| 1 [2:213] | Kana alnnasu ommatan wahidatanfabaAAatha Allahu alnnabiyyeena mubashshireenawamunthireena waanzala maAAahumu alkitaba bialhaqqiliyahkuma bayna alnnasi feemaikhtalafoo feehi wama ikhtalafa feehi illa allatheenaootoohu min baAAdi ma jaat-humu albayyinatubaghyan baynahum fahada Allahu allatheena amanoolima ikhtalafoo feehi mina alhaqqi bi-ithnihiwaAllahu yahdee man yashao ila siratinmustaqeemin |  كان الناس أمة واحدة فبعث الله النبيين مبشرين ومنذرين وأنزل معهم الكتاب بالحق ليحكم بين الناس فيما اختلفوا فيه وما اختلف فيه إلا الذين أوتوه من بعد ما جاءتهم البينات بغيا بينهم فهدى الله الذين آمنوا لما اختلفوا فيه من الحق بإذنه والله يهدي من يشاء إلى صراط مستقيمكَانَ النَّاسُ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً فَبَعَثَ اللّهُ النَّبِيِّينَ مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ وَأَنزَلَ مَعَهُمُ الْكِتَابَ بِالْحَقِّ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ فِيمَا اخْتَلَفُواْ فِيهِ وَمَا اخْتَلَفَ فِيهِ إِلاَّ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوهُ مِن بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَتْهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ بَغْيًا بَيْنَهُمْ فَهَدَى اللّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لِمَا اخْتَلَفُواْ فِيهِ مِنَ الْحَقِّ بِإِذْنِهِ وَاللّهُ يَهْدِي مَن يَشَاءُ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ | |||||
| Words | |كان - Was| الناس - mankind| أمة - a community| واحدة - single,| فبعث - then raised up| الله - Allah| النبيين - [the] Prophets| مبشرين - (as) bearers of glad tidings| ومنذرين - and (as) warners,| وأنزل - and sent down| معهم - with them| الكتاب - the Book| بالحق - in [the] truth| ليحكم - to judge| بين - between| الناس - [the] people| فيما - in what| اختلفوا - they differed| فيه - [in it].| وما - And (did) not| اختلف - differ[ed]| فيه - in it| إلا - except| الذين - those who| أوتوه - were given it| من - from| بعد - after| ما - [what]| جاءتهم - came to them| البينات - the clear proofs,| بغيا - (out of) jealousy| بينهم - among themselves.| فهدى - And guided| الله - Allah| الذين - those who| آمنوا - believe[d]| لما - regarding what| اختلفوا - they differed| فيه - [in it]| من - of| الحق - the Truth| بإذنه - with His permission.| والله - And Allah| يهدي - guides| من - whom| يشاء - He wills| إلى - to| صراط - a path| مستقيم - straight.| | ||||||
| 2 [2:221] | Wala tankihoo almushrikatihatta yu/minna walaamatun mu/minatun khayrun minmushrikatin walaw aAAjabatkum wala tunkihooalmushrikeena hatta yu/minoo walaAAabdun mu/minunkhayrun min mushrikin walaw aAAjabakum ola-ika yadAAoonaila alnnari waAllahu yadAAooila aljannati waalmaghfirati bi-ithnihiwayubayyinu ayatihi lilnnasilaAAallahum yatathakkaroona | ولا تنكحوا المشركات حتى يؤمن ولأمة مؤمنة خير من مشركة ولو أعجبتكم ولا تنكحوا المشركين حتى يؤمنوا ولعبد مؤمن خير من مشرك ولو أعجبكم أولئك يدعون إلى النار والله يدعو إلى الجنة والمغفرة بإذنه ويبين آياته للناس لعلهم يتذكرون وَلاَ تَنكِحُواْ الْمُشْرِكَاتِ حَتَّى يُؤْمِنَّ وَلَأَمَةٌ مُّؤْمِنَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِّن مُّشْرِكَةٍ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَتْكُمْ وَلاَ تُنكِحُواْ الْمُشْرِكِينَ حَتَّى يُؤْمِنُواْ وَلَعَبْدٌ مُّؤْمِنٌ خَيْرٌ مِّن مُّشْرِكٍ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَكُمْ أُوْلَـئِكَ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى النَّارِ وَاللّهُ يَدْعُوَ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ وَالْمَغْفِرَةِ بِإِذْنِهِ وَيُبَيِّنُ آيَاتِهِ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولا - And (do) not| تنكحوا - [you] marry| المشركات - [the] polytheistic women| حتى - until| يؤمن - they believe.| ولأمة - And a bondwoman| مؤمنة - (who is) believing| خير - (is) better| من - than| مشركة - a polytheistic woman| ولو - [and] even if| أعجبتكم - she pleases you.| ولا - And (do) not| تنكحوا - give in marriage (your women)| المشركين - (to) [the] polytheistic men| حتى - until| يؤمنوا - they believe,| ولعبد - and a bondman| مؤمن - (who is) believing| خير - (is) better| من - than| مشرك - a polytheistic man| ولو - [and] even if| أعجبكم - he pleases you.| أولئك - [Those]| يدعون - they invite| إلى - to| النار - the Fire,| والله - and Allah| يدعو - invites| إلى - to| الجنة - Paradise| والمغفرة - and [the] forgiveness| بإذنه - by His permission.| ويبين - And He makes clear| آياته - His Verses| للناس - for the people| لعلهم - so that they may| يتذكرون - take heed.| | ||||||
| 3 [2:255] | Allahu la ilaha illahuwa alhayyu alqayyoomu la ta/khuthuhusinatun wala nawmun lahu ma fee alssamawatiwama fee al-ardi man tha allatheeyashfaAAu AAindahu illa bi-ithnihi yaAAlamu mabayna aydeehim wama khalfahum wala yuheetoonabishay-in min AAilmihi illa bima shaawasiAAa kursiyyuhu alssamawati waal-ardawala yaooduhu hifthuhumawahuwa alAAaliyyu alAAatheemu | الله لا إله إلا هو الحي القيوم لا تأخذه سنة ولا نوم له ما في السماوات وما في الأرض من ذا الذي يشفع عنده إلا بإذنه يعلم ما بين أيديهم وما خلفهم ولا يحيطون بشيء من علمه إلا بما شاء وسع كرسيه السماوات والأرض ولا يئوده حفظهما وهو العلي العظيم اللّهُ لاَ إِلَـهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ لاَ تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلاَ نَوْمٌ لَّهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ مَن ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهُ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلاَ يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِهِ إِلاَّ بِمَا شَاءَ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ وَلاَ يَؤُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ | |||||
| Words | |الله - Allah -| لا - (there is) no| إله - God| إلا - except| هو - Him,| الحي - the Ever-Living,| القيوم - the Sustainer of all that exists.| لا - Not| تأخذه - overtakes Him| سنة - slumber| ولا - [and] not| نوم - sleep.| له - To Him (belongs)| ما - what(ever)| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| وما - and what(ever)| في - (is) in| الأرض - the earth.| من - Who| ذا - (is) the one| الذي - who| يشفع - can intercede| عنده - with Him| إلا - except| بإذنه - by His permission.| يعلم - He knows| ما - what| بين - (is)| أيديهم - before them| وما - and what| خلفهم - (is) behind them.| ولا - And not| يحيطون - they encompass| بشيء - anything| من - of| علمه - His Knowledge| إلا - except| بما - [of] what| شاء - He willed.| وسع - Extends| كرسيه - His Throne| السماوات - (to) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth.| ولا - And not| يئوده - tires Him| حفظهما - (the) guarding of both of them.| وهو - And He| العلي - (is) the Most High,| العظيم - the Most Great.| | ||||||
| 4 [3:152] | Walaqad sadaqakumu AllahuwaAAdahu ith tahussoonahum bi-ithnihi hattaitha fashiltum watanazaAAtum fee al-amri waAAasaytummin baAAdi ma arakum ma tuhibboonaminkum man yureedu alddunya waminkum man yureedual-akhirata thumma sarafakum AAanhum liyabtaliyakumwalaqad AAafa AAankum waAllahu thoofadlin AAala almu/mineena | ولقد صدقكم الله وعده إذ تحسونهم بإذنه حتى إذا فشلتم وتنازعتم في الأمر وعصيتم من بعد ما أراكم ما تحبون منكم من يريد الدنيا ومنكم من يريد الآخرة ثم صرفكم عنهم ليبتليكم ولقد عفا عنكم والله ذو فضل على المؤمنين وَلَقَدْ صَدَقَكُمُ اللّهُ وَعْدَهُ إِذْ تَحُسُّونَهُم بِإِذْنِهِ حَتَّى إِذَا فَشِلْتُمْ وَتَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي الْأَمْرِ وَعَصَيْتُم مِّن بَعْدِ مَا أَرَاكُم مَّا تُحِبُّونَ مِنكُم مَّن يُرِيدُ الدُّنْيَا وَمِنكُم مَّن يُرِيدُ الْآخِرَةَ ثُمَّ صَرَفَكُمْ عَنْهُمْ لِيَبْتَلِيَكُمْ وَلَقَدْ عَفَا عَنكُمْ وَاللّهُ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| صدقكم - fulfilled to you| الله - Allah| وعده - His promise,| إذ - when| تحسونهم - you were killing them| بإذنه - by His permission,| حتى - until| إذا - when| فشلتم - you lost courage| وتنازعتم - and you fell into dispute| في - concerning| الأمر - the order| وعصيتم - and you disobeyed| من - from| بعد - after| ما - [what]| أراكم - He (had) shown you| ما - what| تحبون - you love.| منكم - Among you| من - (are some) who| يريد - desire| الدنيا - the world| ومنكم - and among you| من - (are some) who| يريد - desire| الآخرة - the Hereafter.| ثم - Then| صرفكم - He diverted you| عنهم - from them| ليبتليكم - so that He may test you.| ولقد - And surely| عفا - He forgave| عنكم - you.| والله - And Allah| ذو - (is the) Possessor| فضل - (of) Bounty| على - for| المؤمنين - the believers.| | ||||||
| 5 [5:16] | Yahdee bihi Allahu mani ittabaAAa ridwanahusubula alssalami wayukhrijuhum mina alththulumatiila alnnoori bi-ithnihi wayahdeehim ilasiratin mustaqeemin | يهدي به الله من اتبع رضوانه سبل السلام ويخرجهم من الظلمات إلى النور بإذنه ويهديهم إلى صراط مستقيم يَهْدِي بِهِ اللّهُ مَنِ اتَّبَعَ رِضْوَانَهُ سُبُلَ السَّلاَمِ وَيُخْرِجُهُم مِّنِ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ بِإِذْنِهِ وَيَهْدِيهِمْ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ | |||||
| Words | |يهدي - Guides| به - with it| الله - Allah| من - (those) who| اتبع - seek| رضوانه - His pleasure| سبل - (to the) ways| السلام - (of) the peace,| ويخرجهم - and brings them out| من - from| الظلمات - the darknessess| إلى - to| النور - the light| بإذنه - by His permission,| ويهديهم - and guides them| إلى - to| صراط - (the) way,| مستقيم - (the) straight.| | ||||||
| 6 [11:105] | Yawma ya/ti la takallamu nafsun illabi-ithnihi faminhum shaqiyyun wasaAAeedin | يوم يأت لا تكلم نفس إلا بإذنه فمنهم شقي وسعيد يَوْمَ يَأْتِ لاَ تَكَلَّمُ نَفْسٌ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ فَمِنْهُمْ شَقِيٌّ وَسَعِيدٌ | |||||
| Words | |يوم - (The) Day| يأت - (it) comes| لا - not| تكلم - will speak| نفس - a soul| إلا - except| بإذنه - by His leave.| فمنهم - Then among them| شقي - (will be the) wretched,| وسعيد - and (the) glad.| | ||||||
| 7 [22:65] | Alam tara anna Allaha sakhkhara lakumma fee al-ardi waalfulka tajree fee albahribi-amrihi wayumsiku alssamaa an taqaAAa AAalaal-ardi illa bi-ithnihi inna Allahabialnnasi laraoofun raheemun | ألم تر أن الله سخر لكم ما في الأرض والفلك تجري في البحر بأمره ويمسك السماء أن تقع على الأرض إلا بإذنه إن الله بالناس لرءوف رحيم أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ سَخَّرَ لَكُم مَّا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَالْفُلْكَ تَجْرِي فِي الْبَحْرِ بِأَمْرِهِ وَيُمْسِكُ السَّمَاءَ أَن تَقَعَ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِالنَّاسِ لَرَؤُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |ألم - Do not| تر - you see| أن - that| الله - Allah| سخر - (has) subjected| لكم - to you| ما - what| في - (is) in| الأرض - the earth,| والفلك - and the ships| تجري - that sail| في - through| البحر - the sea| بأمره - by His Command?| ويمسك - And He withholds| السماء - the sky| أن - lest| تقع - it falls| على - on| الأرض - the earth| إلا - except| بإذنه - by His permission.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| بالناس - to mankind| لرءوف - (is) Full of Kindness,| رحيم - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 8 [33:46] | WadaAAiyan ila Allahibi-ithnihi wasirajan muneeran | وداعيا إلى الله بإذنه وسراجا منيرا وَدَاعِيًا إِلَى اللَّهِ بِإِذْنِهِ وَسِرَاجًا مُّنِيرًا | |||||
| Words | |وداعيا - And as one who invites| إلى - to| الله - Allah| بإذنه - by His permission,| وسراجا - and (as) a lamp| منيرا - illuminating.| | ||||||
| 9 [42:51] | Wama kana libasharin anyukallimahu Allahu illa wahyan aw min wara-ihijabin aw yursila rasoolan fayoohiya bi-ithnihima yashao innahu AAaliyyun hakeemun | وما كان لبشر أن يكلمه الله إلا وحيا أو من وراء حجاب أو يرسل رسولا فيوحي بإذنه ما يشاء إنه علي حكيم وَمَا كَانَ لِبَشَرٍ أَن يُكَلِّمَهُ اللَّهُ إِلَّا وَحْيًا أَوْ مِن وَرَاءِ حِجَابٍ أَوْ يُرْسِلَ رَسُولًا فَيُوحِيَ بِإِذْنِهِ مَا يَشَاءُ إِنَّهُ عَلِيٌّ حَكِيمٌ | |||||
