| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[19:12] | Ya yahya khuthialkitaba biquwwatin waataynahu alhukmasabiyyan
|  يا يحيى خذ الكتاب بقوة وآتيناه الحكم صبيا
يَا يَحْيَى خُذِ الْكِتَابَ بِقُوَّةٍ وَآتَيْنَاهُ الْحُكْمَ صَبِيًّا |
| Words | |يا - O| يحيى - "O Yahya!| خذ - Hold| الكتاب - the Scripture| بقوة - with strength."| وآتيناه - And We gave him| الحكم - [the] wisdom| صبيا - (when he was) a child| |

| «የሕያ ሆይ! መጽሐፉን በጥብቅ ያዝ!» (አልነው)፡፡ ጥበብንም በሕፃንነቱ ሰጠነው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { يا يحيى خذ الكتاب } أي: التوراة { بقوة } بجد { وآتيناه الحكم } النبوة { صبيا } ابن ثلاث سنين . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | হে ইয়াহইয়া দৃঢ়তার সাথে এই গ্রন্থ ধারণ কর। আমি তাকে শৈশবেই বিচারবুদ্ধি দান করেছিলাম। |
| Literal | You John/Yahya, take The Book with power/strength, and We gave/brought him the judgment/rule (as) a boy/child/infant. |
