| 1 [6:19] | Qul ayyu shay-in akbaru shahadatanquli Allahu shaheedun baynee wabaynakum waoohiyailayya hatha alqur-anu li-onthirakum bihiwaman balagha a-innakum latashhadoona anna maAAa Allahi alihatanokhra qul la ashhadu qul innama huwa ilahunwahidun wa-innanee baree-on mimma tushrikoona |  قل أي شيء أكبر شهادة قل الله شهيد بيني وبينكم وأوحي إلي هذا القرآن لأنذركم به ومن بلغ أئنكم لتشهدون أن مع الله آلهة أخرى قل لا أشهد قل إنما هو إله واحد وإنني بريء مما تشركونقُلْ أَيُّ شَيْءٍ أَكْبَرُ شَهَادَةً قُلِ اللّهُ شَهِيدٌ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَكُمْ وَأُوحِيَ إِلَيَّ هَذَا الْقُرْآنُ لِأُنذِرَكُم بِهِ وَمَن بَلَغَ أَئِنَّكُمْ لَتَشْهَدُونَ أَنَّ مَعَ اللّهِ آلِهَةً أُخْرَى قُل لاَّ أَشْهَدُ قُلْ إِنَّمَا هُوَ إِلَـهٌ وَاحِدٌ وَإِنَّنِي بَرِيءٌ مِّمَّا تُشْرِكُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| أي - "What| شيء - thing| أكبر - (is) greatest| شهادة - (as) a testimony?"| قل - Say,| الله - "Allah| شهيد - (is) Witness| بيني - between me| وبينكم - and between you,| وأوحي - and has been revealed| إلي - to me| هذا - this| القرآن - [the] Quran| لأنذركم - that I may warn you| به - with it| ومن - and whoever| بلغ - it reaches.| أئنكم - Do you truly| لتشهدون - testify| أن - that| مع - with| الله - Allah| آلهة - (there are) gods| أخرى - other?"| قل - Say,| لا - Not| أشهد - (do) I testify.| قل - Say,| إنما - "Only| هو - He| إله - (is) God,| واحد - One.| وإنني - and indeed, I am| بريء - free| مما - of what| تشركون - you associate (with Him).| | ||||||
| 2 [6:74] | Wa-ith qala ibraheemuli-abeehi azara atattakhithu asnaman alihataninnee araka waqawmaka fee dalalin mubeenin | وإذ قال إبراهيم لأبيه آزر أتتخذ أصناما آلهة إني أراك وقومك في ضلال مبين وَإِذْ قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ آزَرَ أَتَتَّخِذُ أَصْنَامًا آلِهَةً إِنِّي أَرَاكَ وَقَوْمَكَ فِي ضَلاَلٍ مُّبِينٍ | |||||
| Words | |وإذ - And when| قال - said| إبراهيم - Ibrahim| لأبيه - to his father| آزر - Azar,| أتتخذ - "Do you take| أصناما - idols| آلهة - (as) gods?| إني - Indeed, I| أراك - [I] see you| وقومك - and your people| في - in| ضلال - error| مبين - manifest."| | ||||||
| 3 [7:138] | Wajawazna bibanee isra-eelaalbahra faataw AAala qawmin yaAAkufoona AAalaasnamin lahum qaloo ya moosaijAAal lana ilahan kama lahum alihatunqala innakum qawmun tajhaloona | وجاوزنا ببني إسرائيل البحر فأتوا على قوم يعكفون على أصنام لهم قالوا يا موسى اجعل لنا إلها كما لهم آلهة قال إنكم قوم تجهلون وَجَاوَزْنَا بِبَنِي إِسْرَآئِيلَ الْبَحْرَ فَأَتَوْاْ عَلَى قَوْمٍ يَعْكُفُونَ عَلَى أَصْنَامٍ لَّهُمْ قَالُواْ يَا مُوسَى اجْعَل لَّنَا إِلَـهًا كَمَا لَهُمْ آلِهَةٌ قَالَ إِنَّكُمْ قَوْمٌ تَجْهَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وجاوزنا - And We led across| ببني - (the) Children| إسرائيل - (of) Israel| البحر - the sea.| فأتوا - Then they came| على - upon| قوم - a people| يعكفون - devoted| على - to| أصنام - idols| لهم - of theirs.| قالوا - They said,| يا - O| موسى - "O Musa!| اجعل - Make| لنا - for us| إلها - a god| كما - like what| لهم - they have| آلهة - gods.| قال - He said,| إنكم - "Indeed, you| قوم - (are) a people| تجهلون - ignorant.| | ||||||
| 4 [17:42] | Qul law kana maAAahu alihatunkama yaqooloona ithan laibtaghaw ila theealAAarshi sabeelan | قل لو كان معه آلهة كما يقولون إذا لابتغوا إلى ذي العرش سبيلا قُل لَّوْ كَانَ مَعَهُ آلِهَةٌ كَمَا يَقُولُونَ إِذًا لاَّبْتَغَوْاْ إِلَى ذِي الْعَرْشِ سَبِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| لو - "If| كان - (there) were| معه - with Him| آلهة - gods| كما - as| يقولون - they say,| إذا - then| لابتغوا - surely they (would) have sought| إلى - to| ذي - (the) Owner| العرش - (of) the Throne| سبيلا - a way."| | ||||||
| 5 [18:15] | Haola-i qawmuna ittakhathoomin doonihi alihatan lawla ya/toona AAalayhim bisultaninbayyinin faman athlamu mimmani iftara AAalaAllahi kathiban | هؤلاء قومنا اتخذوا من دونه آلهة لولا يأتون عليهم بسلطان بين فمن أظلم ممن افترى على الله كذبا هَؤُلاَءِ قَوْمُنَا اتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِهِ آلِهَةً لَّوْلاَ يَأْتُونَ عَلَيْهِم بِسُلْطَانٍ بَيِّنٍ فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا | |||||
| Words | |هؤلاء - These,| قومنا - our people,| اتخذوا - have taken| من - besides Him| دونه - besides Him| آلهة - gods.| لولا - Why not| يأتون - they come| عليهم - to them| بسلطان - with an authority| بين - clear?| فمن - And who| أظلم - (is) more wrong| ممن - than (one) who| افترى - invents| على - against| الله - Allah| كذبا - a lie?| | ||||||
| 6 [19:81] | Waittakhathoo min dooni Allahialihatan liyakoonoo lahum AAizzan | واتخذوا من دون الله آلهة ليكونوا لهم عزا وَاتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ آلِهَةً لِّيَكُونُواْ لَهُمْ عِزًّا | |||||
| Words | |واتخذوا - And they have taken| من - besides Allah,| دون - besides Allah,| الله - besides Allah,| آلهة - gods,| ليكونوا - that they may be| لهم - for them| عزا - an honor.| | ||||||
| 7 [21:21] | Ami ittakhathoo alihatan minaal-ardi hum yunshiroona | أم اتخذوا آلهة من الأرض هم ينشرون أَمِ اتَّخَذُوا آلِهَةً مِّنَ الْأَرْضِ هُمْ يُنشِرُونَ | |||||

| 8 [21:22] | Law kana feehima alihatunilla Allahu lafasadata fasubhana Allahirabbi alAAarshi AAamma yasifoona | لو كان فيهما آلهة إلا الله لفسدتا فسبحان الله رب العرش عما يصفون لَوْ كَانَ فِيهِمَا آلِهَةٌ إِلَّا اللَّهُ لَفَسَدَتَا فَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَرْشِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ | |||||
| Words | |لو - If| كان - (there) were| فيهما - in both of them| آلهة - gods| إلا - besides| الله - Allah,| لفسدتا - surely they (would) have been ruined.| فسبحان - So glorified| الله - (is) Allah,| رب - Lord| العرش - (of) the Throne| عما - (above) what| يصفون - they attribute.| | ||||||
| 9 [21:24] | Ami ittakhathoo min doonihi alihatanqul hatoo burhanakum hatha thikru manmaAAiya wathikru man qablee bal aktharuhum layaAAlamoona alhaqqa fahum muAAridoona | أم اتخذوا من دونه آلهة قل هاتوا برهانكم هذا ذكر من معي وذكر من قبلي بل أكثرهم لا يعلمون الحق فهم معرضون أَمِ اتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِهِ آلِهَةً قُلْ هَاتُوا بُرْهَانَكُمْ هَذَا ذِكْرُ مَن مَّعِيَ وَذِكْرُ مَن قَبْلِي بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ الْحَقَّ فَهُم مُّعْرِضُونَ | |||||

| 10 [21:43] | Am lahum alihatun tamnaAAuhum mindoonina la yastateeAAoona nasraanfusihim wala hum minna yushaboona | أم لهم آلهة تمنعهم من دوننا لا يستطيعون نصر أنفسهم ولا هم منا يصحبون أَمْ لَهُمْ آلِهَةٌ تَمْنَعُهُم مِّن دُونِنَا لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ نَصْرَ أَنفُسِهِمْ وَلَا هُم مِّنَّا يُصْحَبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أم - Or| لهم - have they| آلهة - gods| تمنعهم - (to) defend them| من - from| دوننا - Us?| لا - Not| يستطيعون - they are able| نصر - (to) help| أنفسهم - themselves| ولا - and not| هم - they| منا - from Us| يصحبون - can be protected.| | ||||||
| 11 [21:99] | Law kana haola-i alihatanma waradooha wakullun feeha khalidoona | لو كان هؤلاء آلهة ما وردوها وكل فيها خالدون لَوْ كَانَ هَؤُلَاءِ آلِهَةً مَّا وَرَدُوهَا وَكُلٌّ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |لو - If| كان - were| هؤلاء - these| آلهة - gods,| ما - not| وردوها - they (would) have come to it.| وكل - And all| فيها - therein| خالدون - will abide forever.| | ||||||
| 12 [25:3] | Waittakhathoo min doonihi alihatanla yakhluqoona shay-an wahum yukhlaqoona walayamlikoona li-anfusihim darran wala nafAAan walayamlikoona mawtan wala hayatan walanushooran | واتخذوا من دونه آلهة لا يخلقون شيئا وهم يخلقون ولا يملكون لأنفسهم ضرا ولا نفعا ولا يملكون موتا ولا حياة ولا نشورا وَاتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِهِ آلِهَةً لَّا يَخْلُقُونَ شَيْئًا وَهُمْ يُخْلَقُونَ وَلَا يَمْلِكُونَ لِأَنفُسِهِمْ ضَرًّا وَلَا نَفْعًا وَلَا يَمْلِكُونَ مَوْتًا وَلَا حَيَاةً وَلَا نُشُورًا | |||||
| Words | |واتخذوا - Yet they have taken| من - besides Him| دونه - besides Him| آلهة - gods| لا - not| يخلقون - they create| شيئا - anything,| وهم - while they| يخلقون - are created,| ولا - and not| يملكون - they possess| لأنفسهم - for themselves| ضرا - any harm| ولا - and not| نفعا - any benefit,| ولا - and not| يملكون - they control| موتا - death| ولا - and not| حياة - life| ولا - and not| نشورا - resurrection.| | ||||||
| 13 [36:23] | Aattakhithu min doonihi alihatanin yuridni alrrahmanu bidurrin la tughniAAannee shafaAAatuhum shay-an wala yunqithooni | أأتخذ من دونه آلهة إن يردن الرحمن بضر لا تغن عني شفاعتهم شيئا ولا ينقذون أَأَتَّخِذُ مِن دُونِهِ آلِهَةً إِن يُرِدْنِ الرَّحْمَن بِضُرٍّ لاَّ تُغْنِ عَنِّي شَفَاعَتُهُمْ شَيْئًا وَلاَ يُنقِذُونِ | |||||
| Words | |أأتخذ - Should I take| من - besides Him| دونه - besides Him| آلهة - gods?| إن - If| يردن - intends for me| الرحمن - the Most Gracious| بضر - any harm| لا - not| تغن - will avail| عني - [from] me| شفاعتهم - their intercession| شيئا - (in) anything,| ولا - and not| ينقذون - they (can) save me.| | ||||||
| 14 [36:74] | Waittakhathoo min dooni Allahialihatan laAAallahum yunsaroona | واتخذوا من دون الله آلهة لعلهم ينصرون وَاتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ آلِهَةً لَعَلَّهُمْ يُنصَرُونَ | |||||

| 16 [43:45] | Wais-al man arsalna minqablika min rusulina ajaAAalna min dooni alrrahmanialihatan yuAAbadoona | واسأل من أرسلنا من قبلك من رسلنا أجعلنا من دون الرحمن آلهة يعبدون وَاسْأَلْ مَنْ أَرْسَلْنَا مِن قَبْلِكَ مِن رُّسُلِنَا أَجَعَلْنَا مِن دُونِ الرَّحْمَنِ آلِهَةً يُعْبَدُونَ | |||||

| 17 [46:28] | Falawla nasarahumu allatheenaittakhathoo min dooni Allahi qurbanan alihatanbal dalloo AAanhum wathalika ifkuhum wama kanooyaftaroona | فلولا نصرهم الذين اتخذوا من دون الله قربانا آلهة بل ضلوا عنهم وذلك إفكهم وما كانوا يفترون فَلَوْلَا نَصَرَهُمُ الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ قُرْبَانًا آلِهَةً بَلْ ضَلُّوا عَنْهُمْ وَذَلِكَ إِفْكُهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا يَفْتَرُونَ | |||||
