| 1 [9:124] | Wa-itha ma onzilat sooratunfaminhum man yaqoolu ayyukum zadat-hu hathihi eemananfaamma allatheena amanoo fazadat-humeemanan wahum yastabshiroona |  وإذا ما أنزلت سورة فمنهم من يقول أيكم زادته هذه إيمانا فأما الذين آمنوا فزادتهم إيمانا وهم يستبشرونوَإِذَا مَا أُنزِلَتْ سُورَةٌ فَمِنْهُم مَّن يَقُولُ أَيُّكُمْ زَادَتْهُ هَـذِهِ إِيمَانًا فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ فَزَادَتْهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَهُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And whenever| ما - And whenever| أنزلت - is revealed| سورة - a Surah,| فمنهم - among them| من - (are some) who| يقول - say,| أيكم - "Which of you| زادته - (has) increased [it]| هذه - (by) this| إيمانا - (in) faith?"| فأما - As for| الذين - those who| آمنوا - believe| فزادتهم - then it has increased them| إيمانا - (in) faith| وهم - and they| يستبشرون - rejoice.| | ||||||
| 2 [11:7] | Wahuwa allathee khalaqa alssamawatiwaal-arda fee sittati ayyamin wakanaAAarshuhu AAala alma-i liyabluwakum ayyukum ahsanuAAamalan wala-in qulta innakum mabAAoothoona min baAAdi almawtilayaqoolanna allatheena kafaroo in hatha illasihrun mubeenun | وهو الذي خلق السماوات والأرض في ستة أيام وكان عرشه على الماء ليبلوكم أيكم أحسن عملا ولئن قلت إنكم مبعوثون من بعد الموت ليقولن الذين كفروا إن هذا إلا سحر مبين وَهُوَ الَّذِي خَلَق السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ وَكَانَ عَرْشُهُ عَلَى الْمَاءِ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلاً وَلَئِن قُلْتَ إِنَّكُم مَّبْعُوثُونَ مِن بَعْدِ الْمَوْتِ لَيَقُولَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ إِنْ هَـذَا إِلاَّ سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ | |||||
| Words | |وهو - And He| الذي - (is) the One Who| خلق - created| السماوات - the heavens| والأرض - and the earth| في - in| ستة - six| أيام - epochs,| وكان - and His throne was| عرشه - and His throne was| على - on| الماء - the water| ليبلوكم - that He might test [you]| أيكم - which of you| أحسن - (is) best| عملا - (in) deed.| ولئن - But if| قلت - you say,| إنكم - "Indeed, you| مبعوثون - (will be) resurrected| من - after| بعد - after| الموت - [the] death,"| ليقولن - surely would say| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved,| إن - "This is not| هذا - "This is not| إلا - but| سحر - a magic| مبين - clear."| | ||||||
| 3 [27:38] | Qala ya ayyuha almalaoayyukum ya/teenee biAAarshiha qabla an ya/toonee muslimeena | قال يا أيها الملأ أيكم يأتيني بعرشها قبل أن يأتوني مسلمين قَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا الْمَلَأُ أَيُّكُمْ يَأْتِينِي بِعَرْشِهَا قَبْلَ أَن يَأْتُونِي مُسْلِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |قال - He said,| يا - O| أيها - "O| الملأ - chiefs!| أيكم - Which of you| يأتيني - will bring me| بعرشها - her throne| قبل - before| أن - that| يأتوني - they come to me| مسلمين - (in) submission?"| | ||||||
| 4 [67:2] | Allathee khalaqa almawta waalhayataliyabluwakum ayyukum ahsanu AAamalan wahuwa alAAazeezualghafooru | الذي خلق الموت والحياة ليبلوكم أيكم أحسن عملا وهو العزيز الغفور الَّذِي خَلَقَ الْمَوْتَ وَالْحَيَاةَ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفُورُ | |||||
