| 1 [6:28] | Bal bada lahum ma kanooyukhfoona min qablu walaw ruddoo laAAadoo limanuhoo AAanhu wa-innahum lakathiboona |  بل بدا لهم ما كانوا يخفون من قبل ولو ردوا لعادوا لما نهوا عنه وإنهم لكاذبونبَلْ بَدَا لَهُم مَّا كَانُواْ يُخْفُونَ مِن قَبْلُ وَلَوْ رُدُّواْ لَعَادُواْ لِمَا نُهُواْ عَنْهُ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |بل - Nay,| بدا - became manifest| لهم - for them| ما - what| كانوا - they used to| يخفون - conceal| من - from| قبل - before.| ولو - And if| ردوا - they were sent back| لعادوا - certainly they (would) return| لما - to what| نهوا - they were forbidden| عنه - from it,| وإنهم - and indeed they| لكاذبون - certainly are liars.| | ||||||
| 2 [11:76] | Ya ibraheemu aAAridAAan hatha innahu qad jaa amru rabbika wa-innahum ateehimAAathabun ghayru mardoodin | يا إبراهيم أعرض عن هذا إنه قد جاء أمر ربك وإنهم آتيهم عذاب غير مردود يَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ أَعْرِضْ عَنْ هَذَا إِنَّهُ قَدْ جَاءَ أَمْرُ رَبِّكَ وَإِنَّهُمْ آتِيهِمْ عَذَابٌ غَيْرُ مَرْدُودٍ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| إبراهيم - O Ibrahim!| أعرض - Turn away| عن - from| هذا - this.| إنه - Indeed, it| قد - certainly| جاء - has come,| أمر - (the) Command| ربك - (of) your Lord| وإنهم - and indeed, [they]| آتيهم - (will) come (for) them| عذاب - a punishment| غير - (which) cannot| مردود - (be) repelled.| | ||||||
| 3 [11:110] | Walaqad atayna moosaalkitaba faikhtulifa feehi walawla kalimatunsabaqat min rabbika laqudiya baynahum wa-innahum lafeeshakkin minhu mureebun | ولقد آتينا موسى الكتاب فاختلف فيه ولولا كلمة سبقت من ربك لقضي بينهم وإنهم لفي شك منه مريب وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ فَاخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ وَلَوْلاَ كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَفِي شَكٍّ مِّنْهُ مُرِيبٍ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And verily| آتينا - We gave| موسى - Musa| الكتاب - the Book,| فاختلف - but differences arose| فيه - therein.| ولولا - And if not| كلمة - (for) a Word| سبقت - (that) preceded| من - from| ربك - your Lord,| لقضي - surely would have been judged| بينهم - between them.| وإنهم - And indeed, they| لفي - surely (are) in| شك - doubt| منه - concerning it| مريب - suspicious.| | ||||||
| 4 [23:90] | Bal ataynahum bialhaqqiwa-innahum lakathiboona | بل أتيناهم بالحق وإنهم لكاذبون بَلْ أَتَيْنَاهُم بِالْحَقِّ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |بل - Nay,| أتيناهم - We (have) brought them| بالحق - the truth,| وإنهم - but indeed, they| لكاذبون - surely, (are) liars.| | ||||||
| 5 [26:55] | Wa-innahum lana lagha-ithoona | وإنهم لنا لغائظون وَإِنَّهُمْ لَنَا لَغَائِظُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإنهم - And indeed, they| لنا - [to] us| لغائظون - (are) surely enraging,| | ||||||
| 6 [37:152] | Walada Allahu wa-innahum lakathiboona | ولد الله وإنهم لكاذبون وَلَدَ اللَّهُ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولد - "Allah has begotten,"| الله - "Allah has begotten,"| وإنهم - and indeed, they| لكاذبون - surely (are) liars.| | ||||||
| 7 [38:47] | Wa-innahum AAindana lamina almustafaynaal-akhyari | وإنهم عندنا لمن المصطفين الأخيار وَإِنَّهُمْ عِندَنَا لَمِنَ الْمُصْطَفَيْنَ الْأَخْيَارِ | |||||
| Words | |وإنهم - And indeed, they| عندنا - to Us| لمن - (are) from| المصطفين - the chosen ones,| الأخيار - the best.| | ||||||
| 8 [39:30] | Innaka mayyitun wa-innahum mayyitoona | إنك ميت وإنهم ميتون إِنَّكَ مَيِّتٌ وَإِنَّهُم مَّيِّتُونَ | |||||
| Words | |إنك - Indeed, you| ميت - will die| وإنهم - and indeed, they| ميتون - (will also) die.| | ||||||
| 9 [41:45] | Walaqad atayna moosaalkitaba faikhtulifa feehi walawla kalimatunsabaqat min rabbika laqudiya baynahum wa-innahum lafeeshakkin minhu mureebin | ولقد آتينا موسى الكتاب فاختلف فيه ولولا كلمة سبقت من ربك لقضي بينهم وإنهم لفي شك منه مريب وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْكِتَابَ فَاخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ وَلَوْلَا كَلِمَةٌ سَبَقَتْ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَفِي شَكٍّ مِّنْهُ مُرِيبٍ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly,| آتينا - We gave| موسى - Musa| الكتاب - the Book,| فاختلف - but disputes arose| فيه - therein.| ولولا - And had it not been| كلمة - (for) a word| سبقت - (that) preceded| من - from| ربك - your Lord,| لقضي - surely, would have been settled| بينهم - between them.| وإنهم - But indeed, they| لفي - surely (are) in| شك - doubt| منه - about it| مريب - disquieting.| | ||||||
| 10 [43:37] | Wa-innahum layasuddoonahum AAani alssabeeliwayahsaboona annahum muhtadoona | وإنهم ليصدونهم عن السبيل ويحسبون أنهم مهتدون وَإِنَّهُمْ لَيَصُدُّونَهُمْ عَنِ السَّبِيلِ وَيَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُم مُّهْتَدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإنهم - And indeed, they| ليصدونهم - surely, turn them| عن - from| السبيل - the Path| ويحسبون - and they think| أنهم - that they| مهتدون - (are) guided.| | ||||||
| 11 [58:2] | Allatheena yuthahiroonaminkum min nisa-ihim ma hunna ommahatihim inommahatuhum illa alla-ee waladnahumwa-innahum layaqooloona munkaran mina alqawli wazooran wa-innaAllaha laAAafuwwun ghafoorun | الذين يظاهرون منكم من نسائهم ما هن أمهاتهم إن أمهاتهم إلا اللائي ولدنهم وإنهم ليقولون منكرا من القول وزورا وإن الله لعفو غفور الَّذِينَ يُظَاهِرُونَ مِنكُم مِّن نِّسَائِهِم مَّا هُنَّ أُمَّهَاتِهِمْ إِنْ أُمَّهَاتُهُمْ إِلَّا اللَّائِي وَلَدْنَهُمْ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَيَقُولُونَ مُنكَرًا مِّنَ الْقَوْلِ وَزُورًا وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَعَفُوٌّ غَفُورٌ | |||||
| Words | |الذين - Those who| يظاهرون - pronounce zihar| منكم - among you| من - [from]| نسائهم - (to) their wives,| ما - not| هن - they| أمهاتهم - (are) their mothers.| إن - Not| أمهاتهم - (are) their mothers| إلا - except| اللائي - those who| ولدنهم - gave them birth.| وإنهم - And indeed, they| ليقولون - surely say| منكرا - an evil| من - [of]| القول - [the] word| وزورا - and a lie.| وإن - But indeed,| الله - Allah| لعفو - (is) surely, Oft-Pardoning,| غفور - Oft-Forgiving.| | ||||||
