| 1 [2:58] | Wa-ith qulna odkhuloo hathihialqaryata fakuloo minha haythu shi/tum raghadan waodkhulooalbaba sujjadan waqooloo hittatun naghfirlakum khatayakum wasanazeedu almuhsineena |  وإذ قلنا ادخلوا هذه القرية فكلوا منها حيث شئتم رغدا وادخلوا الباب سجدا وقولوا حطة نغفر لكم خطاياكم وسنزيد المحسنينوَإِذْ قُلْنَا ادْخُلُواْ هَـذِهِ الْقَرْيَةَ فَكُلُواْ مِنْهَا حَيْثُ شِئْتُمْ رَغَداً وَّادْخُلُواْ الْبَابَ سُجَّداً وَّقُولُواْ حِطَّةٌ نَّغْفِرْ لَكُمْ خَطَايَاكُمْ وَسَنَزِيدُ الْمُحْسِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذ - And when| قلنا - We said,| ادخلوا - "Enter| هذه - this| القرية - town,| فكلوا - then eat| منها - from| حيث - wherever| شئتم - you wish[ed]| رغدا - abundantly,| وادخلوا - and enter| الباب - the gate| سجدا - prostrating.| وقولوا - And say,| حطة - "Repentance."| نغفر - We will forgive| لكم - for you| خطاياكم - your sins.| وسنزيد - And We will increase| المحسنين - the good-doers (in reward)."| | ||||||
| 2 [5:4] | Yas-aloonaka matha ohilla lahumqul ohilla lakumu alttayyibatu wamaAAallamtum mina aljawarihi mukallibeenatuAAallimoonahunna mimma AAallamakumu Allahufakuloo mimma amsakna AAalaykum waothkurooisma Allahi AAalayhi waittaqoo Allaha innaAllaha sareeAAu alhisabi | يسألونك ماذا أحل لهم قل أحل لكم الطيبات وما علمتم من الجوارح مكلبين تعلمونهن مما علمكم الله فكلوا مما أمسكن عليكم واذكروا اسم الله عليه واتقوا الله إن الله سريع الحساب يَسْأَلُونَكَ مَاذَا أُحِلَّ لَهُمْ قُلْ أُحِلَّ لَكُمُ الطَّيِّبَاتُ وَمَا عَلَّمْتُم مِّنَ الْجَوَارِحِ مُكَلِّبِينَ تُعَلِّمُونَهُنَّ مِمَّا عَلَّمَكُمُ اللّهُ فَكُلُواْ مِمَّا أَمْسَكْنَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَاذْكُرُواْ اسْمَ اللّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ إِنَّ اللّهَ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ | |||||
| Words | |يسألونك - They ask you| ماذا - what| أحل - (is) made lawful| لهم - for them.| قل - Say,| أحل - "Are made lawful| لكم - for you| الطيبات - the good things| وما - and what| علمتم - you have taught| من - of| الجوارح - (your) hunting animals,| مكلبين - ones who train animals to hunt,| تعلمونهن - you teach them| مما - of what| علمكم - has taught you| الله - Allah.| فكلوا - So eat| مما - of what| أمسكن - they catch| عليكم - for you,| واذكروا - but mention| اسم - (the) name| الله - (of) Allah| عليه - on it,| واتقوا - and fear| الله - Allah.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| سريع - is swift| الحساب - (in taking) account.| | ||||||
| 3 [6:118] | Fakuloo mimma thukira ismuAllahi AAalayhi in kuntum bi-ayatihimu/mineena | فكلوا مما ذكر اسم الله عليه إن كنتم بآياته مؤمنين فَكُلُواْ مِمَّا ذُكِرَ اسْمُ اللّهِ عَلَيْهِ إِن كُنتُمْ بِآيَاتِهِ مُؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فكلوا - So eat| مما - of what| ذكر - (is) mentioned| اسم - (the) name| الله - (of) Allah| عليه - on it,| إن - if| كنتم - you are| بآياته - in His Verses -| مؤمنين - believers.| | ||||||
| 4 [8:69] | Fakuloo mimma ghanimtum halalantayyiban waittaqoo Allaha inna Allahaghafoorun raheemun | فكلوا مما غنمتم حلالا طيبا واتقوا الله إن الله غفور رحيم فَكُلُواْ مِمَّا غَنِمْتُمْ حَلاَلاً طَيِّبًا وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ إِنَّ اللّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |فكلوا - So eat| مما - from what| غنمتم - you got as war booty -| حلالا - lawful| طيبا - (and) good,| واتقوا - and fear| الله - Allah.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| غفور - (is) Oft-Forgiving,| رحيم - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 5 [16:114] | Fakuloo mimma razaqakumu Allahuhalalan tayyiban waoshkuroo niAAmataAllahi in kuntum iyyahu taAAbudoona | فكلوا مما رزقكم الله حلالا طيبا واشكروا نعمت الله إن كنتم إياه تعبدون فَكُلُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللّهُ حَلاَلاً طَيِّبًا وَاشْكُرُواْ نِعْمَتَ اللّهِ إِن كُنتُمْ إِيَّاهُ تَعْبُدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فكلوا - So eat| مما - of what| رزقكم - Allah has provided you -| الله - Allah has provided you -| حلالا - lawful| طيبا - and good.| واشكروا - And be grateful| نعمت - (for the) Favor| الله - (of) Allah,| إن - if| كنتم - [you]| إياه - Him Alone| تعبدون - you worship.| | ||||||
| 6 [22:28] | Liyashhadoo manafiAAa lahum wayathkurooisma Allahi fee ayyamin maAAloomatin AAalama razaqahum min baheemati al-anAAami fakuloo minhawaatAAimoo alba-isa alfaqeera | ليشهدوا منافع لهم ويذكروا اسم الله في أيام معلومات على ما رزقهم من بهيمة الأنعام فكلوا منها وأطعموا البائس الفقير لِيَشْهَدُوا مَنَافِعَ لَهُمْ وَيَذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ فِي أَيَّامٍ مَّعْلُومَاتٍ عَلَى مَا رَزَقَهُم مِّن بَهِيمَةِ الْأَنْعَامِ فَكُلُوا مِنْهَا وَأَطْعِمُوا الْبَائِسَ الْفَقِيرَ | |||||
| Words | |ليشهدوا - That they may witness| منافع - benefits| لهم - for them,| ويذكروا - and mention| اسم - (the) name| الله - (of) Allah| في - on| أيام - days| معلومات - known| على - over| ما - what| رزقهم - He has provided them| من - of| بهيمة - (the) beast| الأنعام - (of) cattle.| فكلوا - So eat| منها - of them| وأطعموا - and feed| البائس - the miserable,| الفقير - the poor.| | ||||||
| 7 [22:36] | Waalbudna jaAAalnahalakum min shaAAa-iri Allahi lakum feehakhayrun faothkuroo isma Allahi AAalayhasawaffa fa-itha wajabat junoobuhafakuloo minha waatAAimoo alqaniAAa waalmuAAtarrakathalika sakhkharnaha lakum laAAallakumtashkuroona | والبدن جعلناها لكم من شعائر الله لكم فيها خير فاذكروا اسم الله عليها صواف فإذا وجبت جنوبها فكلوا منها وأطعموا القانع والمعتر كذلك سخرناها لكم لعلكم تشكرون وَالْبُدْنَ جَعَلْنَاهَا لَكُم مِّن شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ لَكُمْ فِيهَا خَيْرٌ فَاذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا صَوَافَّ فَإِذَا وَجَبَتْ جُنُوبُهَا فَكُلُوا مِنْهَا وَأَطْعِمُوا الْقَانِعَ وَالْمُعْتَرَّ كَذَلِكَ سَخَّرْنَاهَا لَكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |والبدن - And the camels and cattle -| جعلناها - We have made them| لكم - for you| من - among| شعائر - (the) Symbols| الله - (of) Allah,| لكم - for you| فيها - therein| خير - (is) good.| فاذكروا - So mention| اسم - (the) name| الله - (of) Allah| عليها - over them| صواف - (when) lined up;| فإذا - and when| وجبت - are down| جنوبها - their sides,| فكلوا - then eat| منها - from them| وأطعموا - and feed| القانع - the needy who do not ask| والمعتر - and the needy who ask.| كذلك - Thus| سخرناها - We have subjected them| لكم - to you| لعلكم - so that you may| تشكرون - be grateful.| | ||||||
