| 1 [2:75] | AfatatmaAAoona an yu/minoo lakumwaqad kana fareequn minhum yasmaAAoona kalama Allahithumma yuharrifoonahu min baAAdi ma AAaqaloohuwahum yaAAlamoona |  أفتطمعون أن يؤمنوا لكم وقد كان فريق منهم يسمعون كلام الله ثم يحرفونه من بعد ما عقلوه وهم يعلمونأَفَتَطْمَعُونَ أَنْ يُّؤْمِنُواْ لَكُمْ وَقَدْ كَانَ فَرِيقٌ مِّنْهُمْ يَسْمَعُونَ كَلاَمَ اللّهِ ثُمَّ يُحَرِّفُونَهُ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا عَقَلُوهُ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أفتطمعون - Do you hope| أن - that| يؤمنوا - they will believe| لكم - [for] you| وقد - while indeed| كان - (there) has been| فريق - a party| منهم - of them,| يسمعون - (who used to) hear| كلام - (the) words| الله - (of) Allah,| ثم - then| يحرفونه - they distort it| من - from| بعد - after| ما - [what]| عقلوه - they understood it,| وهم - while they| يعلمون - know?| | ||||||
| 2 [9:6] | Wa-in ahadun mina almushrikeena istajarakafaajirhu hatta yasmaAAa kalama Allahithumma ablighhu ma/manahu thalika bi-annahum qawmun layaAAlamoona | وإن أحد من المشركين استجارك فأجره حتى يسمع كلام الله ثم أبلغه مأمنه ذلك بأنهم قوم لا يعلمون وَإِنْ أَحَدٌ مِّنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ اسْتَجَارَكَ فَأَجِرْهُ حَتَّى يَسْمَعَ كَلاَمَ اللّهِ ثُمَّ أَبْلِغْهُ مَأْمَنَهُ ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ لاَّ يَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And if| أحد - anyone| من - of| المشركين - the polytheists| استجارك - seek your protection| فأجره - then grant him protection| حتى - until| يسمع - he hears| كلام - (the) Words of Allah.| الله - (the) Words of Allah.| ثم - Then| أبلغه - escort him| مأمنه - (to) his place of safety.| ذلك - That| بأنهم - (is) because they| قوم - (are) a people| لا - (who) do not know.| يعلمون - (who) do not know.| | ||||||
| 3 [48:15] | Sayaqoolu almukhallafoona itha intalaqtumila maghanima lita/khuthooha tharoonanattabiAAkum yureedoona an yubaddiloo kalama Allahiqul lan tattabiAAoona kathalikum qala Allahumin qablu fasayaqooloona bal tahsudoonana bal kanoola yafqahoona illa qaleelan | سيقول المخلفون إذا انطلقتم إلى مغانم لتأخذوها ذرونا نتبعكم يريدون أن يبدلوا كلام الله قل لن تتبعونا كذلكم قال الله من قبل فسيقولون بل تحسدوننا بل كانوا لا يفقهون إلا قليلا سَيَقُولُ الْمُخَلَّفُونَ إِذَا انطَلَقْتُمْ إِلَى مَغَانِمَ لِتَأْخُذُوهَا ذَرُونَا نَتَّبِعْكُمْ يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُبَدِّلُوا كَلَامَ اللَّهِ قُل لَّن تَتَّبِعُونَا كَذَلِكُمْ قَالَ اللَّهُ مِن قَبْلُ فَسَيَقُولُونَ بَلْ تَحْسُدُونَنَا بَلْ كَانُوا لَا يَفْقَهُونَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا | |||||
| Words | |سيقول - Will say| المخلفون - those who remained behind| إذا - when| انطلقتم - you set forth| إلى - towards| مغانم - (the) spoils of war| لتأخذوها - to take it,| ذرونا - "Allow us| نتبعكم - (to) follow you."| يريدون - They wish| أن - to| يبدلوا - change| كلام - (the) Words| الله - (of) Allah.| قل - Say,| لن - "Never| تتبعونا - will you follow us.| كذلكم - Thus| قال - Allah said| الله - Allah said| من - before."| قبل - before."| فسيقولون - Then they will say,| بل - "Nay,| تحسدوننا - you envy us."| بل - Nay,| كانوا - they were| لا - not| يفقهون - understanding| إلا - except| قليلا - a little.| | ||||||
