| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[74:56] | Wama yathkuroona illaan yashaa Allahu huwa ahlu alttaqwawaahlu almaghfirati
|  وما يذكرون إلا أن يشاء الله هو أهل التقوى وأهل المغفرة
وَمَا يَذْكُرُونَ إِلَّا أَن يَشَاءُ اللَّهُ هُوَ أَهْلُ التَّقْوَى وَأَهْلُ الْمَغْفِرَةِ |
| Words | |وما - And not| يذكرون - will pay heed| إلا - except| أن - that| يشاء - wills| الله - Allah.| هو - He| أهل - (is) worthy| التقوى - to be feared,| وأهل - and worthy| المغفرة - to forgive.| |

| አላህም ካልሻ በስተቀር አይገሠጹም፡፡ እርሱ (አላህ) የመፈራት ባለቤት የምሕረትም ባለቤት ነው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وما يذكرون } بالياء والتاء { إلا أن يشاء الله هو أهل التقوى } بأن يتقى { وأهل المغفرة } بأن يغفر لمن اتقاه. |
| Siwa ma Ib$a Öebbi ara d smektayen. D Neppa ay d Bab uêezzeb, d Bab n ssmaê. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তারা স্মরণ করবে না, কিন্তু যদি আল্লাহ চান। তিনিই ভয়ের যোগ্য এবং ক্ষমার অধিকারী। |
| Literal | And they do not mention/remember except that God wills/wants , He is worthy/relation (owner of) the fear and obedience, and (He is) worthy/relation (owner of) the forgiveness.445 |
| Yusuf Ali | But none will keep it in remembrance except as Allah wills: He is the Lord of Righteousness, and the Lord of Forgiveness. |
| Pickthal | And they will not heed unless Allah willeth (it). He is the fount of fear. He is the fount of Mercy. |
| Arberry | And they will not remember, except that God wills; He is worthy to be feared, -- worthy to forgive. |
| Shakir | And they will not mind unless Allah please. He is worthy to be feared and worthy to forgive. |
