| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[20:83] | Wama aAAjalaka AAan qawmika yamoosa
|  وما أعجلك عن قومك يا موسى
وَمَا أَعْجَلَكَ عَن قَوْمِكَ يَا مُوسَى |
| Words | |وما - "And what| أعجلك - made you hasten| عن - from| قومك - your people,| يا - O| موسى - O Musa?"| |

| «ሙሳ ሆይ! ከሕዝቦችህ ምን አስቸኮለህም» (ተባለ)፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { وما أعجلك عن قومك } لمجيء ميعاد أخذ التوراة { يا موسى } . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | হে মূসা, তোমার সম্প্রদায়কে পেছনে ফেলে তুমি ত্বরা করলে কেন? |
| Literal | And what made you hurry/hasten on from your nation, you Moses? |
