| 1 [4:25] | Waman lam yastatiAA minkum tawlanan yankiha almuhsanati almu/minatifamin ma malakat aymanukum min fatayatikumualmu/minati waAllahu aAAlamu bi-eemanikumbaAAdukum min baAAdin fainkihoohunnabi-ithni ahlihinna waatoohunna ojoorahunna bialmaAAroofimuhsanatin ghayra masafihatin walamuttakhithati akhdanin fa-itha ohsinnafa-in atayna bifahishatin faAAalayhinna nisfu maAAala almuhsanati mina alAAathabi thalikaliman khashiya alAAanata minkum waan tasbiroo khayrunlakum waAllahu ghafoorun raheemun |  ومن لم يستطع منكم طولا أن ينكح المحصنات المؤمنات فمن ما ملكت أيمانكم من فتياتكم المؤمنات والله أعلم بإيمانكم بعضكم من بعض فانكحوهن بإذن أهلهن وآتوهن أجورهن بالمعروف محصنات غير مسافحات ولا متخذات أخدان فإذا أحصن فإن أتين بفاحشة فعليهن نصف ما على المحصنات من العذاب ذلك لمن خشي العنت منكم وأن تصبروا خير لكم والله غفور رحيموَمَن لَّمْ يَسْتَطِعْ مِنكُمْ طَوْلاً أَن يَنكِحَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ فَمِن مِّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُم مِّن فَتَيَاتِكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَاللّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِإِيمَانِكُمْ بَعْضُكُم مِّن بَعْضٍ فَانكِحُوهُنَّ بِإِذْنِ أَهْلِهِنَّ وَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ مُحْصَنَاتٍ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحَاتٍ وَلاَ مُتَّخِذَاتِ أَخْدَانٍ فَإِذَا أُحْصِنَّ فَإِنْ أَتَيْنَ بِفَاحِشَةٍ فَعَلَيْهِنَّ نِصْفُ مَا عَلَى الْمُحْصَنَاتِ مِنَ الْعَذَابِ ذَلِكَ لِمَنْ خَشِيَ الْعَنَتَ مِنْكُمْ وَأَن تَصْبِرُواْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَاللّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |ومن - And whoever| لم - (is) not| يستطع - able to| منكم - among you| طولا - afford| أن - to| ينكح - marry| المحصنات - the free chaste| المؤمنات - [the] believing women| فمن - then (marry) from| ما - what| ملكت - possess[ed]| أيمانكم - your right hands| من - of| فتياتكم - your slave girls -| المؤمنات - (of) the believers.| والله - And Allah| أعلم - knows best| بإيمانكم - about your faith.| بعضكم - You| من - (are) from| بعض - (one) another.| فانكحوهن - So marry them| بإذن - with (the) permission| أهلهن - (of) their family| وآتوهن - and give them| أجورهن - their bridal due| بالمعروف - in a fair manner.| محصنات - (They should be) chaste| غير - not| مسافحات - those who commit immorality| ولا - and not| متخذات - those who take| أخدان - secret lovers.| فإذا - Then when| أحصن - they are married| فإن - and if| أتين - they commit| بفاحشة - adultery| فعليهن - then for them| نصف - (is) half| ما - (of) what| على - (is) on| المحصنات - the free chaste women| من - of| العذاب - the punishment.| ذلك - That| لمن - (is) for whoever| خشي - fears| العنت - committing sin| منكم - among you| وأن - and that| تصبروا - you be patient| خير - (is) better| لكم - for you.| والله - And Allah| غفور - (is) Oft-Forgiving,| رحيم - Most Merciful.| | ||||||
| 2 [5:5] | Alyawma ohilla lakumu alttayyibatuwataAAamu allatheena ootoo alkitaba hillunlakum wataAAamukum hillun lahum waalmuhsanatumina almu/minati waalmuhsanatu minaallatheena ootoo alkitaba min qablikum itha ataytumoohunnaojoorahunna muhsineena ghayra musafiheenawala muttakhithee akhdanin waman yakfur bial-eemanifaqad habita AAamaluhu wahuwa fee al-akhiratimina alkhasireena | اليوم أحل لكم الطيبات وطعام الذين أوتوا الكتاب حل لكم وطعامكم حل لهم والمحصنات من المؤمنات والمحصنات من الذين أوتوا الكتاب من قبلكم إذا آتيتموهن أجورهن محصنين غير مسافحين ولا متخذي أخدان ومن يكفر بالإيمان فقد حبط عمله وهو في الآخرة من الخاسرين الْيَوْمَ أُحِلَّ لَكُمُ الطَّيِّبَاتُ وَطَعَامُ الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَابَ حِلٌّ لَّكُمْ وَطَعَامُكُمْ حِلٌّ لَّهُمْ وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَابَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ إِذَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ مُحْصِنِينَ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحِينَ وَلاَ مُتَّخِذِي أَخْدَانٍ وَمَن يَكْفُرْ بِالْإِيمَانِ فَقَدْ حَبِطَ عَمَلُهُ وَهُوَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |اليوم - This day| أحل - are made lawful| لكم - for you| الطيبات - the good things;| وطعام - and (the) food| الذين - (of) those who| أوتوا - were given| الكتاب - the Book| حل - (is) lawful| لكم - for you,| وطعامكم - and your food| حل - (is) lawful| لهم - for them.| والمحصنات - And the chaste women| من - from| المؤمنات - the believers| والمحصنات - and the chaste women| من - from| الذين - those who| أوتوا - were given| الكتاب - the Book| من - from| قبلكم - before you,| إذا - when| آتيتموهن - you have given them| أجورهن - their bridal due,| محصنين - being chaste| غير - not| مسافحين - being lewd| ولا - and not| متخذي - ones (who are) taking| أخدان - secret lovers.| ومن - And whoever| يكفر - denies| بالإيمان - the faith -| فقد - then surely| حبط - (are) wasted| عمله - his deeds| وهو - and he,| في - in| الآخرة - the Hereafter,| من - (will be) among| الخاسرين - the losers.| | ||||||
| 3 [24:23] | Inna allatheena yarmoona almuhsanatialghafilati almu/minati luAAinoo fee alddunyawaal-akhirati walahum AAathabun AAatheemun | إن الذين يرمون المحصنات الغافلات المؤمنات لعنوا في الدنيا والآخرة ولهم عذاب عظيم إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ الْغَافِلَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ لُعِنُوا فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |إن - Indeed,| الذين - those who| يرمون - accuse| المحصنات - the chaste women,| الغافلات - the unaware women| المؤمنات - (and) the believing women,| لعنوا - are cursed| في - in| الدنيا - the world| والآخرة - and the Hereafter.| ولهم - And for them| عذاب - (is) a punishment| عظيم - great.| | ||||||
| 4 [33:49] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooitha nakahtumu almu/minati thumma tallaqtumoohunnamin qabli an tamassoohunna fama lakum AAalayhinna minAAiddatin taAAtaddoonaha famattiAAoohunna wasarrihoohunnasarahan jameelan | يا أيها الذين آمنوا إذا نكحتم المؤمنات ثم طلقتموهن من قبل أن تمسوهن فما لكم عليهن من عدة تعتدونها فمتعوهن وسرحوهن سراحا جميلا يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا نَكَحْتُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ ثُمَّ طَلَّقْتُمُوهُنَّ مِن قَبْلِ أَن تَمَسُّوهُنَّ فَمَا لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِنْ عِدَّةٍ تَعْتَدُّونَهَا فَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ وَسَرِّحُوهُنَّ سَرَاحًا جَمِيلًا | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you who believe!| الذين - O you who believe!| آمنوا - O you who believe!| إذا - When| نكحتم - you marry| المؤمنات - believing women| ثم - and then,| طلقتموهن - divorce them| من - before| قبل - before| أن - [that]| تمسوهن - you have touched them,| فما - then not| لكم - for you| عليهن - on them| من - any| عدة - waiting period| تعتدونها - (to) count concerning them.| فمتعوهن - So provide for them| وسرحوهن - and release them| سراحا - (with) a release| جميلا - good.| | ||||||
| 5 [60:10] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooitha jaakumu almu/minatu muhajiratinfaimtahinoohunna Allahu aAAlamu bi-eemanihinnafa-in AAalimtumoohunna mu/minatin falatarjiAAoohunna ila alkuffari la hunna hillunlahum wala hum yahilloona lahunna waatoohumma anfaqoo wala junaha AAalaykum an tankihoohunnaitha ataytumoohunna ojoorahunna walatumsikoo biAAisami alkawafiri wais-aloo maanfaqtum walyas-aloo ma anfaqoo thalikum hukmuAllahi yahkumu baynakum waAllahuAAaleemun hakeemun | يا أيها الذين آمنوا إذا جاءكم المؤمنات مهاجرات فامتحنوهن الله أعلم بإيمانهن فإن علمتموهن مؤمنات فلا ترجعوهن إلى الكفار لا هن حل لهم ولا هم يحلون لهن وآتوهم ما أنفقوا ولا جناح عليكم أن تنكحوهن إذا آتيتموهن أجورهن ولا تمسكوا بعصم الكوافر واسألوا ما أنفقتم وليسألوا ما أنفقوا ذلكم حكم الله يحكم بينكم والله عليم حكيم يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا جَاءَكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتُ مُهَاجِرَاتٍ فَامْتَحِنُوهُنَّ اللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِإِيْمَانِهِنَّ فَإِنْ عَلِمْتُمُوهُنَّ مُؤْمِنَاتٍ فَلَا تَرْجِعُوهُنَّ إِلَى الْكُفَّارِ لَا هُنَّ حِلٌّ لَّهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحِلُّونَ لَهُنَّ وَآتُوهُم مَّا أَنفَقُوا وَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ أَن تَنكِحُوهُنَّ إِذَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ وَلَا تُمْسِكُوا بِعِصَمِ الْكَوَافِرِ وَاسْأَلُوا مَا أَنفَقْتُمْ وَلْيَسْأَلُوا مَا أَنفَقُوا ذَلِكُمْ حُكْمُ اللَّهِ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe!| إذا - When| جاءكم - come to you| المؤمنات - the believing women| مهاجرات - (as) emigrants,| فامتحنوهن - then examine them.| الله - Allah| أعلم - (is) most knowing| بإيمانهن - of their faith.| فإن - And if| علمتموهن - you know them| مؤمنات - (to be) believers,| فلا - then (do) not| ترجعوهن - return them| إلى - to| الكفار - the disbelievers.| لا - Not| هن - they| حل - (are) lawful| لهم - for them| ولا - and not| هم - they| يحلون - are lawful| لهن - for them.| وآتوهم - But give them| ما - what| أنفقوا - they have spent.| ولا - And not| جناح - any blame| عليكم - upon you| أن - if| تنكحوهن - you marry them| إذا - when| آتيتموهن - you have given them| أجورهن - their (bridal) dues.| ولا - And (do) not| تمسكوا - hold| بعصم - to marriage bonds| الكوافر - (with) disbelieving women,| واسألوا - but ask (for)| ما - what| أنفقتم - you have spent,| وليسألوا - and let them ask| ما - what| أنفقوا - they have spent.| ذلكم - That| حكم - (is the) Judgment| الله - (of) Allah.| يحكم - He judges| بينكم - between you.| والله - And Allah| عليم - (is) All-Knowing,| حكيم - All-Wise.| | ||||||
| 6 [60:12] | Ya ayyuha alnnabiyyu ithajaaka almu/minatu yubayiAAnaka AAalaan la yushrikna biAllahi shay-an walayasriqna wala yazneena wala yaqtulna awladahunnawala ya/teena bibuhtanin yaftareenahu baynaaydeehinna waarjulihinna wala yaAAseenaka feemaAAroofin fabayiAAhunna waistaghfir lahunna Allahainna Allaha ghafoorun raheemun | يا أيها النبي إذا جاءك المؤمنات يبايعنك على أن لا يشركن بالله شيئا ولا يسرقن ولا يزنين ولا يقتلن أولادهن ولا يأتين ببهتان يفترينه بين أيديهن وأرجلهن ولا يعصينك في معروف فبايعهن واستغفر لهن الله إن الله غفور رحيم يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا جَاءَكَ الْمُؤْمِنَاتُ يُبَايِعْنَكَ عَلَى أَن لَّا يُشْرِكْنَ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا وَلَا يَسْرِقْنَ وَلَا يَزْنِينَ وَلَا يَقْتُلْنَ أَوْلَادَهُنَّ وَلَا يَأْتِينَ بِبُهْتَانٍ يَفْتَرِينَهُ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِنَّ وَأَرْجُلِهِنَّ وَلَا يَعْصِينَكَ فِي مَعْرُوفٍ فَبَايِعْهُنَّ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لَهُنَّ اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ | |||||
