| 1 [2:15] | Allahu yastahzi-o bihim wayamudduhumfee tughyanihim yaAAmahoona |  الله يستهزئ بهم ويمدهم في طغيانهم يعمهوناللّهُ يَسْتَهْزِئُ بِهِمْ وَيَمُدُّهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ | |||||
| Words | |الله - Allah| يستهزئ - mocks| بهم - at them,| ويمدهم - and prolongs them| في - in| طغيانهم - their transgression,| يعمهون - they wander blindly.| | ||||||
| 2 [6:110] | Wanuqallibu af-idatahum waabsarahumkama lam yu/minoo bihi awwala marratin wanatharuhumfee tughyanihim yaAAmahoona | ونقلب أفئدتهم وأبصارهم كما لم يؤمنوا به أول مرة ونذرهم في طغيانهم يعمهون وَنُقَلِّبُ أَفْئِدَتَهُمْ وَأَبْصَارَهُمْ كَمَا لَمْ يُؤْمِنُواْ بِهِ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَنَذَرُهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ونقلب - And We will turn| أفئدتهم - their hearts| وأبصارهم - and their sights| كما - (just) as| لم - not| يؤمنوا - they believe| به - in it| أول - (the) first| مرة - time.| ونذرهم - And We will leave them| في - in| طغيانهم - their transgression| يعمهون - wandering blindly.| | ||||||
| 3 [7:186] | Man yudlili Allahu falahadiya lahu wayatharuhum fee tughyanihimyaAAmahoona | من يضلل الله فلا هادي له ويذرهم في طغيانهم يعمهون مَن يُضْلِلِ اللّهُ فَلاَ هَادِيَ لَهُ وَيَذَرُهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ | |||||
| Words | |من - Whoever| يضلل - (is) let go astray| الله - (by) Allah| فلا - then (there is) no| هادي - guide| له - for him.| ويذرهم - And He leaves them| في - in| طغيانهم - their transgression| يعمهون - wandering blindly.| | ||||||
| 4 [10:11] | Walaw yuAAajjilu Allahu lilnnasialshsharra istiAAjalahum bialkhayri laqudiyailayhim ajaluhum fanatharu allatheena layarjoona liqaana fee tughyanihimyaAAmahoona | ولو يعجل الله للناس الشر استعجالهم بالخير لقضي إليهم أجلهم فنذر الذين لا يرجون لقاءنا في طغيانهم يعمهون وَلَوْ يُعَجِّلُ اللّهُ لِلنَّاسِ الشَّرَّ اسْتِعْجَالَهُم بِالْخَيْرِ لَقُضِيَ إِلَيْهِمْ أَجَلُهُمْ فَنَذَرُ الَّذِينَ لاَ يَرْجُونَ لِقَاءَنَا فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولو - And if| يعجل - hastens| الله - (by) Allah| للناس - for the mankind| الشر - the evil,| استعجالهم - (as) He hastens for them| بالخير - the good,| لقضي - surely, would have been decreed| إليهم - for them| أجلهم - their term.| فنذر - But We leave| الذين - those who| لا - (do) not| يرجون - expect| لقاءنا - the meeting with Us,| في - in| طغيانهم - their transgression,| يعمهون - wandering blindly.| | ||||||
| 5 [15:72] | LaAAamruka innahum lafee sakratihimyaAAmahoona | لعمرك إنهم لفي سكرتهم يعمهون لَعَمْرُكَ إِنَّهُمْ لَفِي سَكْرَتِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ | |||||
| Words | |لعمرك - By your life| إنهم - indeed, they| لفي - were in| سكرتهم - their intoxication,| يعمهون - wandering blindly.| | ||||||
| 6 [23:75] | Walaw rahimnahum wakashafnama bihim min durrin lalajjoo fee tughyanihimyaAAmahoona | ولو رحمناهم وكشفنا ما بهم من ضر للجوا في طغيانهم يعمهون وَلَوْ رَحِمْنَاهُمْ وَكَشَفْنَا مَا بِهِم مِّن ضُرٍّ لَّلَجُّوا فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولو - And if| رحمناهم - We had mercy on them| وكشفنا - and We removed| ما - what| بهم - (was) on them| من - of| ضر - (the) hardship,| للجوا - surely they would persist| في - in| طغيانهم - their transgression| يعمهون - wandering blindly.| | ||||||
| 7 [27:4] | Inna allatheena la yu/minoonabial-akhirati zayyanna lahum aAAmalahumfahum yaAAmahoona | إن الذين لا يؤمنون بالآخرة زينا لهم أعمالهم فهم يعمهون إِنَّ الَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِالْآخِرَةِ زَيَّنَّا لَهُمْ أَعْمَالَهُمْ فَهُمْ يَعْمَهُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الذين - those who| لا - (do) not| يؤمنون - believe| بالآخرة - in the Hereafter,| زينا - We have made fair-seeming| لهم - to them| أعمالهم - their deeds,| فهم - so they| يعمهون - wander blindly.| | ||||||
