| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[8:14] | Thalikum fathooqoohu waannalilkafireena AAathaba alnnari
|  ذلكم فذوقوه وأن للكافرين عذاب النار
ذَلِكُمْ فَذُوقُوهُ وَأَنَّ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَذَابَ النَّارِ |
| Words | |ذلكم - That -| فذوقوه - "So taste it."| وأن - And that,| للكافرين - for the disbelievers| عذاب - (is the) punishment| النار - (of) the Fire.| |

| ይህ (ቅጣታችሁ ነው) ቅመሱትም፡፡ ለከሓዲዎችም የእሳት ቅጣት በእርግጥ አለባቸው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ذلكم } العذاب { فذوقوه } أيها الكفار في الدنيا { وأن للكافرين } في الآخرة { عذاب النار } . |
| Wagi i kunwi, jeôôbet ep! U i ijehliyen, aâaqeb n tmes. |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আপাততঃ বর্তমান এ শাস্তি তোমরা আস্বাদন করে নাও এবং জেনে রাখ যে, কাফেরদের জন্য রয়েছে দোযখের আযাব। |
| Literal | That is, so taste/experience it, and that to the disbelievers (is) the fire's torture. |
| Yusuf Ali | Thus (will it be said): "Taste ye then of the (punishment): for those who resist Allah, is the penalty of the Fire." |
| Pickthal | That (is the award), so taste it, and (know) that for disbelievers is the torment of the Fire. |
