| 1 [2:147] | Alhaqqu min rabbika falatakoonanna mina almumtareena |  الحق من ربك فلا تكونن من الممترينالْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكَ فَلاَ تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُمْتَرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |الحق - The Truth| من - (is) from| ربك - your Lord,| فلا - so (do) not| تكونن - be| من - among| الممترين - the doubters.| | ||||||
| 2 [6:14] | Qul aghayra Allahi attakhithuwaliyyan fatiri alssamawati waal-ardiwahuwa yutAAimu wala yutAAamu qul inneeomirtu an akoona awwala man aslama wala takoonanna minaalmushrikeena | قل أغير الله أتخذ وليا فاطر السماوات والأرض وهو يطعم ولا يطعم قل إني أمرت أن أكون أول من أسلم ولا تكونن من المشركين قُلْ أَغَيْرَ اللّهِ أَتَّخِذُ وَلِيًّا فَاطِرِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَهُوَ يُطْعِمُ وَلاَ يُطْعَمُ قُلْ إِنِّي أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ أَسْلَمَ وَلاَ تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكَينَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| أغير - "Is it other than| الله - Allah| أتخذ - I (should) take| وليا - (as) a protector,| فاطر - Creator,| السماوات - (of) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth,| وهو - while (it is) He| يطعم - Who feeds| ولا - and not| يطعم - He is fed?"| قل - Say,| إني - "Indeed I| أمرت - [I] am commanded| أن - that| أكون - I be| أول - (the) first| من - who| أسلم - submits (to Allah)| ولا - and not| تكونن - be| من - of| المشركين - the polytheists."| | ||||||
| 3 [6:35] | Wa-in kana kabura AAalayka iAAraduhumfa-ini istataAAta an tabtaghiya nafaqan fee al-ardiaw sullaman fee alssama-i fata/tiyahum bi-ayatinwalaw shaa Allahu lajamaAAahum AAala alhudafala takoonanna mina aljahileena | وإن كان كبر عليك إعراضهم فإن استطعت أن تبتغي نفقا في الأرض أو سلما في السماء فتأتيهم بآية ولو شاء الله لجمعهم على الهدى فلا تكونن من الجاهلين وَإِن كَانَ كَبُرَ عَلَيْكَ إِعْرَاضُهُمْ فَإِنِ اسْتَطَعْتَ أَن تَبْتَغِيَ نَفَقًا فِي الْأَرْضِ أَوْ سُلَّمًا فِي السَّمَاءِ فَتَأْتِيَهُم بِآيَةٍ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللّهُ لَجَمَعَهُمْ عَلَى الْهُدَى فَلاَ تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْجَاهِلِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And if| كان - is| كبر - difficult| عليك - for you| إعراضهم - their aversion| فإن - then if| استطعت - you are able| أن - to| تبتغي - seek| نفقا - a tunnel| في - in| الأرض - the earth| أو - or| سلما - a ladder| في - into| السماء - the sky| فتأتيهم - so that you bring to them| بآية - a Sign.| ولو - But if| شاء - (had) willed| الله - Allah| لجمعهم - surely He (would) have gathered them| على - on| الهدى - the guidance.| فلا - So (do) not| تكونن - be| من - of| الجاهلين - the ignorant.| | ||||||
| 4 [6:114] | Afaghayra Allahi abtaghee hakamanwahuwa allathee anzala ilaykumu alkitaba mufassalanwaallatheena ataynahumu alkitabayaAAlamoona annahu munazzalun min rabbika bialhaqqifala takoonanna mina almumtareena | أفغير الله أبتغي حكما وهو الذي أنزل إليكم الكتاب مفصلا والذين آتيناهم الكتاب يعلمون أنه منزل من ربك بالحق فلا تكونن من الممترين أَفَغَيْرَ اللّهِ أَبْتَغِي حَكَمًا وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ إِلَيْكُمُ الْكِتَابَ مُفَصَّلاً وَالَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ مُنَزَّلٌ مِّن رَّبِّكَ بِالْحَقِّ فَلاَ تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُمْتَرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |أفغير - "Then is (it) other than| الله - Allah| أبتغي - I seek| حكما - (as) judge,| وهو - while He| الذي - (is) the One Who| أنزل - has revealed| إليكم - to you| الكتاب - the Book| مفصلا - explained in detail?"| والذين - And those (to) whom| آتيناهم - We gave them| الكتاب - the Book,| يعلمون - they know| أنه - that it| منزل - (is) sent down| من - from| ربك - your Lord| بالحق - in truth,| فلا - so (do) not| تكونن - be| من - among| الممترين - the ones who doubt.| | ||||||
| 5 [10:94] | Fa-in kunta fee shakkin mimma anzalnnailayka fais-ali allatheena yaqraoona alkitabamin qablika laqad jaaka alhaqqu min rabbika falatakoonanna mina almumtareena | فإن كنت في شك مما أنزلنا إليك فاسأل الذين يقرءون الكتاب من قبلك لقد جاءك الحق من ربك فلا تكونن من الممترين فَإِن كُنتَ فِي شَكٍّ مِّمَّا أَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكَ فَاسْأَلِ الَّذِينَ يَقْرَؤُونَ الْكِتَابَ مِن قَبْلِكَ لَقَدْ جَاءَكَ الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكَ فَلاَ تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُمْتَرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فإن - So if| كنت - you are| في - in| شك - doubt| مما - of what| أنزلنا - We have revealed| إليك - to you,| فاسأل - then ask| الذين - those who| يقرءون - (have been) reading| الكتاب - the Book| من - before you.| قبلك - before you.| لقد - Verily,| جاءك - has come to you| الحق - the truth| من - from| ربك - your Lord,| فلا - so (do) not| تكونن - be| من - among| الممترين - the doubters.| | ||||||
| 6 [10:95] | Wala takoonanna mina allatheenakaththaboo bi-ayati Allahi fatakoonamina alkhasireena | ولا تكونن من الذين كذبوا بآيات الله فتكون من الخاسرين وَلاَ تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِ اللّهِ فَتَكُونَ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولا - And (do) not| تكونن - be| من - of| الذين - those who| كذبوا - deny| بآيات - (the) Signs of Allah,| الله - (the) Signs of Allah,| فتكون - then you will be| من - among| الخاسرين - the losers.| | ||||||
| 7 [10:105] | Waan aqim wajhaka lilddeeni haneefanwala takoonanna mina almushrikeena | وأن أقم وجهك للدين حنيفا ولا تكونن من المشركين وَأَنْ أَقِمْ وَجْهَكَ لِلدِّينِ حَنِيفًا وَلاَ تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وأن - And that,| أقم - "Direct| وجهك - your face| للدين - to the religion| حنيفا - upright,| ولا - and (do) not| تكونن - be| من - of| المشركين - the polytheists.| | ||||||
| 8 [28:86] | Wama kunta tarjoo an yulqailayka alkitabu illa rahmatan min rabbikafala takoonanna thaheeran lilkafireena | وما كنت ترجو أن يلقى إليك الكتاب إلا رحمة من ربك فلا تكونن ظهيرا للكافرين وَمَا كُنتَ تَرْجُواْ أَن يُلْقَى إِلَيْكَ الْكِتَابُ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً مِّن رَّبِّكَ فَلَا تَكُونَنَّ ظَهِيرًا لِّلْكَافِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| كنت - you were| ترجو - expecting| أن - that| يلقى - would be sent down| إليك - to you| الكتاب - the Book,| إلا - except| رحمة - (as) a mercy| من - from| ربك - your Lord.| فلا - So (do) not| تكونن - be| ظهيرا - an assistant| للكافرين - to the disbelievers.| | ||||||
| 9 [28:87] | Wala yasuddunnaka AAan ayatiAllahi baAAda ith onzilat ilayka waodAAu ilarabbika wala takoonanna mina almushrikeena | ولا يصدنك عن آيات الله بعد إذ أنزلت إليك وادع إلى ربك ولا تكونن من المشركين وَلَا يَصُدُّنَّكَ عَنْ آيَاتِ اللَّهِ بَعْدَ إِذْ أُنزِلَتْ إِلَيْكَ وَادْعُ إِلَى رَبِّكَ وَلَا تَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ | |||||
