| 1 [2:243] | Alam tara ila allatheenakharajoo min diyarihim wahum oloofun hatharaalmawti faqala lahumu Allahu mootoo thumma ahyahuminna Allaha lathoo fadlin AAala alnnasiwalakinna akthara alnnasi layashkuroona |  ألم تر إلى الذين خرجوا من ديارهم وهم ألوف حذر الموت فقال لهم الله موتوا ثم أحياهم إن الله لذو فضل على الناس ولكن أكثر الناس لا يشكرونأَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ خَرَجُواْ مِن دِيَارِهِمْ وَهُمْ أُلُوفٌ حَذَرَ الْمَوْتِ فَقَالَ لَهُمُ اللّهُ مُوتُواْ ثُمَّ أَحْيَاهُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ لَذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يَشْكُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ألم - Did not| تر - you see| إلى - [to]| الذين - those who| خرجوا - went out| من - from| ديارهم - their homes| وهم - and they| ألوف - (were in) thousands| حذر - (in) fear| الموت - (of) [the] death?| فقال - Then said| لهم - to them| الله - Allah,| موتوا - "Die;"| ثم - then| أحياهم - He restored them to life.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| لذو - (is) surely Possessor| فضل - (of) bounty| على - for| الناس - [the] mankind| ولكن - [and] but| أكثر - most| الناس - (of) the people| لا - (are) not| يشكرون - grateful.| | ||||||
| 2 [10:60] | Wama thannu allatheenayaftaroona AAala Allahi alkathiba yawmaalqiyamati inna Allaha lathoo fadlinAAala alnnasi walakinna aktharahum layashkuroona | وما ظن الذين يفترون على الله الكذب يوم القيامة إن الله لذو فضل على الناس ولكن أكثرهم لا يشكرون وَمَا ظَنُّ الَّذِينَ يَفْتَرُونَ عَلَى اللّهِ الْكَذِبَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِنَّ اللّهَ لَذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لاَ يَشْكُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And what| ظن - (will be the) assumption| الذين - (of) those who| يفترون - invent| على - against| الله - Allah| الكذب - the lie| يوم - (on) the Day| القيامة - (of) the Judgment?| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| لذو - (is) surely Full (of) Bounty| فضل - (is) surely Full (of) Bounty| على - to| الناس - the mankind,| ولكن - but| أكثرهم - most of them| لا - (are) not| يشكرون - grateful.| | ||||||
| 3 [12:68] | Walamma dakhaloo min haythuamarahum aboohum ma kana yughnee AAanhum mina Allahimin shay-in illa hajatan fee nafsi yaAAqooba qadahawa-innahu lathoo AAilmin lima AAallamnahuwalakinna akthara alnnasi layaAAlamoona | ولما دخلوا من حيث أمرهم أبوهم ما كان يغني عنهم من الله من شيء إلا حاجة في نفس يعقوب قضاها وإنه لذو علم لما علمناه ولكن أكثر الناس لا يعلمون وَلَمَّا دَخَلُواْ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَهُمْ أَبُوهُم مَّا كَانَ يُغْنِي عَنْهُم مِّنَ اللّهِ مِن شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ حَاجَةً فِي نَفْسِ يَعْقُوبَ قَضَاهَا وَإِنَّهُ لَذُو عِلْمٍ لِّمَا عَلَّمْنَاهُ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولما - And when| دخلوا - they entered| من - from| حيث - where| أمرهم - ordered them| أبوهم - their father,| ما - not| كان - it| يغني - avail(ed)| عنهم - them| من - against| الله - Allah| من - any| شيء - thing| إلا - but| حاجة - (it was) a need| في - of| نفس - Yaqub's soul,| يعقوب - Yaqub's soul,| قضاها - which he carried out.| وإنه - And indeed, he| لذو - (was) a possessor| علم - (of) knowledge| لما - because| علمناه - We had taught him,| ولكن - but| أكثر - most| الناس - (of) the people| لا - (do) not| يعلمون - know.| | ||||||
| 4 [13:6] | WayastaAAjiloonaka bialssayyi-atiqabla alhasanati waqad khalat min qablihimu almathulatuwa-inna rabbaka lathoo maghfiratin lilnnasiAAala thulmihim wa-inna rabbaka lashadeedualAAiqabi | ويستعجلونك بالسيئة قبل الحسنة وقد خلت من قبلهم المثلات وإن ربك لذو مغفرة للناس على ظلمهم وإن ربك لشديد العقاب وَيَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ بِالسَّيِّئَةِ قَبْلَ الْحَسَنَةِ وَقَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهِمُ الْمَثُلاَتُ وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَذُو مَغْفِرَةٍ لِّلنَّاسِ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَشَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ | |||||
| Words | |ويستعجلونك - And they ask you to hasten| بالسيئة - the evil| قبل - before| الحسنة - the good| وقد - and verily| خلت - has occurred| من - from| قبلهم - before them| المثلات - [the] similar punishments.| وإن - And indeed,| ربك - your Lord| لذو - (is) full| مغفرة - (of) forgiveness| للناس - for mankind| على - for| ظلمهم - their wrongdoing,| وإن - and indeed,| ربك - your Lord| لشديد - (is) severe| العقاب - (in) the penalty.| | ||||||
| 5 [27:73] | Wa-inna rabbaka lathoo fadlinAAala alnnasi walakinna aktharahum layashkuroona | وإن ربك لذو فضل على الناس ولكن أكثرهم لا يشكرون وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَشْكُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And indeed,| ربك - your Lord| لذو - (is) full of Bounty| فضل - (is) full of Bounty| على - for| الناس - the mankind,| ولكن - but| أكثرهم - most of them| لا - (are) not| يشكرون - grateful.| | ||||||
| 6 [28:79] | Fakharaja AAala qawmihi fee zeenatihiqala allatheena yureedoona alhayata alddunyaya layta lana mithla ma ootiya qaroonuinnahu lathoo haththin AAatheemin | فخرج على قومه في زينته قال الذين يريدون الحياة الدنيا يا ليت لنا مثل ما أوتي قارون إنه لذو حظ عظيم فَخَرَجَ عَلَى قَوْمِهِ فِي زِينَتِهِ قَالَ الَّذِينَ يُرِيدُونَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنيَا يَا لَيْتَ لَنَا مِثْلَ مَا أُوتِيَ قَارُونُ إِنَّهُ لَذُو حَظٍّ عَظِيمٍ | |||||
| Words | |فخرج - So he went forth| على - to| قومه - his people| في - in| زينته - his adornment.| قال - Said| الذين - those who| يريدون - desire| الحياة - the life| الدنيا - (of) the world,| يا - O| ليت - "O! Would that| لنا - for us| مثل - (the) like| ما - (of) what| أوتي - has been given| قارون - (to) Qarun.| إنه - Indeed, he| لذو - (is the) owner| حظ - (of) fortune| عظيم - great."| | ||||||
| 7 [40:61] | Allahu allathee jaAAala lakumuallayla litaskunoo feehi waalnnahara mubsiraninna Allaha lathoo fadlin AAala alnnasiwalakinna akthara alnnasi layashkuroona | الله الذي جعل لكم الليل لتسكنوا فيه والنهار مبصرا إن الله لذو فضل على الناس ولكن أكثر الناس لا يشكرون اللَّهُ الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ اللَّيْلَ لِتَسْكُنُوا فِيهِ وَالنَّهَارَ مُبْصِرًا إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَشْكُرُونَ | |||||

| 8 [41:43] | Ma yuqalu laka illa maqad qeela lilrrusuli min qablika inna rabbaka lathoomaghfiratin wathoo AAiqabin aleemin | ما يقال لك إلا ما قد قيل للرسل من قبلك إن ربك لذو مغفرة وذو عقاب أليم مَا يُقَالُ لَكَ إِلَّا مَا قَدْ قِيلَ لِلرُّسُلِ مِن قَبْلِكَ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَذُو مَغْفِرَةٍ وَذُو عِقَابٍ أَلِيمٍ | |||||
