| 1 [4:174] | Ya ayyuha alnnasuqad jaakum burhanun min rabbikum waanzalnailaykum nooran mubeenan |  يا أيها الناس قد جاءكم برهان من ربكم وأنزلنا إليكم نورا مبينايَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ قَدْ جَاءَكُم بُرْهَانٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَأَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكُمْ نُورًا مُّبِينًا | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O| الناس - mankind!| قد - Surely| جاءكم - has come to you| برهان - a convincing proof| من - from| ربكم - your Lord,| وأنزلنا - and We (have) sent down| إليكم - to you| نورا - a light,| مبينا - clear.| | ||||||
| 2 [12:24] | Walaqad hammat bihi wahamma biha lawlaan raa burhana rabbihi kathalika linasrifaAAanhu alssoo-a waalfahshaa innahumin AAibadina almukhlaseena | ولقد همت به وهم بها لولا أن رأى برهان ربه كذلك لنصرف عنه السوء والفحشاء إنه من عبادنا المخلصين وَلَقَدْ هَمَّتْ بِهِ وَهَمَّ بِهَا لَوْلاَ أَن رَّأَى بُرْهَانَ رَبِّهِ كَذَلِكَ لِنَصْرِفَ عَنْهُ السُّوءَ وَالْفَحْشَاءَ إِنَّهُ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُخْلَصِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ولقد - And certainly| همت - she did desire| به - him,| وهم - and he would have desired| بها - her,| لولا - if not| أن - that| رأى - he saw| برهان - the proof| ربه - (of) his Lord.| كذلك - Thus,| لنصرف - that We might avert| عنه - from him| السوء - the evil| والفحشاء - and the immorality.| إنه - Indeed, he| من - (was) of| عبادنا - Our slaves| المخلصين - the sincere.| | ||||||
| 3 [23:117] | Waman yadAAu maAAa Allahi ilahanakhara la burhana lahu bihi fa-innamahisabuhu AAinda rabbihi innahu la yuflihualkafiroona | ومن يدع مع الله إلها آخر لا برهان له به فإنما حسابه عند ربه إنه لا يفلح الكافرون وَمَن يَدْعُ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَهًا آخَرَ لَا بُرْهَانَ لَهُ بِهِ فَإِنَّمَا حِسَابُهُ عِندَ رَبِّهِ إِنَّهُ لَا يُفْلِحُ الْكَافِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And whoever| يدع - invokes| مع - with| الله - Allah| إلها - god| آخر - other,| لا - no| برهان - proof| له - for him| به - in it.| فإنما - Then only| حسابه - his account| عند - (is) with| ربه - his Lord.| إنه - Indeed, [he]| لا - not| يفلح - will succeed| الكافرون - the disbelievers.| | ||||||
