| 1 [2:12] | Ala innahum humu almufsidoona walakinla yashAAuroona |  ألا إنهم هم المفسدون ولكن لا يشعرونأَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ الْمُفْسِدُونَ وَلَـكِن لاَّ يَشْعُرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ألا - Beware,| إنهم - indeed they| هم - themselves| المفسدون - (are) the ones who spread corruption,| ولكن - [and] but| لا - not| يشعرون - they realize (it).| | ||||||
| 2 [2:13] | Wa-itha qeela lahum aminoo kamaamana alnnasu qaloo anu/minu kamaamana alssufahao ala innahum humu alssufahaowalakin la yaAAlamoona | وإذا قيل لهم آمنوا كما آمن الناس قالوا أنؤمن كما آمن السفهاء ألا إنهم هم السفهاء ولكن لا يعلمون وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ آمِنُواْ كَمَا آمَنَ النَّاسُ قَالُواْ أَنُؤْمِنُ كَمَا آمَنَ السُّفَهَاءُ أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ السُّفَهَاءُ وَلَـكِن لاَّ يَعْلَمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| قيل - it is said| لهم - to them,| آمنوا - "Believe| كما - as| آمن - believed| الناس - the people,"| قالوا - they say,| أنؤمن - "Should we believe| كما - as| آمن - believed| السفهاء - the fools?"| ألا - Beware,| إنهم - certainly they| هم - themselves| السفهاء - (are) the fools| ولكن - [and] but| لا - not| يعلمون - they know.| | ||||||
| 3 [3:176] | Wala yahzunka allatheenayusariAAoona fee alkufri innahum lan yadurroo Allahashay-an yureedu Allahu alla yajAAala lahum haththanfee al-akhirati walahum AAathabun AAatheemun | ولا يحزنك الذين يسارعون في الكفر إنهم لن يضروا الله شيئا يريد الله ألا يجعل لهم حظا في الآخرة ولهم عذاب عظيم وَلاَ يَحْزُنكَ الَّذِينَ يُسَارِعُونَ فِي الْكُفْرِ إِنَّهُمْ لَن يَضُرُّواْ اللّهَ شَيْئاً يُرِيدُ اللّهُ أَلاَّ يَجْعَلَ لَهُمْ حَظًّا فِي الْآخِرَةِ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |ولا - And (let) not| يحزنك - grieve you| الذين - those who| يسارعون - hasten| في - in(to)| الكفر - [the] disbelief.| إنهم - Indeed, they| لن - never| يضروا - will harm| الله - Allah| شيئا - (in) anything.| يريد - intends| الله - Allah| ألا - that not| يجعل - He will set| لهم - for them| حظا - any portion| في - in| الآخرة - the Hereafter.| ولهم - And for them| عذاب - (is) a punishment| عظيم - great.| | ||||||
| 4 [5:53] | Wayaqoolu allatheena amanoo ahaola-iallatheena aqsamoo biAllahi jahda aymanihiminnahum lamaAAakum habitat aAAmaluhum faasbahookhasireena | ويقول الذين آمنوا أهؤلاء الذين أقسموا بالله جهد أيمانهم إنهم لمعكم حبطت أعمالهم فأصبحوا خاسرين وَيَقُولُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَهَـؤُلاَءِ الَّذِينَ أَقْسَمُواْ بِاللّهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ إِنَّهُمْ لَمَعَكُمْ حَبِطَتْ أَعْمَالُهُمْ فَأَصْبَحُواْ خَاسِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ويقول - And will say| الذين - those who| آمنوا - believe,| أهؤلاء - "Are these| الذين - those who| أقسموا - swore| بالله - by Allah| جهد - strongest,| أيمانهم - (of) their oaths,| إنهم - indeed, they| لمعكم - (were) with you?"| حبطت - Became worthless| أعمالهم - their deeds,| فأصبحوا - and they became| خاسرين - (the) losers.| | ||||||
| 5 [7:30] | Fareeqan hada wafareeqan haqqaAAalayhimu alddalalatu innahumu ittakhathooalshshayateena awliyaa min dooni Allahiwayahsaboona annahum muhtadoona | فريقا هدى وفريقا حق عليهم الضلالة إنهم اتخذوا الشياطين أولياء من دون الله ويحسبون أنهم مهتدون فَرِيقًا هَدَى وَفَرِيقًا حَقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ الضَّلاَلَةُ إِنَّهُمُ اتَّخَذُوا الشَّيَاطِينَ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِن دُونِ اللّهِ وَيَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّهُم مُّهْتَدُونَ | |||||
| Words | |فريقا - A group| هدى - He guided| وفريقا - and a group| حق - deserved -| عليهم - [on] they| الضلالة - the astraying.| إنهم - Indeed, they| اتخذوا - take| الشياطين - the devils| أولياء - (as) allies| من - from| دون - besides| الله - Allah| ويحسبون - while they think| أنهم - that they| مهتدون - (are the) guided-ones.| | ||||||
| 6 [7:64] | Fakaththaboohu faanjaynahu waallatheenamaAAahu fee alfulki waaghraqna allatheena kaththaboobi-ayatina innahum kanoo qawmanAAameena | فكذبوه فأنجيناه والذين معه في الفلك وأغرقنا الذين كذبوا بآياتنا إنهم كانوا قوما عمين فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَنجَيْنَاهُ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ فِي الْفُلْكِ وَأَغْرَقْنَا الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا إِنَّهُمْ كَانُواْ قَوْماً عَمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فكذبوه - But they denied him,| فأنجيناه - so We saved him| والذين - and those who| معه - (were) with him| في - in| الفلك - the ship.| وأغرقنا - And We drowned| الذين - those who| كذبوا - denied| بآياتنا - Our Verses.| إنهم - Indeed, they| كانوا - were| قوما - a people| عمين - blind.| | ||||||
| 7 [7:82] | Wama kana jawabaqawmihi illa an qaloo akhrijoohum min qaryatikuminnahum onasun yatatahharoona | وما كان جواب قومه إلا أن قالوا أخرجوهم من قريتكم إنهم أناس يتطهرون وَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلاَّ أَن قَالُواْ أَخْرِجُوهُم مِّن قَرْيَتِكُمْ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And not| كان - was| جواب - (the) answer| قومه - (of) his people| إلا - except| أن - that| قالوا - they said,| أخرجوهم - "Drive them out| من - of| قريتكم - your town.| إنهم - Indeed, they| أناس - (are) people| يتطهرون - who keep themselves pure."| | ||||||
| 8 [8:59] | Wala yahsabanna allatheenakafaroo sabaqoo innahum la yuAAjizoona | ولا يحسبن الذين كفروا سبقوا إنهم لا يعجزون وَلاَ يَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ سَبَقُواْ إِنَّهُمْ لاَ يُعْجِزُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولا - And (let) not| يحسبن - think| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieve| سبقوا - they can outstrip.| إنهم - Indeed, they| لا - (can) not| يعجزون - escape.| | ||||||
| 9 [9:9] | Ishtaraw bi-ayati Allahithamanan qaleelan fasaddoo AAan sabeelihi innahum saama kanoo yaAAmaloona | اشتروا بآيات الله ثمنا قليلا فصدوا عن سبيله إنهم ساء ما كانوا يعملون اشْتَرَوْاْ بِآيَاتِ اللّهِ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلاً فَصَدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِهِ إِنَّهُمْ سَاءَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |اشتروا - They exchange| بآيات - [with] the Verses of Allah| الله - [with] the Verses of Allah| ثمنا - (for) a little price,| قليلا - (for) a little price,| فصدوا - and they hinder (people)| عن - from| سبيله - His way.| إنهم - Indeed,| ساء - evil| ما - (is) what| كانوا - they used to| يعملون - do.| | ||||||
| 10 [9:12] | Wa-in nakathoo aymanahum min baAAdiAAahdihim wataAAanoo fee deenikum faqatilooa-immata alkufri innahum la aymana lahumlaAAallahum yantahoona | وإن نكثوا أيمانهم من بعد عهدهم وطعنوا في دينكم فقاتلوا أئمة الكفر إنهم لا أيمان لهم لعلهم ينتهون وَإِن نَّكَثُواْ أَيْمَانَهُم مِّن بَعْدِ عَهْدِهِمْ وَطَعَنُواْ فِي دِينِكُمْ فَقَاتِلُواْ أَئِمَّةَ الْكُفْرِ إِنَّهُمْ لاَ أَيْمَانَ لَهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَنتَهُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And if| نكثوا - they break| أيمانهم - their oaths| من - after| بعد - after| عهدهم - their treaty| وطعنوا - and defame| في - [in]| دينكم - your religion,| فقاتلوا - then fight| أئمة - the leaders| الكفر - (of) [the] disbelief,| إنهم - indeed, they -| لا - no| أيمان - oaths| لهم - for them,| لعلهم - so that they may| ينتهون - cease.| | ||||||
| 11 [9:42] | Law kana AAaradan qareebanwasafaran qasidan laittabaAAooka walakinbaAAudat AAalayhimu alshshuqqatu wasayahlifoona biAllahilawi istataAAna lakharajna maAAakumyuhlikoona anfusahum waAllahu yaAAlamu innahum lakathiboona | لو كان عرضا قريبا وسفرا قاصدا لاتبعوك ولكن بعدت عليهم الشقة وسيحلفون بالله لو استطعنا لخرجنا معكم يهلكون أنفسهم والله يعلم إنهم لكاذبون لَوْ كَانَ عَرَضًا قَرِيبًا وَسَفَرًا قَاصِدًا لاَّتَّبَعُوكَ وَلَـكِن بَعُدَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الشُّقَّةُ وَسَيَحْلِفُونَ بِاللّهِ لَوِ اسْتَطَعْنَا لَخَرَجْنَا مَعَكُمْ يُهْلِكُونَ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَاللّهُ يَعْلَمُ إِنَّهُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |لو - If| كان - it had been| عرضا - a gain| قريبا - near| وسفرا - and a journey| قاصدا - easy,| لاتبعوك - surely they (would) have followed you| ولكن - but| بعدت - was long| عليهم - for them| الشقة - the distance.| وسيحلفون - And they will swear| بالله - by Allah,| لو - "If| استطعنا - we were able,| لخرجنا - certainly we (would) have come forth| معكم - with you."| يهلكون - They destroy| أنفسهم - their own selves| والله - and Allah| يعلم - knows| إنهم - (that) indeed, they| لكاذبون - (are) surely liars.| | ||||||
| 12 [9:56] | Wayahlifoona biAllahiinnahum laminkum wama hum minkum walakinnahumqawmun yafraqoona | ويحلفون بالله إنهم لمنكم وما هم منكم ولكنهم قوم يفرقون وَيَحْلِفُونَ بِاللّهِ إِنَّهُمْ لَمِنكُمْ وَمَا هُم مِّنكُمْ وَلَـكِنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ يَفْرَقُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ويحلفون - And they swear| بالله - by Allah| إنهم - indeed, they| لمنكم - surely (are) of you,| وما - while not| هم - they| منكم - (are) of you,| ولكنهم - but they| قوم - (are) a people| يفرقون - (who) are afraid.| | ||||||
| 13 [9:84] | Wala tusalli AAala ahadinminhum mata abadan wala taqum AAala qabrihiinnahum kafaroo biAllahi warasoolihi wamatoowahum fasiqoona | ولا تصل على أحد منهم مات أبدا ولا تقم على قبره إنهم كفروا بالله ورسوله وماتوا وهم فاسقون وَلاَ تُصَلِّ عَلَى أَحَدٍ مِّنْهُم مَّاتَ أَبَدًا وَلاَ تَقُمْ عَلَىَ قَبْرِه إِنَّهُمْ كَفَرُواْ بِاللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَمَاتُواْ وَهُمْ فَاسِقُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ولا - And not| تصل - you pray| على - for| أحد - any| منهم - of them| مات - who dies,| أبدا - ever,| ولا - and not| تقم - you stand| على - by| قبره - his grave.| إنهم - Indeed, they| كفروا - disbelieved| بالله - in Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger,| وماتوا - and died| وهم - while they were| فاسقون - defiantly disobedient.| | ||||||
| 14 [9:95] | Sayahlifoona biAllahilakum itha inqalabtum ilayhim lituAAridoo AAanhumfaaAAridoo AAanhum innahum rijsun wama/wahumjahannamu jazaan bima kanoo yaksiboona | سيحلفون بالله لكم إذا انقلبتم إليهم لتعرضوا عنهم فأعرضوا عنهم إنهم رجس ومأواهم جهنم جزاء بما كانوا يكسبون سَيَحْلِفُونَ بِاللّهِ لَكُمْ إِذَا انقَلَبْتُمْ إِلَيْهِمْ لِتُعْرِضُواْ عَنْهُمْ فَأَعْرِضُواْ عَنْهُمْ إِنَّهُمْ رِجْسٌ وَمَأْوَاهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ جَزَاءً بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكْسِبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |سيحلفون - They will swear| بالله - by Allah| لكم - to you| إذا - when| انقلبتم - you returned| إليهم - to them,| لتعرضوا - that you may turn away| عنهم - from them.| فأعرضوا - So turn away| عنهم - from them,| إنهم - indeed, they| رجس - (are) impure| ومأواهم - and their abode| جهنم - (is) Hell,| جزاء - a recompense| بما - for what| كانوا - they used (to)| يكسبون - earn.| | ||||||
| 15 [9:107] | Waallatheena ittakhathoomasjidan diraran wakufran watafreeqan baynaalmu/mineena wa-irsadan liman haraba Allahawarasoolahu min qablu walayahlifunna in aradna illaalhusna waAllahu yashhadu innahum lakathiboona | والذين اتخذوا مسجدا ضرارا وكفرا وتفريقا بين المؤمنين وإرصادا لمن حارب الله ورسوله من قبل وليحلفن إن أردنا إلا الحسنى والله يشهد إنهم لكاذبون وَالَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُواْ مَسْجِدًا ضِرَارًا وَكُفْرًا وَتَفْرِيقًا بَيْنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَإِرْصَادًا لِّمَنْ حَارَبَ اللّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ مِن قَبْلُ وَلَيَحْلِفُنَّ إِنْ أَرَدْنَا إِلاَّ الْحُسْنَى وَاللّهُ يَشْهَدُ إِنَّهُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ | |||||
| Words | |والذين - And those who| اتخذوا - take| مسجدا - a masjid| ضرارا - (for causing) harm| وكفرا - and (for) disbelief,| وتفريقا - and (for) division| بين - among| المؤمنين - the believers,| وإرصادا - and (as) a station| لمن - for whoever| حارب - warred| الله - (against) Allah| ورسوله - and His Messenger| من - before.| قبل - before.| وليحلفن - And surely they will swear,| إن - "Not| أردنا - we wish| إلا - except| الحسنى - the good."| والله - But Allah| يشهد - bears witness| إنهم - indeed, they| لكاذبون - (are) surely liars.| | ||||||
| 16 [11:5] | Ala innahum yathnoona sudoorahumliyastakhfoo minhu ala heena yastaghshoona thiyabahumyaAAlamu ma yusirroona wama yuAAlinoona innahuAAaleemun bithati alssudoori | ألا إنهم يثنون صدورهم ليستخفوا منه ألا حين يستغشون ثيابهم يعلم ما يسرون وما يعلنون إنه عليم بذات الصدور أَلاَ إِنَّهُمْ يَثْنُونَ صُدُورَهُمْ لِيَسْتَخْفُواْ مِنْهُ أَلا حِينَ يَسْتَغْشُونَ ثِيَابَهُمْ يَعْلَمُ مَا يُسِرُّونَ وَمَا يُعْلِنُونَ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ | |||||
| Words | |ألا - No doubt!| إنهم - They| يثنون - fold up| صدورهم - their breasts| ليستخفوا - that they may hide| منه - from Him.| ألا - Surely,| حين - when| يستغشون - they cover (themselves)| ثيابهم - (with) their garments,| يعلم - He knows| ما - what| يسرون - they conceal| وما - and what| يعلنون - they reveal.| إنه - Indeed, He| عليم - (is) All-Knower| بذات - of what| الصدور - (is in) the breasts.| | ||||||
| 17 [11:29] | Waya qawmi la as-alukumAAalayhi malan in ajriya illa AAala Allahiwama ana bitaridi allatheena amanooinnahum mulaqoo rabbihim walakinnee arakumqawman tajhaloona | ويا قوم لا أسألكم عليه مالا إن أجري إلا على الله وما أنا بطارد الذين آمنوا إنهم ملاقو ربهم ولكني أراكم قوما تجهلون وَيَا قَوْمِ لاَ أَسْأَلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مَالاً إِنْ أَجْرِيَ إِلاَّ عَلَى اللّهِ وَمَآ أَنَاْ بِطَارِدِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ إِنَّهُم مُّلاَقُواْ رَبِّهِمْ وَلَـكِنِّيَ أَرَاكُمْ قَوْمًا تَجْهَلُونَ | |||||
| Words | |ويا - And O| قوم - And O my people!| لا - not| أسألكم - I ask (of) you| عليه - for it| مالا - any wealth.| إن - Not| أجري - (is) my reward| إلا - except| على - from| الله - Allah.| وما - And not| أنا - I am| بطارد - going to drive away| الذين - those who| آمنوا - believed.| إنهم - Indeed, they| ملاقو - (will) be meeting| ربهم - their Lord,| ولكني - but I| أراكم - see you| قوما - (are) a people| تجهلون - ignorant.| | ||||||
| 18 [11:37] | WaisnaAAi alfulka bi-aAAyuninawawahyina wala tukhatibnee fee allatheenathalamoo innahum mughraqoona | واصنع الفلك بأعيننا ووحينا ولا تخاطبني في الذين ظلموا إنهم مغرقون وَاصْنَعِ الْفُلْكَ بِأَعْيُنِنَا وَوَحْيِنَا وَلاَ تُخَاطِبْنِي فِي الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ إِنَّهُم مُّغْرَقُونَ | |||||
| Words | |واصنع - And construct| الفلك - the ship| بأعيننا - under Our Eyes,| ووحينا - and Our inspiration| ولا - and (do) not| تخاطبني - address Me| في - concerning| الذين - those who| ظلموا - wronged;| إنهم - indeed, they (are)| مغرقون - the ones (to be) drowned."| | ||||||
| 19 [15:72] | LaAAamruka innahum lafee sakratihimyaAAmahoona | لعمرك إنهم لفي سكرتهم يعمهون لَعَمْرُكَ إِنَّهُمْ لَفِي سَكْرَتِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ | |||||
| Words | |لعمرك - By your life| إنهم - indeed, they| لفي - were in| سكرتهم - their intoxication,| يعمهون - wandering blindly.| | ||||||
| 20 [18:13] | Nahnu naqussu AAalaykanabaahum bialhaqqi innahum fityatun amanoobirabbihim wazidnahum hudan | نحن نقص عليك نبأهم بالحق إنهم فتية آمنوا بربهم وزدناهم هدى نَحْنُ نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ نَبَأَهُم بِالْحَقِّ إِنَّهُمْ فِتْيَةٌ آمَنُوا بِرَبِّهِمْ وَزِدْنَاهُمْ هُدًى | |||||
| Words | |نحن - We| نقص - narrate| عليك - to you| نبأهم - their story| بالحق - in truth.| إنهم - Indeed, they (were)| فتية - youths| آمنوا - who believed| بربهم - in their Lord,| وزدناهم - and We increased them| هدى - (in) guidance.| | ||||||
