| 1 [4:111] | Waman yaksib ithman fa-innamayaksibuhu AAala nafsihi wakana AllahuAAaleeman hakeeman |  ومن يكسب إثما فإنما يكسبه على نفسه وكان الله عليما حكيماوَمَن يَكْسِبْ إِثْمًا فَإِنَّمَا يَكْسِبُهُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ وَكَانَ اللّهُ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And whoever| يكسب - earns| إثما - sin,| فإنما - then only| يكسبه - he earns it| على - against| نفسه - his soul.| وكان - And is| الله - Allah| عليما - All-Knowing,| حكيما - All-Wise.| | ||||||
| 2 [4:112] | Waman yaksib khatee-atan aw ithmanthumma yarmi bihi baree-an faqadi ihtamala buhtananwa-ithman mubeenan | ومن يكسب خطيئة أو إثما ثم يرم به بريئا فقد احتمل بهتانا وإثما مبينا وَمَن يَكْسِبْ خَطِيئَةً أَوْ إِثْمًا ثُمَّ يَرْمِ بِهِ بَرِيئًا فَقَدِ احْتَمَلَ بُهْتَانًا وَإِثْمًا مُّبِينًا | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And whoever| يكسب - earns| خطيئة - a fault| أو - or| إثما - a sin| ثم - then| يرم - throws| به - it| بريئا - (on) an innocent,| فقد - then surely| احتمل - he (has) burdened (himself)| بهتانا - (with) a slander| وإثما - and a sin| مبينا - manifest.| | ||||||
