| 1 [11:99] | WaotbiAAoo fee hathihi laAAnatanwayawma alqiyamati bi/sa alrrifdu almarfoodu |  وأتبعوا في هذه لعنة ويوم القيامة بئس الرفد المرفودوَأُتْبِعُواْ فِي هَـذِهِ لَعْنَةً وَيَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِئْسَ الرِّفْدُ الْمَرْفُودُ | |||||
| Words | |وأتبعوا - And they were followed| في - in| هذه - this| لعنة - (by) a curse| ويوم - and (on the) Day| القيامة - (of) the Resurrection.| بئس - Wretched| الرفد - (is) the gift| المرفود - which (will) be given.| | ||||||
| 2 [18:29] | Waquli alhaqqu min rabbikum faman shaafalyu/min waman shaa falyakfur inna aAAtadnalilththalimeena naran ahatabihim suradiquha wa-in yastagheethoo yughathoobima-in kaalmuhli yashwee alwujooha bi/sa alshsharabuwasaat murtafaqan | وقل الحق من ربكم فمن شاء فليؤمن ومن شاء فليكفر إنا أعتدنا للظالمين نارا أحاط بهم سرادقها وإن يستغيثوا يغاثوا بماء كالمهل يشوي الوجوه بئس الشراب وساءت مرتفقا وَقُلِ الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكُمْ فَمَن شَاءَ فَلْيُؤْمِن وَمَن شَاءَ فَلْيَكْفُرْ إِنَّا أَعْتَدْنَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ نَارًا أَحَاطَ بِهِمْ سُرَادِقُهَا وَإِن يَسْتَغِيثُوا يُغَاثُوا بِمَاءٍ كَالْمُهْلِ يَشْوِي الْوُجُوهَ بِئْسَ الشَّرَابُ وَسَاءَتْ مُرْتَفَقًا | |||||
| Words | |وقل - And say,| الحق - "The truth| من - (is) from| ربكم - your Lord,| فمن - so whoever| شاء - wills -| فليؤمن - let him believe| ومن - and whoever| شاء - wills -| فليكفر - let him disbelieve."| إنا - Indeed, We| أعتدنا - have prepared| للظالمين - for the wrongdoers| نارا - a Fire,| أحاط - will surround| بهم - them| سرادقها - its walls.| وإن - And if| يستغيثوا - they call for relief,| يغاثوا - they will be relieved| بماء - with water| كالمهل - like molten brass,| يشوي - (which) scalds| الوجوه - the faces.| بئس - Wretched| الشراب - (is) the drink,| وساءت - and evil| مرتفقا - (is) the resting place.| | ||||||
| 3 [18:50] | Wa-ith qulna lilmala-ikatiosjudoo li-adama fasajadoo illa ibleesa kanamina aljinni fafasaqa AAan amri rabbihi afatattakhithoonahuwathurriyyatahu awliyaa min doonee wahum lakumAAaduwwun bi/sa lilththalimeena badalan | وإذ قلنا للملائكة اسجدوا لآدم فسجدوا إلا إبليس كان من الجن ففسق عن أمر ربه أفتتخذونه وذريته أولياء من دوني وهم لكم عدو بئس للظالمين بدلا وَإِذْ قُلْنَا لِلْمَلاَئِكَةِ اسْجُدُوا لِآدَمَ فَسَجَدُوا إِلاَّ إِبْلِيسَ كَانَ مِنَ الْجِنِّ فَفَسَقَ عَنْ أَمْرِ رَبِّهِ أَفَتَتَّخِذُونَهُ وَذُرِّيَّتَهُ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِن دُونِي وَهُمْ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ بِئْسَ لِلظَّالِمِينَ بَدَلاً | |||||
| Words | |وإذ - And when| قلنا - We said| للملائكة - to the Angels,| اسجدوا - "Prostrate| لآدم - to Adam,"| فسجدوا - so they prostrated| إلا - except| إبليس - Iblis.| كان - (He) was| من - of| الجن - the jinn,| ففسق - and he rebelled| عن - against| أمر - the Command| ربه - (of) his Lord.| أفتتخذونه - Will you then take him| وذريته - and his offspring| أولياء - (as) protectors| من - other than Me,| دوني - other than Me,| وهم - while they| لكم - (are) to you| عدو - enemies?| بئس - Wretched| للظالمين - for the wrongdoers| بدلا - (is) the exchange.| | ||||||
| 4 [49:11] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoola yaskhar qawmun min qawmin AAasa an yakoonookhayran minhum wala nisaon min nisa-in AAasaan yakunna khayran minhunna wala talmizoo anfusakum walatanabazoo bial-alqabi bi/sa al-ismualfusooqu baAAda al-eemani waman lam yatub faola-ikahumu alththalimoona | يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا يسخر قوم من قوم عسى أن يكونوا خيرا منهم ولا نساء من نساء عسى أن يكن خيرا منهن ولا تلمزوا أنفسكم ولا تنابزوا بالألقاب بئس الاسم الفسوق بعد الإيمان ومن لم يتب فأولئك هم الظالمون يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا يَسْخَرْ قَومٌ مِّن قَوْمٍ عَسَى أَن يَكُونُوا خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَلَا نِسَاءٌ مِّن نِّسَاءٍ عَسَى أَن يَكُنَّ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُنَّ وَلَا تَلْمِزُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ وَلَا تَنَابَزُوا بِالْأَلْقَابِ بِئْسَ الاِسْمُ الْفُسُوقُ بَعْدَ الْإِيْمَانِ وَمَن لَّمْ يَتُبْ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you who believe!| الذين - O you who believe!| آمنوا - O you who believe!| لا - (Let) not| يسخر - ridicule| قوم - a people| من - [of]| قوم - (another) people,| عسى - perhaps| أن - that| يكونوا - they may be| خيرا - better| منهم - than them;| ولا - and (let) not| نساء - women| من - [of]| نساء - (other) women| عسى - perhaps| أن - that| يكن - they may be| خيرا - better| منهن - than them.| ولا - And (do) not| تلمزوا - insult| أنفسكم - yourselves| ولا - and (do) not| تنابزوا - call each other| بالألقاب - by nicknames.| بئس - Wretched is| الاسم - the name| الفسوق - (of) disobedience| بعد - after| الإيمان - the faith.| ومن - And whoever| لم - (does) not| يتب - repent,| فأولئك - then those -| هم - they| الظالمون - (are) the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 5 [62:5] | Mathalu allatheena hummiloo alttawratathumma lam yahmilooha kamathali alhimariyahmilu asfaran bi/sa mathalu alqawmi allatheenakaththaboo bi-ayati Allahi waAllahula yahdee alqawma alththalimeena | مثل الذين حملوا التوراة ثم لم يحملوها كمثل الحمار يحمل أسفارا بئس مثل القوم الذين كذبوا بآيات الله والله لا يهدي القوم الظالمين مَثَلُ الَّذِينَ حُمِّلُوا التَّوْرَاةَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَحْمِلُوهَا كَمَثَلِ الْحِمَارِ يَحْمِلُ أَسْفَارًا بِئْسَ مَثَلُ الْقَوْمِ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ | |||||
