| 1 [7:99] | Afaaminoo makra Allahi falaya/manu makra Allahi illa alqawmu alkhasiroona |  أفأمنوا مكر الله فلا يأمن مكر الله إلا القوم الخاسرونأَفَأَمِنُواْ مَكْرَ اللّهِ فَلاَ يَأْمَنُ مَكْرَ اللّهِ إِلاَّ الْقَوْمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أفأمنوا - Then did they feel secure| مكر - (from the) plan| الله - (of) Allah?| فلا - But not| يأمن - feel secure| مكر - (from the) plan| الله - (of) Allah| إلا - except| القوم - the people| الخاسرون - (who are) the losers.| | ||||||
| 2 [10:21] | Wa-itha athaqna alnnasarahmatan min baAAdi darraa massat-hum ithalahum makrun fee ayatina quli AllahuasraAAu makran inna rusulana yaktuboona matamkuroona | وإذا أذقنا الناس رحمة من بعد ضراء مستهم إذا لهم مكر في آياتنا قل الله أسرع مكرا إن رسلنا يكتبون ما تمكرون وَإِذَا أَذَقْنَا النَّاسَ رَحْمَةً مِّن بَعْدِ ضَرَّاءَ مَسَّتْهُمْ إِذَا لَهُم مَّكْرٌ فِي آيَاتِنَا قُلِ اللّهُ أَسْرَعُ مَكْرًا إِنَّ رُسُلَنَا يَكْتُبُونَ مَا تَمْكُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| أذقنا - We let [the] mankind taste| الناس - We let [the] mankind taste| رحمة - mercy| من - after| بعد - after| ضراء - adversity| مستهم - has touched them,| إذا - behold!| لهم - They have| مكر - a plot| في - against| آياتنا - Our Verses.| قل - Say,| الله - "Allah| أسرع - (is) more swift| مكرا - (in) planning."| إن - Indeed,| رسلنا - Our Messengers| يكتبون - write down| ما - what| تمكرون - you plot.| | ||||||
| 3 [13:42] | Waqad makara allatheena min qablihimfalillahi almakru jameeAAan yaAAlamu ma taksibukullu nafsin wasayaAAlamu alkuffaru liman AAuqba alddari | وقد مكر الذين من قبلهم فلله المكر جميعا يعلم ما تكسب كل نفس وسيعلم الكفار لمن عقبى الدار وَقَدْ مَكَرَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَلِلّهِ الْمَكْرُ جَمِيعًا يَعْلَمُ مَا تَكْسِبُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ وَسَيَعْلَمُ الْكُفَّارُ لِمَنْ عُقْبَى الدَّارِ | |||||
| Words | |وقد - And certainly| مكر - plotted| الذين - those who| من - (were) from| قبلهم - before them,| فلله - but for Allah| المكر - (is) the plot| جميعا - all.| يعلم - He knows| ما - what| تكسب - earns| كل - every| نفس - soul,| وسيعلم - and will know| الكفار - the disbelievers| لمن - for whom| عقبى - (is) the final| الدار - the home.| | ||||||
| 4 [16:26] | Qad makara allatheena min qablihimfaata Allahu bunyanahum mina alqawaAAidifakharra AAalayhimu alssaqfu min fawqihim waatahumualAAathabu min haythu la yashAAuroona | قد مكر الذين من قبلهم فأتى الله بنيانهم من القواعد فخر عليهم السقف من فوقهم وأتاهم العذاب من حيث لا يشعرون قَدْ مَكَرَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَأَتَى اللّهُ بُنْيَانَهُم مِّنَ الْقَوَاعِدِ فَخَرَّ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّقْفُ مِن فَوْقِهِمْ وَأَتَاهُمُ الْعَذَابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لاَ يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |قد - Verily,| مكر - plotted| الذين - those who| من - (were) before them,| قبلهم - (were) before them,| فأتى - but Allah came| الله - but Allah came| بنيانهم - (at) their building| من - from| القواعد - the foundations,| فخر - so fell| عليهم - upon them| السقف - the roof| من - from| فوقهم - above them,| وأتاهم - and came to them| العذاب - the punishment| من - from| حيث - where| لا - they (did) not perceive.| يشعرون - they (did) not perceive.| | ||||||
| 5 [34:33] | Waqala allatheena istudAAifoolillatheena istakbaroo bal makru allayli waalnnahariith ta/muroonana an nakfura biAllahiwanajAAala lahu andadan waasarroo alnnadamatalamma raawoo alAAathaba wajaAAalna al-aghlalafee aAAnaqi allatheena kafaroo hal yujzawna illama kanoo yaAAmaloona | وقال الذين استضعفوا للذين استكبروا بل مكر الليل والنهار إذ تأمروننا أن نكفر بالله ونجعل له أندادا وأسروا الندامة لما رأوا العذاب وجعلنا الأغلال في أعناق الذين كفروا هل يجزون إلا ما كانوا يعملون وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا لِلَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا بَلْ مَكْرُ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ إِذْ تَأْمُرُونَنَا أَن نَّكْفُرَ بِاللَّهِ وَنَجْعَلَ لَهُ أَندَادًا وَأَسَرُّوا النَّدَامَةَ لَمَّا رَأَوُا الْعَذَابَ وَجَعَلْنَا الْأَغْلَالَ فِي أَعْنَاقِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا هَلْ يُجْزَوْنَ إِلَّا مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وقال - And will say| الذين - those who| استضعفوا - were oppressed| للذين - to those who| استكبروا - were arrogant,| بل - "Nay,| مكر - (it was) a plot| الليل - (by) night| والنهار - and (by) day| إذ - when| تأمروننا - you were ordering us| أن - that| نكفر - we disbelieve| بالله - in Allah| ونجعل - and we set up| له - for Him| أندادا - equals."| وأسروا - But they will conceal| الندامة - the regret| لما - when| رأوا - they see| العذاب - the punishment.| وجعلنا - And We will put| الأغلال - shackles| في - on| أعناق - (the) necks| الذين - (of) those who| كفروا - disbelieved.| هل - Will| يجزون - they be recompensed| إلا - except| ما - (for) what| كانوا - they used to| يعملون - do?| | ||||||
