| 1 [3:181] | Laqad samiAAa Allahu qawla allatheenaqaloo inna Allaha faqeerun wanahnu aghniyaonsanaktubu ma qaloo waqatlahumu al-anbiyaabighayri haqqin wanaqoolu thooqoo AAathabaalhareeqi |  لقد سمع الله قول الذين قالوا إن الله فقير ونحن أغنياء سنكتب ما قالوا وقتلهم الأنبياء بغير حق ونقول ذوقوا عذاب الحريقلَّقَدْ سَمِعَ اللّهُ قَوْلَ الَّذِينَ قَالُواْ إِنَّ اللّهَ فَقِيرٌ وَنَحْنُ أَغْنِيَاءُ سَنَكْتُبُ مَا قَالُواْ وَقَتْلَهُمُ الأَنبِيَاءَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ وَنَقُولُ ذُوقُواْ عَذَابَ الْحَرِيقِ | |||||
| Words | |لقد - Certainly,| سمع - heard| الله - Allah| قول - (the) saying| الذين - (of) those who| قالوا - said,| إن - "Indeed| الله - Allah| فقير - (is) poor| ونحن - while we| أغنياء - (are) rich."| سنكتب - We will record| ما - what| قالوا - they said| وقتلهم - and their killing| الأنبياء - the Prophets| بغير - without| حق - (any) right,| ونقول - and We will say,| ذوقوا - "Taste| عذاب - (the) punishment| الحريق - (of) the Burning Fire."| | ||||||
| 2 [10:52] | Thumma qeela lillatheena thalamoothooqoo AAathaba alkhuldi hal tujzawna illabima kuntum taksiboona | ثم قيل للذين ظلموا ذوقوا عذاب الخلد هل تجزون إلا بما كنتم تكسبون ثُمَّ قِيلَ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ ذُوقُواْ عَذَابَ الْخُلْدِ هَلْ تُجْزَوْنَ إِلاَّ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْسِبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ثم - Then| قيل - it will be said| للذين - to those who| ظلموا - wronged,| ذوقوا - "Taste| عذاب - punishment| الخلد - the everlasting.| هل - Are you (being) recompensed| تجزون - Are you (being) recompensed| إلا - except| بما - for what| كنتم - you used (to)| تكسبون - earn?"| | ||||||
| 3 [29:55] | Yawma yaghshahumu alAAathabumin fawqihim wamin tahti arjulihim wayaqoolu thooqooma kuntum taAAmaloona | يوم يغشاهم العذاب من فوقهم ومن تحت أرجلهم ويقول ذوقوا ما كنتم تعملون يَوْمَ يَغْشَاهُمُ الْعَذَابُ مِن فَوْقِهِمْ وَمِن تَحْتِ أَرْجُلِهِمْ وَيَقُولُ ذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يوم - On (the) Day| يغشاهم - will cover them| العذاب - the punishment| من - from| فوقهم - above them| ومن - and from| تحت - below| أرجلهم - their feet,| ويقول - and He will say,| ذوقوا - "Taste| ما - what| كنتم - you used| تعملون - (to) do."| | ||||||
| 4 [32:20] | Waamma allatheena fasaqoofama/wahumu alnnaru kullama aradooan yakhrujoo minha oAAeedoo feeha waqeela lahum thooqooAAathaba alnnari allathee kuntum bihitukaththiboona | وأما الذين فسقوا فمأواهم النار كلما أرادوا أن يخرجوا منها أعيدوا فيها وقيل لهم ذوقوا عذاب النار الذي كنتم به تكذبون وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ فَسَقُوا فَمَأْوَاهُمُ النَّارُ كُلَّمَا أَرَادُوا أَن يَخْرُجُوا مِنْهَا أُعِيدُوا فِيهَا وَقِيلَ لَهُمْ ذُوقُوا عَذَابَ النَّارِ الَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِ تُكَذِّبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وأما - But as for| الذين - those who| فسقوا - are defiantly disobedient| فمأواهم - then their refuge| النار - (is) the Fire.| كلما - Every time| أرادوا - they wish| أن - to| يخرجوا - come out| منها - from it,| أعيدوا - they (will) be returned| فيها - in it,| وقيل - and it (will) be said| لهم - to them,| ذوقوا - "Taste| عذاب - (the) punishment| النار - (of) the Fire| الذي - which| كنتم - you used (to)| به - [in it]| تكذبون - deny."| | ||||||
| 5 [34:42] | Faalyawma la yamliku baAAdukumlibaAAdin nafAAan wala darran wanaqoolulillatheena thalamoo thooqoo AAathabaalnnari allatee kuntum biha tukaththiboona | فاليوم لا يملك بعضكم لبعض نفعا ولا ضرا ونقول للذين ظلموا ذوقوا عذاب النار التي كنتم بها تكذبون فَالْيَوْمَ لَا يَمْلِكُ بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ نَّفْعًا وَلَا ضَرًّا وَنَقُولُ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا ذُوقُوا عَذَابَ النَّارِ الَّتِي كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فاليوم - But today| لا - not| يملك - possess power| بعضكم - some of you| لبعض - on others| نفعا - to benefit| ولا - and not| ضرا - to harm,| ونقول - and We will say| للذين - to those| ظلموا - who wronged,| ذوقوا - "Taste| عذاب - (the) punishment| النار - (of) the Fire| التي - which| كنتم - you used| بها - to [it]| تكذبون - deny."| | ||||||
| 6 [39:24] | Afaman yattaqee biwajhihi soo-a alAAathabiyawma alqiyamati waqeela lilththalimeenathooqoo ma kuntum taksiboona | أفمن يتقي بوجهه سوء العذاب يوم القيامة وقيل للظالمين ذوقوا ما كنتم تكسبون أَفَمَن يَتَّقِي بِوَجْهِهِ سُوءَ الْعَذَابِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَقِيلَ لِلظَّالِمِينَ ذُوقُوا مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْسِبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |أفمن - Then (is) he who| يتقي - will shield| بوجهه - with his face| سوء - (the) worst| العذاب - punishment| يوم - (on the) Day| القيامة - (of) the Resurrection?| وقيل - And it will be said| للظالمين - to the wrongdoers,| ذوقوا - "Taste| ما - what| كنتم - you used to| تكسبون - earn."| | ||||||
| 7 [51:14] | Thooqoo fitnatakum hatha allatheekuntum bihi tastaAAjiloona | ذوقوا فتنتكم هذا الذي كنتم به تستعجلون ذُوقُوا فِتْنَتَكُمْ هَذَا الَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِ تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ | |||||
