| Words | |فإن - But if| لم - not| تفعلوا - you do,| ولن - and never| تفعلوا - will you do,| فاتقوا - then fear| النار - the Fire| التي - whose| وقودها - [its] fuel| الناس - (is) [the] men| والحجارة - and [the] stones,| أعدت - prepared| للكافرين - for the disbelievers.| | ||||||
| 2 [2:98] | Man kana AAaduwwan lillahiwamala-ikatihi warusulihi wajibreela wameekalafa-inna Allaha AAaduwwun lilkafireena | من كان عدوا لله وملائكته ورسله وجبريل وميكال فإن الله عدو للكافرين مَن كَانَ عَدُوًّا لِّلّهِ وَمَلآئِكَتِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ وَجِبْرِيلَ وَمِيكَالَ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ عَدُوٌّ لِّلْكَافِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |من - Whoever| كان - is| عدوا - an enemy| لله - (to) Allah| وملائكته - and His Angels,| ورسله - and His Messengers,| وجبريل - and Jibreel,| وميكال - and Meekael,| فإن - then indeed| الله - Allah| عدو - (is) an enemy| للكافرين - to the disbelievers.| | ||||||
| 3 [3:131] | Waittaqoo alnnaraallatee oAAiddat lilkafireena | واتقوا النار التي أعدت للكافرين وَاتَّقُواْ النَّارَ الَّتِي أُعِدَّتْ لِلْكَافِرِينَ | |||||

| 4 [4:37] | Allatheena yabkhaloona waya/muroona alnnasabialbukhli wayaktumoona ma atahumuAllahu min fadlihi waaAAtadna lilkafireenaAAathaban muheenan | الذين يبخلون ويأمرون الناس بالبخل ويكتمون ما آتاهم الله من فضله وأعتدنا للكافرين عذابا مهينا الَّذِينَ يَبْخَلُونَ وَيَأْمُرُونَ النَّاسَ بِالْبُخْلِ وَيَكْتُمُونَ مَا آتَاهُمُ اللّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابًا مُّهِينًا | |||||
| Words | |الذين - Those who| يبخلون - are stingy| ويأمرون - and order| الناس - the people| بالبخل - [of] stinginess| ويكتمون - and hide| ما - what| آتاهم - (has) given them| الله - Allah| من - of| فضله - His Bounty -| وأعتدنا - and We (have) prepared| للكافرين - for the disbelievers| عذابا - a punishment| مهينا - humiliating.| | ||||||
| 5 [4:102] | Wa-itha kunta feehim faaqamta lahumualssalata faltaqum ta-ifatun minhummaAAaka walya/khuthoo aslihatahum fa-ithasajadoo falyakoonoo min wara-ikum walta/ti ta-ifatunokhra lam yusalloo falyusalloo maAAakawalya/khuthoo hithrahum waaslihatahumwadda allatheena kafaroo law taghfuloona AAan aslihatikumwaamtiAAatikum fayameeloona AAalaykum maylatan wahidatanwala junaha AAalaykum in kana bikum athanmin matarin aw kuntum marda an tadaAAoo aslihatakumwakhuthoo hithrakum inna AllahaaAAadda lilkafireena AAathaban muheenan | وإذا كنت فيهم فأقمت لهم الصلاة فلتقم طائفة منهم معك وليأخذوا أسلحتهم فإذا سجدوا فليكونوا من ورائكم ولتأت طائفة أخرى لم يصلوا فليصلوا معك وليأخذوا حذرهم وأسلحتهم ود الذين كفروا لو تغفلون عن أسلحتكم وأمتعتكم فيميلون عليكم ميلة واحدة ولا جناح عليكم إن كان بكم أذى من مطر أو كنتم مرضى أن تضعوا أسلحتكم وخذوا حذركم إن الله أعد للكافرين عذابا مهينا وَإِذَا كُنتَ فِيهِمْ فَأَقَمْتَ لَهُمُ الصَّلاَةَ فَلْتَقُمْ طَآئِفَةٌ مِّنْهُم مَّعَكَ وَلْيَأْخُذُواْ أَسْلِحَتَهُمْ فَإِذَا سَجَدُواْ فَلْيَكُونُواْ مِن وَرَآئِكُمْ وَلْتَأْتِ طَآئِفَةٌ أُخْرَى لَمْ يُصَلُّواْ فَلْيُصَلُّواْ مَعَكَ وَلْيَأْخُذُواْ حِذْرَهُمْ وَأَسْلِحَتَهُمْ وَدَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوْ تَغْفُلُونَ عَنْ أَسْلِحَتِكُمْ وَأَمْتِعَتِكُمْ فَيَمِيلُونَ عَلَيْكُم مَّيْلَةً وَاحِدَةً وَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِن كَانَ بِكُمْ أَذًى مِّن مَّطَرٍ أَوْ كُنتُم مَّرْضَى أَن تَضَعُواْ أَسْلِحَتَكُمْ وَخُذُواْ حِذْرَكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ أَعَدَّ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابًا مُّهِينًا | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| كنت - you are| فيهم - among them| فأقمت - and you lead| لهم - for them| الصلاة - the prayer,| فلتقم - then let stand| طائفة - a group| منهم - of them| معك - with you| وليأخذوا - and let them take| أسلحتهم - their arms.| فإذا - Then when| سجدوا - they have prostrated,| فليكونوا - then let them be| من - from| ورائكم - behind you| ولتأت - and let come (forward)| طائفة - a group -| أخرى - other,| لم - (which has) not| يصلوا - prayed,| فليصلوا - and let them pray| معك - with you| وليأخذوا - and let them take| حذرهم - their precautions| وأسلحتهم - and their arms.| ود - Wished| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved| لو - if| تغفلون - you neglect| عن - [about]| أسلحتكم - your arms| وأمتعتكم - and your baggage,| فيميلون - so (that) they (can) assault| عليكم - [upon] you| ميلة - (in) an attack,| واحدة - single.| ولا - But (there is) no| جناح - blame| عليكم - upon you| إن - if| كان - was| بكم - with you| أذى - any trouble| من - (because) of| مطر - rain| أو - or| كنتم - you are| مرضى - sick| أن - that| تضعوا - you lay down| أسلحتكم - your arms,| وخذوا - but take| حذركم - your precautions.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| أعد - has prepared| للكافرين - for the disbelievers| عذابا - a punishment| مهينا - humiliating.| | ||||||
| 6 [4:141] | Allatheena yatarabbasoonabikum fa-in kana lakum fathun mina Allahi qalooalam nakun maAAakum wa-in kana lilkafireena naseebunqaloo alam nastahwith AAalaykum wanamnaAAkummina almu/mineena faAllahu yahkumu baynakumyawma alqiyamati walan yajAAala Allahu lilkafireenaAAala almu/mineena sabeelan | الذين يتربصون بكم فإن كان لكم فتح من الله قالوا ألم نكن معكم وإن كان للكافرين نصيب قالوا ألم نستحوذ عليكم ونمنعكم من المؤمنين فالله يحكم بينكم يوم القيامة ولن يجعل الله للكافرين على المؤمنين سبيلا الَّذِينَ يَتَرَبَّصُونَ بِكُمْ فَإِن كَانَ لَكُمْ فَتْحٌ مِّنَ اللّهِ قَالُواْ أَلَمْ نَكُن مَّعَكُمْ وَإِن كَانَ لِلْكَافِرِينَ نَصِيبٌ قَالُواْ أَلَمْ نَسْتَحْوِذْ عَلَيْكُمْ وَنَمْنَعْكُم مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فَاللّهُ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَن يَجْعَلَ اللّهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلاً | |||||
| Words | |الذين - Those who| يتربصون - are waiting| بكم - for you.| فإن - Then if| كان - was| لكم - for you| فتح - a victory| من - from| الله - Allah| قالوا - they say,| ألم - "Were not| نكن - we| معكم - with you?"| وإن - But if| كان - (there) was| للكافرين - for the disbelievers| نصيب - a chance| قالوا - they said,| ألم - "Did not| نستحوذ - we have advantage| عليكم - over you| ونمنعكم - and we protected you| من - from| المؤمنين - the believers?"| فالله - And Allah| يحكم - will judge| بينكم - between you| يوم - (on the) Day| القيامة - (of) the Resurrection,| ولن - and never| يجعل - will make| الله - Allah| للكافرين - for the disbelievers| على - over| المؤمنين - the believers| سبيلا - a way.| | ||||||
| 7 [4:151] | Ola-ika humu alkafiroona haqqanwaaAAtadna lilkafireena AAathaban muheenan | أولئك هم الكافرون حقا وأعتدنا للكافرين عذابا مهينا أُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ حَقًّا وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابًا مُّهِينًا | |||||
| Words | |أولئك - Those -| هم - they| الكافرون - (are) the disbelievers| حقا - truly.| وأعتدنا - And We have prepared| للكافرين - for the disbelievers| عذابا - a punishment| مهينا - humiliating.| | ||||||
| 8 [4:161] | Waakhthihimu alrribawaqad nuhoo AAanhu waaklihim amwala alnnasibialbatili waaAAtadna lilkafireenaminhum AAathaban aleeman | وأخذهم الربا وقد نهوا عنه وأكلهم أموال الناس بالباطل وأعتدنا للكافرين منهم عذابا أليما وَأَخْذِهِمُ الرِّبَا وَقَدْ نُهُواْ عَنْهُ وَأَكْلِهِمْ أَمْوَالَ النَّاسِ بِالْبَاطِلِ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ مِنْهُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |وأخذهم - And for their taking| الربا - (of) [the] usury| وقد - while certainly| نهوا - they were forbidden| عنه - from it| وأكلهم - and (for) their consuming| أموال - wealth| الناس - (of) the people| بالباطل - wrongfully.| وأعتدنا - And We have prepared| للكافرين - for the disbelievers| منهم - among them| عذابا - a punishment| أليما - painful.| | ||||||
| 9 [6:122] | Awa man kana maytan faahyaynahuwajaAAalna lahu nooran yamshee bihi fee alnnasikaman mathaluhu fee alththulumatilaysa bikharijin minha kathalika zuyyinalilkafireena ma kanoo yaAAmaloona | أومن كان ميتا فأحييناه وجعلنا له نورا يمشي به في الناس كمن مثله في الظلمات ليس بخارج منها كذلك زين للكافرين ما كانوا يعملون أَوَ مَن كَانَ مَيْتًا فَأَحْيَيْنَاهُ وَجَعَلْنَا لَهُ نُورًا يَمْشِي بِهِ فِي النَّاسِ كَمَن مَّثَلُهُ فِي الظُّلُمَاتِ لَيْسَ بِخَارِجٍ مِّنْهَا كَذَلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِلْكَافِرِينَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أومن - Is (one) who| كان - was| ميتا - dead| فأحييناه - and We gave him life| وجعلنا - and We made| له - for him| نورا - light,| يمشي - he walks| به - whereby| في - among| الناس - the people,| كمن - like (one) who| مثله - [similar to him]| في - (is) in| الظلمات - the darknesses,| ليس - not| بخارج - he comes out| منها - of it?| كذلك - Thus| زين - is made fair-seeming| للكافرين - to the disbelievers| ما - what| كانوا - they were| يعملون - doing.| | ||||||
| 10 [8:14] | Thalikum fathooqoohu waannalilkafireena AAathaba alnnari | ذلكم فذوقوه وأن للكافرين عذاب النار ذَلِكُمْ فَذُوقُوهُ وَأَنَّ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابَ النَّارِ | |||||
| Words | |ذلكم - That -| فذوقوه - "So taste it."| وأن - And that,| للكافرين - for the disbelievers| عذاب - (is the) punishment| النار - (of) the Fire.| | ||||||
| 11 [14:2] | Allahi allathee lahu mafee alssamawati wama fee al-ardiwawaylun lilkafireena min AAathabin shadeedin | الله الذي له ما في السماوات وما في الأرض وويل للكافرين من عذاب شديد اللّهِ الَّذِي لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ وَوَيْلٌ لِّلْكَافِرِينَ مِنْ عَذَابٍ شَدِيدٍ | |||||
| Words | |الله - Allah| الذي - (is) the One| له - to Him (belongs)| ما - whatever| في - (is) in| السماوات - the heavens| وما - and whatever| في - (is) in| الأرض - the earth.| وويل - And woe| للكافرين - to the disbelievers| من - from| عذاب - the punishment| شديد - severe.| | ||||||
| 12 [17:8] | AAasa rabbukum an yarhamakumwa-in AAudtum AAudna wajaAAalna jahannama lilkafireenahaseeran | عسى ربكم أن يرحمكم وإن عدتم عدنا وجعلنا جهنم للكافرين حصيرا عَسَى رَبُّكُمْ أَن يَرْحَمَكُمْ وَإِنْ عُدتُّمْ عُدْنَا وَجَعَلْنَا جَهَنَّمَ لِلْكَافِرِينَ حَصِيرًا | |||||
| Words | |عسى - "(It) may be| ربكم - that your Lord| أن - that your Lord| يرحمكم - (may) have mercy upon you.| وإن - But if| عدتم - you return,| عدنا - We will return.| وجعلنا - And We have made| جهنم - Hell,| للكافرين - for the disbelievers,| حصيرا - a prison-bed."| | ||||||
| 13 [18:100] | WaAAaradna jahannama yawma-ithinlilkafireena AAardan | وعرضنا جهنم يومئذ للكافرين عرضا وَعَرَضْنَا جَهَنَّمَ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْكَافِرِينَ عَرْضًا | |||||

| 14 [18:102] | Afahasiba allatheena kafarooan yattakhithoo AAibadee min doonee awliyaainna aAAtadna jahannama lilkafireena nuzulan | أفحسب الذين كفروا أن يتخذوا عبادي من دوني أولياء إنا أعتدنا جهنم للكافرين نزلا أَفَحَسِبَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَن يَتَّخِذُوا عِبَادِي مِن دُونِي أَوْلِيَاءَ إِنَّا أَعْتَدْنَا جَهَنَّمَ لِلْكَافِرِينَ نُزُلاً | |||||

| 15 [22:44] | Waas-habu madyana wakuththibamoosa faamlaytu lilkafireena thumma akhathtuhumfakayfa kana nakeeri | وأصحاب مدين وكذب موسى فأمليت للكافرين ثم أخذتهم فكيف كان نكير وَأَصْحَابُ مَدْيَنَ وَكُذِّبَ مُوسَى فَأَمْلَيْتُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ ثُمَّ أَخَذْتُهُمْ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ نَكِيرِ | |||||
| Words | |وأصحاب - And the inhabitants| مدين - (of) Madyan.| وكذب - And Musa was denied,| موسى - And Musa was denied,| فأمليت - so I granted respite| للكافرين - to the disbelievers,| ثم - then| أخذتهم - I seized them,| فكيف - and how| كان - was| نكير - My punishment.| | ||||||
| 16 [28:86] | Wama kunta tarjoo an yulqailayka alkitabu illa rahmatan min rabbikafala takoonanna thaheeran lilkafireena | وما كنت ترجو أن يلقى إليك الكتاب إلا رحمة من ربك فلا تكونن ظهيرا للكافرين وَمَا كُنتَ تَرْجُواْ أَن يُلْقَى إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابُ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً مِّن رَّبِّكَ فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ ظَهِيرًا لِّلْكَافِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| كنت - you were| ترجو - expecting| أن - that| يلقى - would be sent down| إليك - to you| الكتاب - the Book,| إلا - except| رحمة - (as) a mercy| من - from| ربك - your Lord.| فلا - So (do) not| تكونن - be| ظهيرا - an assistant| للكافرين - to the disbelievers.| | ||||||
| 17 [29:68] | Waman athlamu mimmani iftaraAAala Allahi kathiban aw kaththaba bialhaqqilamma jaahu alaysa fee jahannama mathwan lilkafireena | ومن أظلم ممن افترى على الله كذبا أو كذب بالحق لما جاءه أليس في جهنم مثوى للكافرين وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَى عَلَى اللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِالْحَقِّ لَمَّا جَاءَهُ أَلَيْسَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ مَثْوًى لِّلْكَافِرِينَ | |||||

| 18 [33:8] | Liyas-ala alssadiqeena AAan sidqihimwaaAAadda lilkafireena AAathaban aleeman | ليسأل الصادقين عن صدقهم وأعد للكافرين عذابا أليما لِّيَسْأَلَ الصَّادِقِينَ عَن صِدْقِهِمْ وَأَعَدَّ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا | |||||
| Words | |ليسأل - That He may ask| الصادقين - the truthful| عن - about| صدقهم - their truth.| وأعد - And He has prepared| للكافرين - for the disbelievers| عذابا - a punishment| أليما - painful.| | ||||||
| 19 [39:32] | Faman athlamu mimman kathabaAAala Allahi wakaththaba bialssidqiith jaahu alaysa fee jahannama mathwan lilkafireena | فمن أظلم ممن كذب على الله وكذب بالصدق إذ جاءه أليس في جهنم مثوى للكافرين فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّن كَذَبَ عَلَى اللَّهِ وَكَذَّبَ بِالصِّدْقِ إِذْ جَاءَهُ أَلَيْسَ فِي جَهَنَّمَ مَثْوًى لِّلْكَافِرِينَ | |||||
