| 1 [3:162] | Afamani ittabaAAa ridwana Allahikaman baa bisakhatin mina Allahi wama/wahujahannamu wabi/sa almaseeru |  أفمن اتبع رضوان الله كمن باء بسخط من الله ومأواه جهنم وبئس المصيرأَفَمَنِ اتَّبَعَ رِضْوَانَ اللّهِ كَمَن بَاءَ بِسَخَطٍ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَمَأْوَاهُ جَهَنَّمُ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ | |||||

| 2 [5:16] | Yahdee bihi Allahu mani ittabaAAa ridwanahusubula alssalami wayukhrijuhum mina alththulumatiila alnnoori bi-ithnihi wayahdeehim ilasiratin mustaqeemin | يهدي به الله من اتبع رضوانه سبل السلام ويخرجهم من الظلمات إلى النور بإذنه ويهديهم إلى صراط مستقيم يَهْدِي بِهِ اللّهُ مَنِ اتَّبَعَ رِضْوَانَهُ سُبُلَ السَّلاَمِ وَيُخْرِجُهُم مِّنِ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ بِإِذْنِهِ وَيَهْدِيهِمْ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ | |||||
| Words | |يهدي - Guides| به - with it| الله - Allah| من - (those) who| اتبع - seek| رضوانه - His pleasure| سبل - (to the) ways| السلام - (of) the peace,| ويخرجهم - and brings them out| من - from| الظلمات - the darknessess| إلى - to| النور - the light| بإذنه - by His permission,| ويهديهم - and guides them| إلى - to| صراط - (the) way,| مستقيم - (the) straight.| | ||||||
| 3 [6:106] | IttabiAA ma oohiya ilayka minrabbika la ilaha illa huwa waaAAridAAani almushrikeena | اتبع ما أوحي إليك من ربك لا إله إلا هو وأعرض عن المشركين اتَّبِعْ مَا أُوحِيَ إِلَيْكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ لاَ إِلَـهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ وَأَعْرِضْ عَنِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ | |||||

| 4 [16:123] | Thumma awhayna ilayka aniittabiAA millata ibraheema haneefan wama kanamina almushrikeena | ثم أوحينا إليك أن اتبع ملة إبراهيم حنيفا وما كان من المشركين ثُمَّ أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ أَنِ اتَّبِعْ مِلَّةَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَنِيفًا وَمَا كَانَ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ثم - Then| أوحينا - We revealed| إليك - to you,| أن - that,| اتبع - "You follow| ملة - (the) religion| إبراهيم - (of) Ibrahim| حنيفا - upright;| وما - and not| كان - he was| من - of| المشركين - the polytheists."| | ||||||
| 5 [20:47] | Fa/tiyahu faqoola innarasoola rabbika faarsil maAAana banee isra-eelawala tuAAaththibhum qad ji/naka bi-ayatinmin rabbika waalssalamu AAala mani ittabaAAaalhuda | فأتياه فقولا إنا رسولا ربك فأرسل معنا بني إسرائيل ولا تعذبهم قد جئناك بآية من ربك والسلام على من اتبع الهدى فَأْتِيَاهُ فَقُولَا إِنَّا رَسُولَا رَبِّكَ فَأَرْسِلْ مَعَنَا بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ وَلَا تُعَذِّبْهُمْ قَدْ جِئْنَاكَ بِآيَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّكَ وَالسَّلَامُ عَلَى مَنِ اتَّبَعَ الْهُدَى | |||||
| Words | |فأتياه - So go to him| فقولا - and say,| إنا - "Indeed, we| رسولا - both (are) Messengers| ربك - (of) your Lord,| فأرسل - so send| معنا - with us| بني - (the) Children of Israel,| إسرائيل - (the) Children of Israel,| ولا - and (do) not| تعذبهم - torment them.| قد - Verily,| جئناك - we came to you| بآية - with a Sign| من - from| ربك - your Lord.| والسلام - And peace| على - on| من - (one) who| اتبع - follows| الهدى - the Guidance.| | ||||||
| 6 [20:123] | Qala ihbita minhajameeAAan baAAdukum libaAAdin AAaduwwun fa-immaya/tiyannakum minnee hudan famani ittabaAAa hudaya falayadillu wala yashqa | قال اهبطا منها جميعا بعضكم لبعض عدو فإما يأتينكم مني هدى فمن اتبع هداي فلا يضل ولا يشقى قَالَ اهْبِطَا مِنْهَا جَمِيعًا بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ فَإِمَّا يَأْتِيَنَّكُم مِّنِّي هُدًى فَمَنِ اتَّبَعَ هُدَايَ فَلَا يَضِلُّ وَلَا يَشْقَى | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| اهبطا - "Go down| منها - from it| جميعا - all,| بعضكم - some of you| لبعض - to others| عدو - (as) enemy.| فإما - Then if| يأتينكم - comes to you| مني - from Me| هدى - guidance| فمن - then whoever,| اتبع - follows| هداي - My guidance,| فلا - then not| يضل - he will go astray| ولا - and not| يشقى - suffer.| | ||||||
| 7 [23:71] | Walawi ittabaAAa alhaqqu ahwaahumlafasadati alssamawatu waal-arduwaman feehinna bal ataynahum bithikrihim fahum AAanthikrihim muAAridoona | ولو اتبع الحق أهواءهم لفسدت السماوات والأرض ومن فيهن بل أتيناهم بذكرهم فهم عن ذكرهم معرضون وَلَوِ اتَّبَعَ الْحَقُّ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ لَفَسَدَتِ السَّمَاوَاتُ وَالْأَرْضُ وَمَن فِيهِنَّ بَلْ أَتَيْنَاهُم بِذِكْرِهِمْ فَهُمْ عَن ذِكْرِهِم مُّعْرِضُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولو - But if| اتبع - (had) followed| الحق - the truth| أهواءهم - their desires,| لفسدت - surely (would) have been corrupted| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth| ومن - and whoever| فيهن - (is) therein.| بل - Nay,| أتيناهم - We have brought them| بذكرهم - their reminder,| فهم - but they,| عن - from| ذكرهم - their reminder,| معرضون - (are) turning away.| | ||||||
| 8 [28:50] | Fa-in lam yastajeeboo laka faiAAlamannama yattabiAAoona ahwaahum waman adallumimmani ittabaAAa hawahu bighayri hudan mina Allahiinna Allaha la yahdee alqawma alththalimeena | فإن لم يستجيبوا لك فاعلم أنما يتبعون أهواءهم ومن أضل ممن اتبع هواه بغير هدى من الله إن الله لا يهدي القوم الظالمين فَإِن لَّمْ يَسْتَجِيبُوا لَكَ فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يَتَّبِعُونَ أَهْوَاءَهُمْ وَمَنْ أَضَلُّ مِمَّنِ اتَّبَعَ هَوَاهُ بِغَيْرِ هُدًى مِّنَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فإن - But if| لم - not| يستجيبوا - they respond| لك - to you,| فاعلم - then know| أنما - that only| يتبعون - they follow| أهواءهم - their desires.| ومن - And who| أضل - (is) more astray| ممن - than (one) who| اتبع - follows| هواه - his own desire| بغير - without| هدى - guidance| من - from| الله - Allah?| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| لا - (does) not| يهدي - guide| القوم - the people -| الظالمين - the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 9 [30:29] | Bali ittabaAAa allatheena thalamooahwaahum bighayri AAilmin faman yahdee man adallaAllahu wama lahum min nasireena | بل اتبع الذين ظلموا أهواءهم بغير علم فمن يهدي من أضل الله وما لهم من ناصرين بَلِ اتَّبَعَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَهْوَاءَهُم بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ فَمَن يَهْدِي مَنْ أَضَلَّ اللَّهُ وَمَا لَهُم مِّن نَّاصِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |بل - Nay,| اتبع - follow| الذين - those who| ظلموا - do wrong,| أهواءهم - their desires,| بغير - without| علم - knowledge.| فمن - Then who| يهدي - (can) guide| من - (one) whom| أضل - Allah has let go astray?| الله - Allah has let go astray?| وما - And not| لهم - for them| من - any| ناصرين - helpers.| | ||||||
| 10 [36:11] | Innama tunthiru mani ittabaAAaalththikra wakhashiya alrrahmanabialghaybi fabashshirhu bimaghfiratin waajrin kareemin | إنما تنذر من اتبع الذكر وخشي الرحمن بالغيب فبشره بمغفرة وأجر كريم إِنَّمَا تُنذِرُ مَنِ اتَّبَعَ الذِّكْرَ وَخَشِيَ الرَّحْمَن بِالْغَيْبِ فَبَشِّرْهُ بِمَغْفِرَةٍ وَأَجْرٍ كَرِيمٍ | |||||
| Words | |إنما - Only| تنذر - you (can) warn| من - (him) who| اتبع - follows| الذكر - the Reminder| وخشي - and fears| الرحمن - the Most Gracious| بالغيب - in the unseen.| فبشره - So give him glad tidings| بمغفرة - of forgiveness| وأجر - and a reward| كريم - noble.| | ||||||
