| 1 [2:229] | Alttalaqu marratanifa-imsakun bimaAAroofin aw tasreehun bi-ihsaninwala yahillu lakum an ta/khuthoo mimmaataytumoohunna shay-an illa an yakhafaalla yuqeema hudooda Allahi fa-inkhiftum alla yuqeema hudooda Allahifala junaha AAalayhima feema iftadatbihi tilka hudoodu Allahi fala taAAtadoohawaman yataAAadda hudooda Allahi faola-ikahumu alththalimoona |  الطلاق مرتان فإمساك بمعروف أو تسريح بإحسان ولا يحل لكم أن تأخذوا مما آتيتموهن شيئا إلا أن يخافا ألا يقيما حدود الله فإن خفتم ألا يقيما حدود الله فلا جناح عليهما فيما افتدت به تلك حدود الله فلا تعتدوها ومن يتعد حدود الله فأولئك هم الظالمونالطَّلاَقُ مَرَّتَانِ فَإِمْسَاكٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ بِإِحْسَانٍ وَلاَ يَحِلُّ لَكُمْ أَن تَأْخُذُواْ مِمَّا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ شَيْئًا إِلاَّ أَن يَخَافَا أَلاَّ يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللّهِ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلاَّ يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللّهِ فَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا فِيمَا افْتَدَتْ بِهِ تِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللّهِ فَلاَ تَعْتَدُوهَا وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ اللّهِ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |الطلاق - The divorce| مرتان - (is) twice.| فإمساك - Then to retain| بمعروف - in a reasonable manner| أو - or| تسريح - to release (her)| بإحسان - with kindness.| ولا - And (it is) not| يحل - lawful| لكم - for you| أن - that| تأخذوا - you take (back)| مما - whatever| آتيتموهن - you have given them| شيئا - anything,| إلا - except| أن - if| يخافا - both fear| ألا - that not| يقيما - they both (can) keep| حدود - (the) limits| الله - (of) Allah.| فإن - But if| خفتم - you fear| ألا - that not| يقيما - they both (can) keep| حدود - (the) limits| الله - (of) Allah| فلا - then (there is) no| جناح - sin| عليهما - on both of them| فيما - in what| افتدت - she ransoms| به - concerning it.| تلك - These| حدود - (are the) limits| الله - (of) Allah,| فلا - so (do) not| تعتدوها - transgress them.| ومن - And whoever| يتعد - transgresses| حدود - (the) limits| الله - (of) Allah| فأولئك - then those -| هم - they| الظالمون - (are) the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 2 [2:230] | Fa-in tallaqaha falatahillu lahu min baAAdu hatta tankihazawjan ghayrahu fa-in tallaqaha fala junahaAAalayhima an yatarajaAAa in thannaan yuqeema hudooda Allahi watilka hudooduAllahi yubayyinuha liqawmin yaAAlamoona | فإن طلقها فلا تحل له من بعد حتى تنكح زوجا غيره فإن طلقها فلا جناح عليهما أن يتراجعا إن ظنا أن يقيما حدود الله وتلك حدود الله يبينها لقوم يعلمون فَإِن طَلَّقَهَا فَلاَ تَحِلُّ لَهُ مِن بَعْدُ حَتَّى تَنكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ فَإِن طَلَّقَهَا فَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا أَن يَتَرَاجَعَا إِن ظَنَّا أَن يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ اللّهِ وَتِلْكَ حُدُودُ اللّهِ يُبَيِّنُهَا لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فإن - Then if| طلقها - he divorces her,| فلا - then (she is) not| تحل - lawful| له - for him| من - from| بعد - after (that)| حتى - until| تنكح - she marries| زوجا - a spouse| غيره - other than him.| فإن - Then if| طلقها - he divorces her| فلا - then no| جناح - sin| عليهما - on them| أن - if| يتراجعا - they return to each other| إن - if| ظنا - they believe| أن - that| يقيما - they (will be able to) keep| حدود - (the) limits.| الله - (of) Allah.| وتلك - And these| حدود - (are the) limits.| الله - (of) Allah.| يبينها - He makes them clear| لقوم - to a people| يعلمون - who know.| | ||||||
| 3 [2:233] | Waalwalidatu yurdiAAnaawladahunna hawlayni kamilayni liman aradaan yutimma alrradaAAata waAAala almawloodilahu rizquhunna wakiswatuhunna bialmaAAroofi latukallafu nafsun illa wusAAaha la tudarrawalidatun biwaladiha wala mawloodun lahubiwaladihi waAAala alwarithi mithlu thalikafa-in arada fisalan AAan taradinminhuma watashawurin fala junahaAAalayhima wa-in aradtum an tastardiAAoo awladakumfala junaha AAalaykum itha sallamtum maataytum bialmaAAroofi waittaqoo AllahawaiAAlamoo anna Allaha bima taAAmaloona baseerun | والوالدات يرضعن أولادهن حولين كاملين لمن أراد أن يتم الرضاعة وعلى المولود له رزقهن وكسوتهن بالمعروف لا تكلف نفس إلا وسعها لا تضار والدة بولدها ولا مولود له بولده وعلى الوارث مثل ذلك فإن أرادا فصالا عن تراض منهما وتشاور فلا جناح عليهما وإن أردتم أن تسترضعوا أولادكم فلا جناح عليكم إذا سلمتم ما آتيتم بالمعروف واتقوا الله واعلموا أن الله بما تعملون بصير وَالْوَالِدَاتُ يُرْضِعْنَ أَوْلاَدَهُنَّ حَوْلَيْنِ كَامِلَيْنِ لِمَنْ أَرَادَ أَن يُتِمَّ الرَّضَاعَةَ وَعَلََى الْمَوْلُودِ لَهُ رِزْقُهُنَّ وَكِسْوَتُهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ لاَ تُكَلَّفُ نَفْسٌ إِلاَّ وُسْعَهَا لاَ تُضَآرَّ وَالِدَةٌ بِوَلَدِهَا وَلاَ مَوْلُودٌ لَّهُ بِوَلَدِهِ وَعَلَى الْوَارِثِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ فَإِنْ أَرَادَا فِصَالاً عَن تَرَاضٍ مِّنْهُمَا وَتَشَاوُرٍ فَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا وَإِنْ أَرَدتُّمْ أَن تَسْتَرْضِعُواْ أَوْلاَدَكُمْ فَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذَا سَلَّمْتُم مَّآ آتَيْتُم بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ | |||||
| Words | |والوالدات - And the mothers| يرضعن - shall suckle| أولادهن - their children| حولين - (for) two years| كاملين - complete,| لمن - for whoever| أراد - wishes| أن - to| يتم - complete| الرضاعة - the suckling.| وعلى - And upon| المولود - the father| له - (on) him| رزقهن - (is) their provision| وكسوتهن - and their clothing| بالمعروف - in a fair manner.| لا - Not| تكلف - is burdened| نفس - any soul| إلا - except| وسعها - its capacity.| لا - Not| تضار - made to suffer| والدة - (the) mother| بولدها - because of her child| ولا - and not| مولود - (the) father| له - (be)| بولده - because of his child.| وعلى - And on| الوارث - the (father's) heir| مثل - (is a duty) like| ذلك - that (of the father).| فإن - Then if| أرادا - they both desire| فصالا - weaning| عن - through| تراض - mutual consent| منهما - of both of them| وتشاور - and consultation,| فلا - then no| جناح - blame| عليهما - on both of them.| وإن - And if| أردتم - you want| أن - to| تسترضعوا - ask another women to suckle| أولادكم - your child| فلا - then (there is) no| جناح - blame| عليكم - on you,| إذا - when| سلمتم - you pay| ما - what| آتيتم - you give| بالمعروف - in a fair manner.| واتقوا - And fear| الله - Allah| واعلموا - and know| أن - that| الله - Allah| بما - of what| تعملون - you do| بصير - (is) All-Seer.| | ||||||
| 4 [4:128] | Wa-ini imraatun khafat min baAAlihanushoozan aw iAAradan fala junaha AAalayhimaan yusliha baynahuma sulhan waalssulhukhayrun waohdirati al-anfusu alshshuhhawa-in tuhsinoo watattaqoo fa-inna Allaha kanabima taAAmaloona khabeeran | وإن امرأة خافت من بعلها نشوزا أو إعراضا فلا جناح عليهما أن يصلحا بينهما صلحا والصلح خير وأحضرت الأنفس الشح وإن تحسنوا وتتقوا فإن الله كان بما تعملون خبيرا وَإِنِ امْرَأَةٌ خَافَتْ مِن بَعْلِهَا نُشُوزًا أَوْ إِعْرَاضًا فَلاَ جُنَاْحَ عَلَيْهِمَا أَن يُصْلِحَا بَيْنَهُمَا صُلْحًا وَالصُّلْحُ خَيْرٌ وَأُحْضِرَتِ الْأَنفُسُ الشُّحَّ وَإِن تُحْسِنُواْ وَتَتَّقُواْ فَإِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرًا | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And if| امرأة - a woman| خافت - fears| من - from| بعلها - her husband| نشوزا - ill-conduct| أو - or| إعراضا - desertion| فلا - then (there is) no| جناح - sin| عليهما - on both of them| أن - that| يصلحا - they make terms of peace| بينهما - between themselves -| صلحا - a reconciliation| والصلح - and [the] reconciliation| خير - (is) best.| وأحضرت - And are swayed| الأنفس - the souls| الشح - (by) greed.| وإن - But if| تحسنوا - you do good| وتتقوا - and fear (Allah),| فإن - then indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| بما - of what| تعملون - you do| خبيرا - All-Aware.| | ||||||
| 5 [5:23] | Qala rajulani mina allatheenayakhafoona anAAama Allahu AAalayhimaodkhuloo AAalayhimu albaba fa-itha dakhaltumoohufa-innakum ghaliboona waAAala Allahifatawakkaloo in kuntum mu/mineena | قال رجلان من الذين يخافون أنعم الله عليهما ادخلوا عليهم الباب فإذا دخلتموه فإنكم غالبون وعلى الله فتوكلوا إن كنتم مؤمنين قَالَ رَجُلاَنِ مِنَ الَّذِينَ يَخَافُونَ أَنْعَمَ اللّهُ عَلَيْهِمَا ادْخُلُواْ عَلَيْهِمُ الْبَابَ فَإِذَا دَخَلْتُمُوهُ فَإِنَّكُمْ غَالِبُونَ وَعَلَى اللّهِ فَتَوَكَّلُواْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ | |||||
| Words | |قال - Said| رجلان - two men| من - from| الذين - those who| يخافون - feared (Allah),| أنعم - (had) favored| الله - Allah| عليهما - [on] both of them,| ادخلوا - "Enter| عليهم - upon them| الباب - (through) the gate| فإذا - then when| دخلتموه - you have entered it| فإنكم - then indeed, you (will be)| غالبون - victorious.| وعلى - And upon| الله - Allah| فتوكلوا - then put your trust| إن - if| كنتم - you are| مؤمنين - believers.| | ||||||
| 6 [7:22] | Fadallahuma bighuroorin falammathaqa alshshajarata badat lahuma saw-atuhumawatafiqa yakhsifani AAalayhimamin waraqi aljannati wanadahuma rabbuhumaalam anhakuma AAan tilkuma alshshajaratiwaaqul lakuma inna alshshaytana lakumaAAaduwwun mubeenun | فدلاهما بغرور فلما ذاقا الشجرة بدت لهما سوآتهما وطفقا يخصفان عليهما من ورق الجنة وناداهما ربهما ألم أنهكما عن تلكما الشجرة وأقل لكما إن الشيطان لكما عدو مبين فَدَلاَّهُمَا بِغُرُورٍ فَلَمَّا ذَاقَا الشَّجَرَةَ بَدَتْ لَهُمَا سَوْءَاتُهُمَا وَطَفِقَا يَخْصِفَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا مِن وَرَقِ الْجَنَّةِ وَنَادَاهُمَا رَبُّهُمَا أَلَمْ أَنْهَكُمَا عَن تِلْكُمَا الشَّجَرَةِ وَأَقُل لَّكُمَا إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لَكُمَا عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ | |||||
| Words | |فدلاهما - So he made both of them fall| بغرور - by deception.| فلما - Then when| ذاقا - they both tasted| الشجرة - the tree,| بدت - became apparent| لهما - to both of them| سوآتهما - their shame,| وطفقا - and they began| يخصفان - (to) fasten| عليهما - over themselves| من - from| ورق - (the) leaves| الجنة - (of) the Garden.| وناداهما - And called them both| ربهما - their Lord,| ألم - "Did not| أنهكما - I forbid you both| عن - from| تلكما - this| الشجرة - [the] tree| وأقل - and [I] say| لكما - to both of you,| إن - that| الشيطان - [the] Shaitaan| لكما - to both of you| عدو - (is) an enemy,| مبين - open?"| | ||||||
| 7 [20:121] | Faakala minha fabadat lahumasaw-atuhuma watafiqa yakhsifaniAAalayhima min waraqi aljannati waAAasa adamurabbahu faghawa | فأكلا منها فبدت لهما سوآتهما وطفقا يخصفان عليهما من ورق الجنة وعصى آدم ربه فغوى فَأَكَلَا مِنْهَا فَبَدَتْ لَهُمَا سَوْآتُهُمَا وَطَفِقَا يَخْصِفَانِ عَلَيْهِمَا مِن وَرَقِ الْجَنَّةِ وَعَصَى آدَمُ رَبَّهُ فَغَوَى | |||||
| Words | |فأكلا - Then they both ate| منها - from it,| فبدت - so became apparent| لهما - to them| سوآتهما - their shame| وطفقا - and they began,| يخصفان - (to) fasten| عليهما - on themselves| من - from| ورق - (the) leaves| الجنة - (of) Paradise.| وعصى - And Adam disobeyed| آدم - And Adam disobeyed| ربه - his Lord,| فغوى - and erred.| | ||||||
| 8 [37:119] | Watarakna AAalayhima fee al-akhireena | وتركنا عليهما في الآخرين وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِمَا فِي الْآخِرِينَ | |||||
