| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[47:23] | Ola-ika allatheena laAAanahumuAllahu faasammahum waaAAma absarahum
|  أولئك الذين لعنهم الله فأصمهم وأعمى أبصارهم
أُوْلَئِكَ الَّذِينَ لَعَنَهُمُ اللَّهُ فَأَصَمَّهُمْ وَأَعْمَى أَبْصَارَهُمْ |
| Words | |أولئك - Those,| الذين - (are) the ones| لعنهم - Allah has cursed them,| الله - Allah has cursed them,| فأصمهم - so He made them deaf| وأعمى - and blinded| أبصارهم - their vision.| |

| እነዚህ እነዚያ አላህ የረገማቸው፣ ያደነቆራቸውም፣ ዓይኖቻቸውንም ያወራቸው ናቸው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { أولئك } أي المفسدون { الذين لعنهم الله فأصمهم } عن استماع الحق { وأعمى أبصارهم } عن طريق الهدى . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | এদের প্রতিই আল্লাহ অভিসম্পাত করেন, অতঃপর তাদেরকে বধির ও দৃষ্টিশক্তিহীন করেন। |
| Literal | Those are those who God cursed/humiliated them , so He made them deaf and (He) blinded/confused their eye sights/understanding. |
| Yusuf Ali | Such are the men whom Allah has cursed for He has made them deaf and blinded their sight. |
