[75:5] | Bal yureedu al-insanu liyafjura amamahu
|  بل يريد الإنسان ليفجر أمامه
بَلْ يُرِيدُ الْإِنسَانُ لِيَفْجُرَ أَمَامَهُ |
| Words | |بل - Nay!| يريد - Desires| الإنسان - [the] man| ليفجر - to give (the) lie| أمامه - (to) what is before him.| |

| ይልቁንም ሰው በፊቱ ባለው ነገር (በትንሣኤ) ሊያስተባብል ይፈልጋል፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { بل يريد الإنسان ليفجر } اللام زائدة ونصبه بأن مقدرة، أي أن يكذب { أمامه } أي يوم القيامة، دل عليه. |
| Maca, ib$a umdan ad irnu di tucmitin. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | বরং মানুষ তার ভবিষ্যত জীবনেও ধৃষ্টতা করতে চায় |
| Literal | Rather the human/mankind wants to debauch/corrupt in front of him. |
| Yusuf Ali | But man wishes to do wrong (even) in the time in front of him. |
| Pickthal | But man would fain deny what is before him. |
| Arberry | Nay, but man desires to continue on as a libertine, |
| Shakir | Nay! man desires to give the lie to what is before him. |
| Sarwar | In fact, people want to have eternal life in this world. |
| H/K/Saheeh | But man desires to continue in sin. |
| Malik | But man wishes to keep on doing evil in the future as well.[5] |
