| 1 [6:21] | Waman athlamu mimmani iftaraAAala Allahi kathiban aw kaththababi-ayatihi innahu la yuflihu alththalimoona |  ومن أظلم ممن افترى على الله كذبا أو كذب بآياته إنه لا يفلح الظالمونوَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِآيَاتِهِ إِنَّهُ لاَ يُفْلِحُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And who| أظلم - (is) more unjust| ممن - than (he) who| افترى - invents| على - against| الله - Allah| كذبا - a lie| أو - or| كذب - rejects| بآياته - His Signs?| إنه - Indeed,| لا - not| يفلح - will be successful| الظالمون - the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 2 [6:135] | Qul ya qawmi iAAmaloo AAalamakanatikum innee AAamilun fasawfa taAAlamoona mantakoonu lahu AAaqibatu alddari innahu layuflihu alththalimoona | قل يا قوم اعملوا على مكانتكم إني عامل فسوف تعلمون من تكون له عاقبة الدار إنه لا يفلح الظالمون قُلْ يَا قَوْمِ اعْمَلُواْ عَلَى مَكَانَتِكُمْ إِنِّي عَامِلٌ فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ مَن تَكُونُ لَهُ عَاقِبَةُ الدِّارِ إِنَّهُ لاَ يُفْلِحُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| اعملوا - Work| على - on| مكانتكم - your position.| إني - Indeed, I am| عامل - a worker.| فسوف - And soon| تعلمون - you will know| من - who| تكون - will have| له - for himself| عاقبة - (in) the end,| الدار - (a good) home.| إنه - Indeed [he],| لا - (will) not| يفلح - succeed| الظالمون - the wrongdoers."| | ||||||
| 3 [10:17] | Faman athlamu mimmani iftaraAAala Allahi kathiban aw kaththababi-ayatihi innahu la yuflihualmujrimoona | فمن أظلم ممن افترى على الله كذبا أو كذب بآياته إنه لا يفلح المجرمون فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِآيَاتِهِ إِنَّهُ لاَ يُفْلِحُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فمن - So who| أظلم - (is) more wrong| ممن - than he who| افترى - invents| على - against| الله - Allah| كذبا - a lie| أو - or| كذب - denies| بآياته - His Signs?| إنه - Indeed,| لا - not| يفلح - will succeed| المجرمون - the criminals.| | ||||||
| 4 [10:77] | Qala moosa ataqooloona lilhaqqilamma jaakum asihrun hatha walayuflihu alssahiroona | قال موسى أتقولون للحق لما جاءكم أسحر هذا ولا يفلح الساحرون قَالَ مُوسَى أَتقُولُونَ لِلْحَقِّ لَمَّا جَاءَكُمْ أَسِحْرٌ هَـذَا وَلاَ يُفْلِحُ السَّاحِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قال - Musa said,| موسى - Musa said,| أتقولون - "Do you say| للحق - about the truth| لما - when| جاءكم - it has come to you?| أسحر - Is this magic?| هذا - Is this magic?| ولا - But (will) not| يفلح - succeed| الساحرون - the magicians."| | ||||||
| 5 [12:23] | Warawadat-hu allatee huwa fee baytihaAAan nafsihi waghallaqati al-abwaba waqalat haytalaka qala maAAatha Allahi innahu rabbee ahsanamathwaya innahu la yuflihu alththalimoona | وراودته التي هو في بيتها عن نفسه وغلقت الأبواب وقالت هيت لك قال معاذ الله إنه ربي أحسن مثواي إنه لا يفلح الظالمون وَرَاوَدَتْهُ الَّتِي هُوَ فِي بَيْتِهَا عَن نَّفْسِهِ وَغَلَّقَتِ الْأَبْوَابَ وَقَالَتْ هَيْتَ لَكَ قَالَ مَعَاذَ اللّهِ إِنَّهُ رَبِّي أَحْسَنَ مَثْوَايَ إِنَّهُ لاَ يُفْلِحُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وراودته - And sought to seduce him| التي - she who,| هو - he (was)| في - in| بيتها - her house| عن - from| نفسه - his self.| وغلقت - And she closed| الأبواب - the doors| وقالت - and she said,| هيت - "Come on| لك - you."| قال - He said,| معاذ - "I seek refuge in Allah.| الله - "I seek refuge in Allah.| إنه - Indeed, he| ربي - (is) my lord| أحسن - (who has) made good| مثواي - my stay.| إنه - Indeed,| لا - not| يفلح - will succeed| الظالمون - the wrongdoers."| | ||||||
| 6 [20:69] | Waalqi ma fee yameenika talqaf masanaAAoo innama sanaAAoo kaydu sahirinwala yuflihu alssahiru haythuata | وألق ما في يمينك تلقف ما صنعوا إنما صنعوا كيد ساحر ولا يفلح الساحر حيث أتى وَأَلْقِ مَا فِي يَمِينِكَ تَلْقَفْ مَا صَنَعُوا إِنَّمَا صَنَعُوا كَيْدُ سَاحِرٍ وَلَا يُفْلِحُ السَّاحِرُ حَيْثُ أَتَى | |||||
| Words | |وألق - And throw| ما - what| في - (is) in| يمينك - your right hand;| تلقف - it will swallow up| ما - what| صنعوا - they have made.| إنما - Only| صنعوا - they (have) made| كيد - a trick| ساحر - (of) a magician| ولا - and not| يفلح - will be successful| الساحر - the magician| حيث - wherever| أتى - he comes."| | ||||||
| 7 [23:117] | Waman yadAAu maAAa Allahi ilahanakhara la burhana lahu bihi fa-innamahisabuhu AAinda rabbihi innahu la yuflihualkafiroona | ومن يدع مع الله إلها آخر لا برهان له به فإنما حسابه عند ربه إنه لا يفلح الكافرون وَمَن يَدْعُ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَهًا آخَرَ لَا بُرْهَانَ لَهُ بِهِ فَإِنَّمَا حِسَابُهُ عِندَ رَبِّهِ إِنَّهُ لَا يُفْلِحُ الْكَافِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And whoever| يدع - invokes| مع - with| الله - Allah| إلها - god| آخر - other,| لا - no| برهان - proof| له - for him| به - in it.| فإنما - Then only| حسابه - his account| عند - (is) with| ربه - his Lord.| إنه - Indeed, [he]| لا - not| يفلح - will succeed| الكافرون - the disbelievers.| | ||||||
| 8 [28:37] | Waqala moosa rabbee aAAlamubiman jaa bialhuda min AAindihi wamantakoonu lahu AAaqibatu alddari innahu layuflihu alththalimoona | وقال موسى ربي أعلم بمن جاء بالهدى من عنده ومن تكون له عاقبة الدار إنه لا يفلح الظالمون وَقَالَ مُوسَى رَبِّي أَعْلَمُ بِمَن جَاءَ بِالْهُدَى مِنْ عِندِهِ وَمَن تَكُونُ لَهُ عَاقِبَةُ الدَّارِ إِنَّهُ لَا يُفْلِحُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وقال - And Musa said,| موسى - And Musa said,| ربي - "My Lord| أعلم - knows best| بمن - of who| جاء - has come| بالهدى - with [the] guidance| من - from Him| عنده - from Him| ومن - and who -| تكون - will be| له - for him| عاقبة - the good end in the Hereafter.| الدار - the good end in the Hereafter.| إنه - Indeed,| لا - not| يفلح - will be successful| الظالمون - the wrongdoers."| | ||||||
| 9 [28:82] | Waasbaha allatheenatamannaw makanahu bial-amsi yaqooloona waykaannaAllaha yabsutu alrrizqa liman yashaomin AAibadihi wayaqdiru lawla an manna AllahuAAalayna lakhasafa bina waykaannahu la yuflihualkafiroona | وأصبح الذين تمنوا مكانه بالأمس يقولون ويكأن الله يبسط الرزق لمن يشاء من عباده ويقدر لولا أن من الله علينا لخسف بنا ويكأنه لا يفلح الكافرون وَأَصْبَحَ الَّذِينَ تَمَنَّوْا مَكَانَهُ بِالْأَمْسِ يَقُولُونَ وَيْكَأَنَّ اللَّهَ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَيَقْدِرُ لَوْلَا أَن مَّنَّ اللَّهُ عَلَيْنَا لَخَسَفَ بِنَا وَيْكَأَنَّهُ لَا يُفْلِحُ الْكَافِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وأصبح - And began,| الذين - those who| تمنوا - (had) wished| مكانه - his position| بالأمس - the day before| يقولون - (to) say,| ويكأن - "Ah! That| الله - Allah| يبسط - extends| الرزق - the provision| لمن - for whom| يشاء - He wills| من - of| عباده - His slaves,| ويقدر - and restricts it.| لولا - If not| أن - that| من - Allah had favored| الله - Allah had favored| علينا - [to] us| لخسف - He would have caused it to swallow us.| بنا - He would have caused it to swallow us.| ويكأنه - Ah! That| لا - not| يفلح - will succeed| الكافرون - the disbelievers."| | ||||||
