1 [5:82] | Latajidanna ashadda alnnasiAAadawatan lillatheena amanoo alyahooda waallatheenaashrakoo walatajidanna aqrabahum mawaddatan lillatheena amanooallatheena qaloo inna nasara thalikabi-anna minhum qisseeseena waruhbanan waannahum layastakbiroona
| لتجدن أشد الناس عداوة للذين آمنوا اليهود والذين أشركوا ولتجدن أقربهم مودة للذين آمنوا الذين قالوا إنا نصارى ذلك بأن منهم قسيسين ورهبانا وأنهم لا يستكبرون لَتَجِدَنَّ أَشَدَّ النَّاسِ عَدَاوَةً لِّلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ الْيَهُودَ وَالَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُواْ وَلَتَجِدَنَّ أَقْرَبَهُمْ مَّوَدَّةً لِّلَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ الَّذِينَ قَالُواْ إِنَّا نَصَارَى ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّ مِنْهُمْ قِسِّيسِينَ وَرُهْبَانًا وَأَنَّهُمْ لاَ يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ |
Words | |لتجدن - Surely you will find| أشد - strongest| الناس - (of) the people| عداوة - (in) enmity| للذين - to those who| آمنوا - believe,| اليهود - the Jews| والذين - and those who| أشركوا - (are) polytheists;| ولتجدن - and surely you will find| أقربهم - nearest of them| مودة - (in) affection| للذين - to those who| آمنوا - believe,| الذين - those who| قالوا - say,| إنا - "We| نصارى - (are) Christians."| ذلك - That (is)| بأن - because| منهم - among them| قسيسين - (are) priests| ورهبانا - and monks,| وأنهم - and that they| لا - (are) not| يستكبرون - arrogant.| |

| አይሁዶችንና እነዚያን ያጋሩትን ለእነዚያ ለአመኑት በጠላትነት ከሰዎች ሁሉ ይበልጥ የበረቱ ኾነው በእርግጥ ታገኛለህ፡፡ እነዚያንም «እኛ ክርስቲያኖች ነን» ያሉትን ለእነዚያ ለአመኑት በወዳጅነት በእርግጥ ይበልጥ የቀረቧቸው ኾነው ታገኛለህ፡፡ ይህ ከእነሱ ውስጥ ቀሳውስትና መነኮሳት በመኖራቸውና እነሱም የማይኮሩ በመኾናቸው ነው፡፡ |
آل الجلالين | { لتجدنَّ } يا محمد { أشدَّ الناس عداوة للذين آمنوا اليهود والذين أشركوا } من أهل مكة لتضاعف كفرهم وجهلهم وانهماكهم في اتباع الهوى { ولتجدن أقربهم مودة للذين آمنوا الذين قالوا إنَّا نصارى ذلك } أي قرب مودتهم للمؤمنين { بأن } بسبب أن { منهم قسيسين } علماء { ورهبانا } عبادا { وأنهم لا يستكبرون } عن اتباع الحق كما يستكبر اليهود وأهل مكة نزلت في وفد النجاشي القادمين عليه من الحبشة قرأ سورة يس فبكوا وأسلموا وقالوا ما أشبه هذا بما كان ينزل على عيسى . |
| A ppafev icenga iqeûêanen mavi, n wid iumnen, d udayen akked wid ipcaraken. A ppafev wid iqeôben mavi, s lmaênana, ar wid iumnen, d wid innan: "nekwni d imasiêiyen". Ayagi, acku llan degsen ixelwiyen, iôehbaniyen, u nitni ur sme$wôen ara iman nnsen. |
মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আপনি সব মানুষের চাইতে মুসলমানদের অধিক শত্রু ইহুদী ও মুশরেকদেরকে পাবেন এবং আপনি সবার চাইতে মুসলমানদের সাথে বন্ধুত্বে অধিক নিকটবর্তী তাদেরকে পাবেন, যারা নিজেদেরকে খ্রীষ্টান বলে। এর কারণ এই যে, খ্রীষ্টানদের মধ্যে আলেম রয়েছে, দরবেশ রয়েছে এবং তারা অহঙ্কার করে না। |
Literal | You will find (E) the strongest people (with) animosity to those who believed (are) the Jews, and those who shared/made partners (with God), and you will find (E) their nearest/closest love/friendship , to those who believed, (are) those who said: "That we are Christian ." That (is) with that from them (are) priests/clergymen and monks, and that they are not being arrogant. |
Yusuf Ali | Strongest among men in enmity to the believers wilt thou find the Jews and Pagans; and nearest among them in love to the believers wilt thou find those who say, "We are Christians": because amongst these are men devoted to learning and men who have renounced the world, and they are not arrogant. |
Pickthal | Thou wilt find the most vehement of mankind in hostility to those who believe (to be) the Jews and the idolaters.
