| 1 [4:94] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooitha darabtum fee sabeeli Allahifatabayyanoo wala taqooloo liman alqa ilaykumu alssalamalasta mu/minan tabtaghoona AAarada alhayatialddunya faAAinda Allahi maghanimukatheeratun kathalika kuntum min qablu famanna AllahuAAalaykum fatabayyanoo inna Allaha kana bimataAAmaloona khabeeran |  يا أيها الذين آمنوا إذا ضربتم في سبيل الله فتبينوا ولا تقولوا لمن ألقى إليكم السلام لست مؤمنا تبتغون عرض الحياة الدنيا فعند الله مغانم كثيرة كذلك كنتم من قبل فمن الله عليكم فتبينوا إن الله كان بما تعملون خبيرايَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ إِذَا ضَرَبْتُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ فَتَبَيَّنُواْ وَلاَ تَقُولُواْ لِمَنْ أَلْقَى إِلَيْكُمُ السَّلاَمَ لَسْتَ مُؤْمِنًا تَبْتَغُونَ عَرَضَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا فَعِندَ اللّهِ مَغَانِمُ كَثِيرَةٌ كَذَلِكَ كُنتُم مِّن قَبْلُ فَمَنَّ اللّهُ عَلَيْكُمْ فَتَبَيَّنُواْ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًا | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe[d]!| إذا - When| ضربتم - you go forth| في - in| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah| فتبينوا - then investigate,| ولا - and (do) not| تقولوا - say| لمن - to (the one) who| ألقى - offers| إليكم - to you| السلام - (a greeting of) peace,| لست - "You are not| مؤمنا - a believer,"| تبتغون - seeking| عرض - transitory gains| الحياة - (of) the life| الدنيا - (of) the world,| فعند - for with| الله - Allah| مغانم - (are) booties| كثيرة - abundant.| كذلك - Like that| كنتم - you were| من - from| قبل - before,| فمن - then conferred favor| الله - Allah| عليكم - upon you;| فتبينوا - so investigate.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| بما - of what| تعملون - you do| خبيرا - All-Aware.| | ||||||
| 2 [48:15] | Sayaqoolu almukhallafoona itha intalaqtumila maghanima lita/khuthooha tharoonanattabiAAkum yureedoona an yubaddiloo kalama Allahiqul lan tattabiAAoona kathalikum qala Allahumin qablu fasayaqooloona bal tahsudoonana bal kanoola yafqahoona illa qaleelan | سيقول المخلفون إذا انطلقتم إلى مغانم لتأخذوها ذرونا نتبعكم يريدون أن يبدلوا كلام الله قل لن تتبعونا كذلكم قال الله من قبل فسيقولون بل تحسدوننا بل كانوا لا يفقهون إلا قليلا سَيَقُولُ الْمُخَلَّفُونَ إِذَا انطَلَقْتُمْ إِلَى مَغَانِمَ لِتَأْخُذُوهَا ذَرُونَا نَتَّبِعْكُمْ يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُبَدِّلُوا كَلَامَ اللَّهِ قُل لَّن تَتَّبِعُونَا كَذَلِكُمْ قَالَ اللَّهُ مِن قَبْلُ فَسَيَقُولُونَ بَلْ تَحْسُدُونَنَا بَلْ كَانُوا لَا يَفْقَهُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا | |||||
| Words | |سيقول - Will say| المخلفون - those who remained behind| إذا - when| انطلقتم - you set forth| إلى - towards| مغانم - (the) spoils of war| لتأخذوها - to take it,| ذرونا - "Allow us| نتبعكم - (to) follow you."| يريدون - They wish| أن - to| يبدلوا - change| كلام - (the) Words| الله - (of) Allah.| قل - Say,| لن - "Never| تتبعونا - will you follow us.| كذلكم - Thus| قال - Allah said| الله - Allah said| من - before."| قبل - before."| فسيقولون - Then they will say,| بل - "Nay,| تحسدوننا - you envy us."| بل - Nay,| كانوا - they were| لا - not| يفقهون - understanding| إلا - except| قليلا - a little.| | ||||||
| 3 [48:20] | WaAAadakumu Allahu maghanimakatheeratan ta/khuthoonaha faAAajjala lakum hathihiwakaffa aydiya alnnasi AAankum walitakoona ayatanlilmu/mineena wayahdiyakum siratan mustaqeeman | وعدكم الله مغانم كثيرة تأخذونها فعجل لكم هذه وكف أيدي الناس عنكم ولتكون آية للمؤمنين ويهديكم صراطا مستقيما وَعَدَكُمُ اللَّهُ مَغَانِمَ كَثِيرَةً تَأْخُذُونَهَا فَعَجَّلَ لَكُمْ هَذِهِ وَكَفَّ أَيْدِيَ النَّاسِ عَنكُمْ وَلِتَكُونَ آيَةً لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَيَهْدِيَكُمْ صِرَاطًا مُّسْتَقِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |وعدكم - Allah has promised you| الله - Allah has promised you| مغانم - spoils of war| كثيرة - much| تأخذونها - that you will take it,| فعجل - and He has hastened| لكم - for you| هذه - this| وكف - and has withheld| أيدي - (the) hands| الناس - (of) the people| عنكم - from you -| ولتكون - that it may be| آية - a sign| للمؤمنين - for the believers| ويهديكم - and He may guide you| صراطا - (to the) Path| مستقيما - Straight.| | ||||||
