| 1 [2:126] | Wa-ith qala ibraheemurabbi ijAAal hatha baladan aminan waorzuqahlahu mina alththamarati man amana minhumbiAllahi waalyawmi al-akhiri qalawaman kafara faomattiAAuhu qaleelan thumma adtarruhu ilaAAathabi alnnari wabi/sa almaseeru |  وإذ قال إبراهيم رب اجعل هذا بلدا آمنا وارزق أهله من الثمرات من آمن منهم بالله واليوم الآخر قال ومن كفر فأمتعه قليلا ثم أضطره إلى عذاب النار وبئس المصيروَإِذْ قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ رَبِّ اجْعَلْ هَـَذَا بَلَدًا آمِنًا وَارْزُقْ أَهْلَهُ مِنَ الثَّمَرَاتِ مَنْ آمَنَ مِنْهُم بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ قَالَ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَأُمَتِّعُهُ قَلِيلاً ثُمَّ أَضْطَرُّهُ إِلَى عَذَابِ النَّارِ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ | |||||
| Words | |وإذ - And when| قال - said| إبراهيم - Ibrahim,| رب - "My Lord| اجعل - make| هذا - this| بلدا - a city| آمنا - secure| وارزق - and provide| أهله - its people| من - with| الثمرات - fruits,| من - (to) whoever| آمن - believed| منهم - from them| بالله - in Allah| واليوم - and the Day| الآخر - the Last,"| قال - He said,| ومن - "And whoever| كفر - disbelieved,| فأمتعه - [then] I will grant him enjoyment| قليلا - a little;| ثم - then| أضطره - I will force him| إلى - to| عذاب - (the) punishment| النار - (of) the Fire,| وبئس - and evil| المصير - (is) the destination.| | ||||||
| 2 [3:12] | Qul lillatheena kafaroo satughlaboonawatuhsharoona ila jahannama wabi/sa almihadu | قل للذين كفروا ستغلبون وتحشرون إلى جهنم وبئس المهاد قُل لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ سَتُغْلَبُونَ وَتُحْشَرُونَ إِلَى جَهَنَّمَ وَبِئْسَ الْمِهَادُ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say| للذين - to those who| كفروا - disbelieve[d],| ستغلبون - "You will be overcome| وتحشرون - and you will be gathered| إلى - to| جهنم - Hell,| وبئس - [and] an evil| المهاد - [the] resting place.| | ||||||
| 3 [3:151] | Sanulqee fee quloobi allatheenakafaroo alrruAAba bima ashrakoo biAllahima lam yunazzil bihi sultanan wama/wahumu alnnaruwabi/sa mathwa alththalimeena | سنلقي في قلوب الذين كفروا الرعب بما أشركوا بالله ما لم ينزل به سلطانا ومأواهم النار وبئس مثوى الظالمين سَنُلْقِي فِي قُلُوبِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ الرُّعْبَ بِمَا أَشْرَكُواْ بِاللّهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِ سُلْطَانًا وَمَأْوَاهُمُ النَّارُ وَبِئْسَ مَثْوَى الظَّالِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |سنلقي - We will cast| في - in| قلوب - (the) hearts| الذين - (of) those who| كفروا - disbelieve| الرعب - [the] terror| بما - because| أشركوا - they associated partners| بالله - with Allah,| ما - what| لم - not| ينزل - He sent down| به - about it| سلطانا - any authority,| ومأواهم - and their refuge| النار - (will be) the Fire| وبئس - and wretched| مثوى - (is the) abode| الظالمين - [of] the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 4 [3:162] | Afamani ittabaAAa ridwana Allahikaman baa bisakhatin mina Allahi wama/wahujahannamu wabi/sa almaseeru | أفمن اتبع رضوان الله كمن باء بسخط من الله ومأواه جهنم وبئس المصير أَفَمَنِ اتَّبَعَ رِضْوَانَ اللّهِ كَمَن بَاءَ بِسَخَطٍ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَمَأْوَاهُ جَهَنَّمُ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ | |||||

| 5 [3:197] | MataAAun qaleelun thumma ma/wahumjahannamu wabi/sa almihadu | متاع قليل ثم مأواهم جهنم وبئس المهاد مَتَاعٌ قَلِيلٌ ثُمَّ مَأْوَاهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ وَبِئْسَ الْمِهَادُ | |||||
| Words | |متاع - An enjoyment| قليل - little,| ثم - then| مأواهم - their abode| جهنم - (is) hell -| وبئس - [and] a wretched| المهاد - [the] resting place.| | ||||||
| 6 [8:16] | Waman yuwallihim yawma-ithin duburahuilla mutaharrifan liqitalin aw mutahayyizanila fi-atin faqad baa bighadabin mina Allahiwama/wahu jahannamu wabi/sa almaseeru | ومن يولهم يومئذ دبره إلا متحرفا لقتال أو متحيزا إلى فئة فقد باء بغضب من الله ومأواه جهنم وبئس المصير وَمَن يُوَلِّهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ دُبُرَهُ إِلاَّ مُتَحَرِّفاً لِّقِتَالٍ أَوْ مُتَحَيِّزاً إِلَى فِئَةٍ فَقَدْ بَاءَ بِغَضَبٍ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَمَأْوَاهُ جَهَنَّمُ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And whoever| يولهم - turns to them| يومئذ - that day| دبره - his back| إلا - except| متحرفا - (as) a strategy| لقتال - of war| أو - or| متحيزا - (to) join| إلى - to| فئة - a group,| فقد - certainly| باء - (he has) incurred| بغضب - wrath| من - of| الله - Allah| ومأواه - and his abode| جهنم - (is) Hell,| وبئس - a wretched| المصير - destination.| | ||||||
| 7 [9:73] | Ya ayyuha alnnabiyyu jahidialkuffara waalmunafiqeena waoghluth | يا أيها النبي جاهد الكفار والمنافقين واغلظ عليهم ومأواهم جهنم وبئس المصير يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ جَاهِدِ الْكُفَّارَ وَالْمُنَافِقِينَ وَاغْلُظْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَمَأْوَاهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ | |||||

| 8 [11:98] | Yaqdumu qawmahu yawma alqiyamatifaawradahumu alnnara wabi/sa alwirdu almawroodu | يقدم قومه يوم القيامة فأوردهم النار وبئس الورد المورود يَقْدُمُ قَوْمَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَأَوْرَدَهُمُ النَّارَ وَبِئْسَ الْوِرْدُ الْمَوْرُودُ | |||||
| Words | |يقدم - He will precede| قومه - his people| يوم - (on the) Day| القيامة - (of) the Resurrection| فأوردهم - and lead them| النار - (into) the Fire.| وبئس - And wretched| الورد - (is) the place| المورود - to which (they are) led.| | ||||||
| 9 [13:18] | Lillatheena istajaboolirabbihimu alhusna waallatheena lamyastajeeboo lahu law anna lahum ma fee al-ardijameeAAan wamithlahu maAAahu laiftadaw bihi ola-ikalahum soo-o alhisabi wama/wahum jahannamuwabi/sa almihadu | للذين استجابوا لربهم الحسنى والذين لم يستجيبوا له لو أن لهم ما في الأرض جميعا ومثله معه لافتدوا به أولئك لهم سوء الحساب ومأواهم جهنم وبئس المهاد لِلَّذِينَ اسْتَجَابُواْ لِرَبِّهِمُ الْحُسْنَى وَالَّذِينَ لَمْ يَسْتَجِيبُواْ لَهُ لَوْ أَنَّ لَهُم مَّا فِي الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا وَمِثْلَهُ مَعَهُ لاَفْتَدَوْاْ بِهِ أُوْلَـئِكَ لَهُمْ سُوءُ الْحِسَابِ وَمَأْوَاهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ وَبِئْسَ الْمِهَادُ | |||||
| Words | |للذين - For those who| استجابوا - responded| لربهم - to their Lord| الحسنى - (is) the bliss.| والذين - And for those who| لم - (did) not| يستجيبوا - respond| له - to Him,| لو - if| أن - that| لهم - they had| ما - whatever| في - (is) in| الأرض - the earth| جميعا - all| ومثله - and like of it| معه - with it,| لافتدوا - surely they would offer ransom| به - with it.| أولئك - Those| لهم - for them| سوء - (is) a terrible| الحساب - reckoning,| ومأواهم - and their abode| جهنم - (is) Hell,| وبئس - and wretched| المهاد - (is) the resting place.| | ||||||
| 10 [14:29] | Jahannama yaslawnaha wabi/saalqararu | جهنم يصلونها وبئس القرار جَهَنَّمَ يَصْلَوْنَهَا وَبِئْسَ الْقَرَارُ | |||||
| Words | |جهنم - Hell,| يصلونها - (in) it they will burn| وبئس - and a wretched| القرار - place to settle.| | ||||||
| 11 [22:72] | Wa-itha tutla AAalayhim ayatunabayyinatin taAArifu fee wujoohi allatheena kafarooalmunkara yakadoona yastoona biallatheenayatloona AAalayhim ayatina qulafaonabbi-okum bisharrin min thalikum alnnaruwaAAadaha Allahu allatheena kafaroo wabi/saalmaseeru | وإذا تتلى عليهم آياتنا بينات تعرف في وجوه الذين كفروا المنكر يكادون يسطون بالذين يتلون عليهم آياتنا قل أفأنبئكم بشر من ذلكم النار وعدها الله الذين كفروا وبئس المصير وَإِذَا تُتْلَى عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتُنَا بَيِّنَاتٍ تَعْرِفُ فِي وُجُوهِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا الْمُنكَرَ يَكَادُونَ يَسْطُونَ بِالَّذِينَ يَتْلُونَ عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتِنَا قُلْ أَفَأُنَبِّئُكُم بِشَرٍّ مِّن ذَلِكُمُ النَّارُ وَعَدَهَا اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| تتلى - are recited| عليهم - to them| آياتنا - Our Verses| بينات - clear,| تعرف - you will recognize| في - on| وجوه - (the) faces| الذين - (of) those who| كفروا - disbelieve| المنكر - the denial.| يكادون - They almost| يسطون - attack| بالذين - those who| يتلون - recite| عليهم - to them| آياتنا - Our Verses.| قل - Say,| أفأنبئكم - "Then shall I inform you| بشر - of worse| من - than| ذلكم - that?| النار - The Fire,| وعدها - Allah (has) promised it| الله - Allah (has) promised it| الذين - (for) those who| كفروا - disbelieve,| وبئس - and wretched| المصير - (is) the destination."| | ||||||
| 12 [57:15] | Faalyawma la yu/khathuminkum fidyatun wala mina allatheena kafaroo ma/wakumualnnaru hiya mawlakum wabi/sa almaseeru | فاليوم لا يؤخذ منكم فدية ولا من الذين كفروا مأواكم النار هي مولاكم وبئس المصير فَالْيَوْمَ لَا يُؤْخَذُ مِنكُمْ فِدْيَةٌ وَلَا مِنَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مَأْوَاكُمُ النَّارُ هِيَ مَوْلَاكُمْ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ | |||||
| Words | |فاليوم - So today| لا - not| يؤخذ - will be accepted| منكم - from you| فدية - any ransom| ولا - and not| من - from| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved.| مأواكم - Your abode| النار - (is) the Fire;| هي - it (is)| مولاكم - your protector| وبئس - and wretched is| المصير - the destination.| | ||||||
| 13 [64:10] | Waallatheena kafaroo wakaththaboobi-ayatina ola-ika as-habualnnari khalideena feeha wabi/sa almaseeru | والذين كفروا وكذبوا بآياتنا أولئك أصحاب النار خالدين فيها وبئس المصير وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَكَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا أُوْلَئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ | |||||
| Words | |والذين - But those who| كفروا - disbelieved| وكذبوا - and denied| بآياتنا - [in] Our Verses,| أولئك - those| أصحاب - (are the) companions| النار - (of) the Fire,| خالدين - abiding forever| فيها - therein.| وبئس - And wretched is| المصير - the destination.| | ||||||
