح وعاد وثمود والذين من بعدهم لا يعلمهم إلا الله جاءتهم رسلهم بالبينات فردوا أيديهم في أفواههم وقالوا إنا كفرنا بما أرسلتم به وإنا لفي شك مما تدعوننا إليه مريب أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَبَأُ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ قَوْمِ نُوحٍ وَعَادٍ وَثَمُودَ وَالَّذِينَ مِن بَعْدِهِمْ لاَ يَعْلَمُهُمْ إِلاَّ اللّهُ جَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَرَدُّواْ أَيْدِيَهُمْ فِي أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَقَالُواْ إِنَّا كَفَرْنَا بِمَا أُرْسِلْتُم بِهِ وَإِنَّا لَفِي شَكٍّ مِّمَّا تَدْعُونَنَا إِلَيْهِ مُرِيبٍ | |||||

| 11 [16:44] | Bialbayyinati waalzzuburiwaanzalna ilayka alththikra litubayyina lilnnasima nuzzila ilayhim walaAAallahum yatafakkaroona | بالبينات والزبر وأنزلنا إليك الذكر لتبين للناس ما نزل إليهم ولعلهم يتفكرون بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَالزُّبُرِ وَأَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ الذِّكْرَ لِتُبَيِّنَ لِلنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |بالبينات - With the clear proofs| والزبر - and the Books.| وأنزلنا - And We sent down| إليك - to you| الذكر - the Remembrance,| لتبين - that you may make clear| للناس - to the mankind,| ما - what| نزل - has been sent down| إليهم - to them| ولعلهم - and that they may| يتفكرون - reflect.| | ||||||
| 12 [29:39] | Waqaroona wafirAAawna wahamanawalaqad jaahum moosa bialbayyinati faistakbaroofee al-ardi wama kanoo sabiqeena | وقارون وفرعون وهامان ولقد جاءهم موسى بالبينات فاستكبروا في الأرض وما كانوا سابقين وَقَارُونَ وَفِرْعَوْنَ وَهَامَانَ وَلَقَدْ جَاءَهُم مُّوسَى بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَاسْتَكْبَرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَمَا كَانُوا سَابِقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وقارون - And Qarun,| وفرعون - and Firaun| وهامان - and Haman.| ولقد - And certainly| جاءهم - came to them| موسى - Musa| بالبينات - with clear evidences,| فاستكبروا - but they were arrogant| في - in| الأرض - the earth,| وما - and not| كانوا - they could| سابقين - outstrip Us.| | ||||||
| 13 [30:9] | Awa lam yaseeroo fee al-ardi fayanthurookayfa kana AAaqibatu allatheena min qablihimkanoo ashadda minhum quwwatan waatharoo al-ardawaAAamarooha akthara mimma AAamarooha wajaat-humrusuluhum bialbayyinati fama kana Allahuliyathlimahum walakin kanoo anfusahumyathlimoona | أولم يسيروا في الأرض فينظروا كيف كان عاقبة الذين من قبلهم كانوا أشد منهم قوة وأثاروا الأرض وعمروها أكثر مما عمروها وجاءتهم رسلهم بالبينات فما كان الله ليظلمهم ولكن كانوا أنفسهم يظلمون أَوَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَيَنظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ كَانُوا أَشَدَّ مِنْهُمْ قُوَّةً وَأَثَارُوا الْأَرْضَ وَعَمَرُوهَا أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا عَمَرُوهَا وَجَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَمَا كَانَ اللَّهُ لِيَظْلِمَهُمْ وَلَكِن كَانُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أولم - Have not| يسيروا - they traveled| في - in| الأرض - the earth| فينظروا - and observed| كيف - how| كان - was| عاقبة - (the) end| الذين - (of) those| من - before them?| قبلهم - before them?| كانوا - They were| أشد - mightier| منهم - than them| قوة - (in) strength,| وأثاروا - and they dug| الأرض - the earth| وعمروها - and built (on) it| أكثر - more| مما - than what| عمروها - they have built (on) it.| وجاءتهم - And came (to) them| رسلهم - their Messengers| بالبينات - with clear proofs.| فما - So not| كان - was| الله - Allah| ليظلمهم - to wrong them| ولكن - but| كانوا - they were| أنفسهم - themselves| يظلمون - (doing) wrong.| | ||||||
| 14 [30:47] | Walaqad arsalna min qablika rusulanila qawmihim fajaoohum bialbayyinatifaintaqamna mina allatheena ajramoo wakanahaqqan AAalayna nasru almu/mineena | ولقد أرسلنا من قبلك رسلا إلى قومهم فجاءوهم بالبينات فانتقمنا من الذين أجرموا وكان حقا علينا نصر المؤمنين وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مِن قَبْلِكَ رُسُلًا إِلَى قَوْمِهِمْ فَجَاؤُوهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَانْتَقَمْنَا مِنَ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا وَكَانَ حَقًّا عَلَيْنَا نَصْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||

| 15 [35:25] | Wa-in yukaththibooka faqad kaththabaallatheena min qablihim jaat-hum rusuluhum bialbayyinatiwabialzzuburi wabialkitabi almuneeri | وإن يكذبوك فقد كذب الذين من قبلهم جاءتهم رسلهم بالبينات وبالزبر وبالكتاب المنير وَإِن يُكَذِّبُوكَ فَقَدْ كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ جَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ وَبِالزُّبُرِ وَبِالْكِتَابِ الْمُنِيرِ | |||||

| 16 [40:22] | Thalika bi-annahum kanatta/teehim rusuluhum bialbayyinati fakafaroo faakhathahumuAllahu innahu qawiyyun shadeedu alAAiqabi | ذلك بأنهم كانت تأتيهم رسلهم بالبينات فكفروا فأخذهم الله إنه قوي شديد العقاب ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَانَت تَّأْتِيهِمْ رُسُلُهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَكَفَرُوا فَأَخَذَهُمُ اللَّهُ إِنَّهُ قَوِيٌّ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ | |||||
| Words | |ذلك - That| بأنهم - (was) because [they]| كانت - used to come to them| تأتيهم - used to come to them| رسلهم - their Messengers| بالبينات - with clear proofs| فكفروا - but they disbelieved,| فأخذهم - So Allah seized them.| الله - So Allah seized them.| إنه - Indeed, He| قوي - (is) All-Strong,| شديد - severe| العقاب - (in) punishment.| | ||||||
| 17 [40:28] | Waqala rajulun mu/minun min alifirAAawna yaktumu eemanahu ataqtuloona rajulan an yaqoolarabbiyya Allahu waqad jaakum bialbayyinatimin rabbikum wa-in yaku kathiban faAAalayhi kathibuhuwa-in yaku sadiqan yusibkum baAAdu allatheeyaAAidukum inna Allaha la yahdee man huwa musrifunkaththabun | وقال رجل مؤمن من آل فرعون يكتم إيمانه أتقتلون رجلا أن يقول ربي الله وقد جاءكم بالبينات من ربكم وإن يك كاذبا فعليه كذبه وإن يك صادقا يصبكم بعض الذي يعدكم إن الله لا يهدي من هو مسرف كذاب وَقَالَ رَجُلٌ مُّؤْمِنٌ مِّنْ آلِ فِرْعَوْنَ يَكْتُمُ إِيْمَانَهُ أَتَقْتُلُونَ رَجُلًا أَن يَقُولَ رَبِّيَ اللَّهُ وَقَدْ جَاءَكُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ مِن رَّبِّكُمْ وَإِن يَكُ كَاذِبًا فَعَلَيْهِ كَذِبُهُ وَإِن يَكُ صَادِقًا يُصِبْكُم بَعْضُ الَّذِي يَعِدُكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي مَنْ هُوَ مُسْرِفٌ كَذَّابٌ | |||||
| Words | |وقال - And said| رجل - a man,| مؤمن - believing,| من - from| آل - (the) family| فرعون - (of) Firaun| يكتم - who conceal(ed)| إيمانه - his faith,| أتقتلون - "Will you kill| رجلا - a man| أن - because| يقول - he says,| ربي - "My Lord| الله - (is) Allah,"| وقد - and indeed| جاءكم - he has brought you| بالبينات - clear proofs| من - from| ربكم - your Lord?| وإن - And if| يك - he is| كاذبا - a liar,| فعليه - then upon him| كذبه - (is) his lie;| وإن - and if| يك - he is| صادقا - truthful,| يصبكم - (there) will strike you| بعض - some (of)| الذي - (that) which| يعدكم - he threatens you.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| لا - (does) not| يهدي - guide| من - (one) who| هو - [he]| مسرف - (is) a transgressor,| كذاب - a liar.| | ||||||
| 18 [40:34] | Walaqad jaakum yoosufu min qablu bialbayyinatifama ziltum fee shakkin mimma jaakum bihi hattaitha halaka qultum lan yabAAatha Allahu minbaAAdihi rasoolan kathalika yudillu Allahuman huwa musrifun murtabun | ولقد جاءكم يوسف من قبل بالبينات فما زلتم في شك مما جاءكم به حتى إذا هلك قلتم لن يبعث الله من بعده رسولا كذلك يضل الله من هو مسرف مرتاب وَلَقَدْ جَاءَكُمْ يُوسُفُ مِن قَبْلُ بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَمَا زِلْتُمْ فِي شَكٍّ مِّمَّا جَاءَكُم بِهِ حَتَّى إِذَا هَلَكَ قُلْتُمْ لَن يَبْعَثَ اللَّهُ مِن بَعْدِهِ رَسُولًا كَذَلِكَ يُضِلُّ اللَّهُ مَنْ هُوَ مُسْرِفٌ مُّرْتَابٌ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And indeed,| جاءكم - came to you| يوسف - Yusuf| من - before| قبل - before| بالبينات - with clear proofs,| فما - but not| زلتم - you ceased| في - in| شك - doubt| مما - about what| جاءكم - he brought to you| به - [with it],| حتى - until| إذا - when| هلك - he died,| قلتم - you said,| لن - "Never| يبعث - will Allah raise| الله - will Allah raise| من - after him| بعده - after him| رسولا - a Messenger."| كذلك - Thus,| يضل - Allah lets go astray| الله - Allah lets go astray| من - who| هو - [he]| مسرف - (is) a transgressor,| مرتاب - a doubter."| | ||||||
| 19 [40:50] | Qaloo awa lam taku ta/teekumrusulukum bialbayyinati qaloo bala qaloofaodAAoo wama duAAao alkafireena illafee dalalin | قالوا أولم تك تأتيكم رسلكم بالبينات قالوا بلى قالوا فادعوا وما دعاء الكافرين إلا في ضلال قَالُوا أَوَلَمْ تَكُ تَأْتِيكُمْ رُسُلُكُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ قَالُوا بَلَى قَالُوا فَادْعُوا وَمَا دُعَاءُ الْكَافِرِينَ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَالٍ | |||||
| Words | |قالوا - They (will) say,| أولم - "Did there not| تك - "Did there not| تأتيكم - come to you| رسلكم - your Messengers| بالبينات - with clear proofs?"| قالوا - They (will) say,| بلى - "Yes."| قالوا - They (will) say,| فادعوا - "Then call,| وما - but not| دعاء - (is the) call| الكافرين - (of) the disbelievers| إلا - except| في - in| ضلال - error."| | ||||||
| 20 [40:83] | Falamma jaat-hum rusuluhum bialbayyinatifarihoo bima AAindahum mina alAAilmi wahaqabihim ma kanoo bihi yastahzi-oona | فلما جاءتهم رسلهم بالبينات فرحوا بما عندهم من العلم وحاق بهم ما كانوا به يستهزئون فَلَمَّا جَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَرِحُوا بِمَا عِندَهُم مِّنَ الْعِلْمِ وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُوا بِهِ يَسْتَهْزِؤُون | |||||
