| 1 [7:8] | Waalwaznu yawma-ithini alhaqqufaman thaqulat mawazeenuhu faola-ika humu almuflihoona |  والوزن يومئذ الحق فمن ثقلت موازينه فأولئك هم المفلحونوَالْوَزْنُ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْحَقُّ فَمَن ثَقُلَتْ مَوَازِينُهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ | |||||
| Words | |والوزن - And the weighing| يومئذ - that day| الحق - (will be) the truth.| فمن - So whose -| ثقلت - (will be) heavy| موازينه - his scales,| فأولئك - then those| هم - [they]| المفلحون - (will be) the successful ones.| | ||||||
| 2 [7:187] | Yas-aloonaka AAani alssaAAatiayyana mursaha qul innama AAilmuhaAAinda rabbee la yujalleeha liwaqtiha illahuwa thaqulat fee alssamawati waal-ardila ta/teekum illa baghtatan yas-aloonaka kaannaka hafiyyunAAanha qul innama AAilmuha AAinda Allahiwalakinna akthara alnnasi layaAAlamoona | يسألونك عن الساعة أيان مرساها قل إنما علمها عند ربي لا يجليها لوقتها إلا هو ثقلت في السماوات والأرض لا تأتيكم إلا بغتة يسألونك كأنك حفي عنها قل إنما علمها عند الله ولكن أكثر الناس لا يعلمون يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ السَّاعَةِ أَيَّانَ مُرْسَاهَا قُلْ إِنَّمَا عِلْمُهَا عِندَ رَبِّي لاَ يُجَلِّيهَا لِوَقْتِهَا إِلاَّ هُوَ ثَقُلَتْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ لاَ تَأْتِيكُمْ إِلاَّ بَغْتَةً يَسْأَلُونَكَ كَأَنَّكَ حَفِيٌّ عَنْهَا قُلْ إِنَّمَا عِلْمُهَا عِندَ اللّهِ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يسألونك - They ask you| عن - about| الساعة - the Hour,| أيان - when will be| مرساها - its appointed time?| قل - Say,| إنما - "Only| علمها - its knowledge| عند - (is) with| ربي - my Lord,| لا - no (one)| يجليها - can reveal [it]| لوقتها - its time| إلا - except| هو - Him.| ثقلت - It lays heavily| في - in| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth.| لا - Not| تأتيكم - will it come to you| إلا - but| بغتة - suddenly."| يسألونك - They ask you| كأنك - as if you| حفي - (were) well informed| عنها - about it.| قل - Say,| إنما - "Only| علمها - its knowledge| عند - (is) with| الله - Allah,| ولكن - but| أكثر - most| الناس - (of) the people| لا - (do) not| يعلمون - know."| | ||||||
| 3 [23:102] | Faman thaqulat mawazeenuhu faola-ikahumu almuflihoona | فمن ثقلت موازينه فأولئك هم المفلحون فَمَن ثَقُلَتْ مَوَازِينُهُ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ | |||||
