| 1 [2:254] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooanfiqoo mimma razaqnakum min qabli an ya/tiyayawmun la bayAAun feehi wala khullatun walashafaAAatun waalkafiroona humu alththalimoona |  يا أيها الذين آمنوا أنفقوا مما رزقناكم من قبل أن يأتي يوم لا بيع فيه ولا خلة ولا شفاعة والكافرون هم الظالمونيَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَنفِقُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقْنَاكُم مِّن قَبْلِ أَن يَأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لاَّ بَيْعٌ فِيهِ وَلاَ خُلَّةٌ وَلاَ شَفَاعَةٌ وَالْكَافِرُونَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe[d]!| أنفقوا - Spend| مما - of what| رزقناكم - We (have) provided you,| من - from| قبل - before| أن - that| يأتي - comes| يوم - a Day| لا - no| بيع - bargaining| فيه - in it| ولا - and no| خلة - friendship| ولا - and no| شفاعة - intercession.| والكافرون - And the deniers -| هم - they| الظالمون - (are) the wrongdoers.| | ||||||
| 2 [2:262] | Allatheena yunfiqoona amwalahumfee sabeeli Allahi thumma la yutbiAAoona maanfaqoo mannan wala athan lahum ajruhum AAindarabbihim wala khawfun AAalayhim wala hum yahzanoona | الذين ينفقون أموالهم في سبيل الله ثم لا يتبعون ما أنفقوا منا ولا أذى لهم أجرهم عند ربهم ولا خوف عليهم ولا هم يحزنون الَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ ثُمَّ لاَ يُتْبِعُونَ مَا أَنفَقُواْ مَنًّا وَلاَ أَذًى لَّهُمْ أَجْرُهُمْ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ وَلاَ خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ | |||||
| Words | |الذين - Those who| ينفقون - spend| أموالهم - their wealth| في - in| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah| ثم - then| لا - not| يتبعون - they follow| ما - what| أنفقوا - they spend| منا - (with) reminders of generosity| ولا - and not| أذى - hurt -| لهم - for them| أجرهم - their reward| عند - (is) with| ربهم - their Lord,| ولا - and (there will be) no| خوف - fear| عليهم - on them| ولا - and not| هم - they| يحزنون - will grieve.| | ||||||
| 3 [2:267] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooanfiqoo min tayyibati ma kasabtum wamimmaakhrajna lakum mina al-ardi wala tayammamooalkhabeetha minhu tunfiqoona walastum bi-akhitheehiilla an tughmidoo feehi waiAAlamoo anna Allahaghaniyyun hameedun | يا أيها الذين آمنوا أنفقوا من طيبات ما كسبتم ومما أخرجنا لكم من الأرض ولا تيمموا الخبيث منه تنفقون ولستم بآخذيه إلا أن تغمضوا فيه واعلموا أن الله غني حميد يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَنفِقُواْ مِن طَيِّبَاتِ مَا كَسَبْتُمْ وَمِمَّا أَخْرَجْنَا لَكُم مِّنَ الْأَرْضِ وَلاَ تَيَمَّمُواْ الْخَبِيثَ مِنْهُ تُنفِقُونَ وَلَسْتُم بِآخِذِيهِ إِلاَّ أَن تُغْمِضُواْ فِيهِ وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ غَنِيٌّ حَمِيدٌ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe[d]!| أنفقوا - Spend| من - from| طيبات - (the) good things| ما - that| كسبتم - you have earned| ومما - and whatever| أخرجنا - We brought forth| لكم - for you| من - from| الأرض - the earth.| ولا - And (do) not| تيمموا - aim (at)| الخبيث - the bad| منه - of it,| تنفقون - you spend,| ولستم - while you (would) not| بآخذيه - take it| إلا - except| أن - [that]| تغمضوا - (with) close(d) eyes| فيه - [in it],| واعلموا - and know| أن - that| الله - Allah| غني - (is) Self-Sufficient,| حميد - Praiseworthy.| | ||||||
| 4 [4:34] | Alrrijalu qawwamoonaAAala alnnisa-i bima faddalaAllahu baAAdahum AAala baAAdin wabimaanfaqoo min amwalihim faalssalihatu qanitatunhafithatun lilghaybi bima hafithaAllahu waallatee takhafoonanushoozahunna faAAithoohunna waohjuroohunnafee almadajiAAi waidriboohunna fa-in ataAAnakumfala tabghoo AAalayhinna sabeelan inna Allaha kanaAAaliyyan kabeeran | الرجال قوامون على النساء بما فضل الله بعضهم على بعض وبما أنفقوا من أموالهم فالصالحات قانتات حافظات للغيب بما حفظ الله واللاتي تخافون نشوزهن فعظوهن واهجروهن في المضاجع واضربوهن فإن أطعنكم فلا تبغوا عليهن سبيلا إن الله كان عليا كبيرا الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ وَبِمَا أَنفَقُواْ مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ فَالصَّالِحَاتُ قَانِتَاتٌ حَافِظَاتٌ لِّلْغَيْبِ بِمَا حَفِظَ اللّهُ وَاللاَّتِي تَخَافُونَ نُشُوزَهُنَّ فَعِظُوهُنَّ وَاهْجُرُوهُنَّ فِي الْمَضَاجِعِ وَاضْرِبُوهُنَّ فَإِنْ أَطَعْنَكُمْ فَلاَ تَبْغُواْ عَلَيْهِنَّ سَبِيلاً إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَلِيًّا كَبِيرًا | |||||
| Words | |الرجال - [The] men| قوامون - (are) protectors| على - of| النساء - the women| بما - because| فضل - (has) bestowed| الله - Allah| بعضهم - some of them| على - over| بعض - others| وبما - and because| أنفقوا - they spend| من - from| أموالهم - their wealth.| فالصالحات - So the righteous women| قانتات - (are) obedient,| حافظات - guarding| للغيب - in the unseen| بما - that which| حفظ - (orders) them to guard| الله - (by) Allah.| واللاتي - And those (from) whom| تخافون - you fear| نشوزهن - their ill-conduct| فعظوهن - then advise them,| واهجروهن - and forsake them| في - in| المضاجع - the bed| واضربوهن - and [finally] strike them.| فإن - Then if| أطعنكم - they obey you| فلا - then (do) not| تبغوا - seek| عليهن - against them| سبيلا - a way.| إن - Indeed,| الله - Allah| كان - is| عليا - Most High,| كبيرا - Most Great.| | ||||||
| 5 [9:53] | Qul anfiqoo tawAAan aw karhan lanyutaqabbala minkum innakum kuntum qawman fasiqeena | قل أنفقوا طوعا أو كرها لن يتقبل منكم إنكم كنتم قوما فاسقين قُلْ أَنفِقُواْ طَوْعًا أَوْ كَرْهًا لَّن يُتَقَبَّلَ مِنكُمْ إِنَّكُمْ كُنتُمْ قَوْمًا فَاسِقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |قل - Say,| أنفقوا - "Spend| طوعا - willingly| أو - or| كرها - unwillingly;| لن - never| يتقبل - will be accepted| منكم - from you.| إنكم - Indeed, you| كنتم - [you] are| قوما - a people| فاسقين - defiantly disobedient."| | ||||||
| 6 [25:67] | Waallatheena ithaanfaqoo lam yusrifoo walam yaqturoo wakana bayna thalikaqawaman | والذين إذا أنفقوا لم يسرفوا ولم يقتروا وكان بين ذلك قواما وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا أَنفَقُوا لَمْ يُسْرِفُوا وَلَمْ يَقْتُرُوا وَكَانَ بَيْنَ ذَلِكَ قَوَامًا | |||||
| Words | |والذين - And those who,| إذا - when| أنفقوا - they spend,| لم - (are) not extravagant| يسرفوا - (are) not extravagant| ولم - and are not stingy| يقتروا - and are not stingy| وكان - but are| بين - between| ذلك - that -| قواما - moderate.| | ||||||
| 7 [36:47] | Wa-itha qeela lahum anfiqoo mimmarazaqakumu Allahu qala allatheena kafaroolillatheena amanoo anutAAimu man law yashaoAllahu atAAamahu in antum illa fee dalalinmubeenin | وإذا قيل لهم أنفقوا مما رزقكم الله قال الذين كفروا للذين آمنوا أنطعم من لو يشاء الله أطعمه إن أنتم إلا في ضلال مبين وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ أَنفِقُوا مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ اللَّهُ قَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَنُطْعِمُ مَن لَّوْ يَشَاءُ اللَّهُ أَطْعَمَهُ إِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ | |||||
| Words | |وإذا - And when| قيل - it is said| لهم - to them,| أنفقوا - "Spend| مما - from what| رزقكم - (has) provided you| الله - Allah."| قال - Said| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved| للذين - to those who| آمنوا - believed,| أنطعم - "Should we feed| من - whom| لو - if| يشاء - Allah willed -| الله - Allah willed -| أطعمه - He would have fed him?"| إن - Not| أنتم - (are) you| إلا - except| في - in| ضلال - an error| مبين - clear.| | ||||||
| 8 [57:10] | Wama lakum alla tunfiqoo feesabeeli Allahi walillahi meerathu alssamawatiwaal-ardi la yastawee minkum man anfaqa minqabli alfathi waqatala ola-ika aAAthamudarajatan mina allatheena anfaqoo min baAAdu waqataloowakullan waAAada Allahu alhusna waAllahubima taAAmaloona khabeerun | وما لكم ألا تنفقوا في سبيل الله ولله ميراث السماوات والأرض لا يستوي منكم من أنفق من قبل الفتح وقاتل أولئك أعظم درجة من الذين أنفقوا من بعد وقاتلوا وكلا وعد الله الحسنى والله بما تعملون خبير وَمَا لَكُمْ أَلَّا تُنفِقُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَلِلَّهِ مِيرَاثُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ لَا يَسْتَوِي مِنكُم مَّنْ أَنفَقَ مِن قَبْلِ الْفَتْحِ وَقَاتَلَ أُوْلَئِكَ أَعْظَمُ دَرَجَةً مِّنَ الَّذِينَ أَنفَقُوا مِن بَعْدُ وَقَاتَلُوا وَكُلًّا وَعَدَ اللَّهُ الْحُسْنَى وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ | |||||
| Words | |وما - And what| لكم - (is) for you| ألا - that not| تنفقوا - you spend| في - in| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah?| ولله - while for Allah| ميراث - (is the) heritage| السماوات - (of) the heavens| والأرض - and the earth?| لا - Not| يستوي - are equal| منكم - among you| من - (those) who| أنفق - spent| من - before| قبل - before| الفتح - the victory| وقاتل - and fought.| أولئك - Those| أعظم - (are) greater| درجة - (in) degree| من - than| الذين - those who| أنفقوا - spent| من - afterwards| بعد - afterwards| وقاتلوا - and fought.| وكلا - But to all,| وعد - Allah has promised| الله - Allah has promised| الحسنى - the best.| والله - And Allah| بما - of what| تعملون - you do| خبير - (is) All-Aware.| | ||||||
| 9 [60:10] | Ya ayyuha allatheena amanooitha jaakumu almu/minatu muhajiratinfaimtahinoohunna Allahu aAAlamu bi-eemanihinnafa-in AAalimtumoohunna mu/minatin falatarjiAAoohunna ila alkuffari la hunna hillunlahum wala hum yahilloona lahunna waatoohumma anfaqoo wala junaha AAalaykum an tankihoohunnaitha ataytumoohunna ojoorahunna walatumsikoo biAAisami alkawafiri wais-aloo maanfaqtum walyas-aloo ma anfaqoo thalikum hukmuAllahi yahkumu baynakum waAllahuAAaleemun hakeemun | يا أيها الذين آمنوا إذا جاءكم المؤمنات مهاجرات فامتحنوهن الله أعلم بإيمانهن فإن علمتموهن مؤمنات فلا ترجعوهن إلى الكفار لا هن حل لهم ولا هم يحلون لهن وآتوهم ما أنفقوا ولا جناح عليكم أن تنكحوهن إذا آتيتموهن أجورهن ولا تمسكوا بعصم الكوافر واسألوا ما أنفقتم وليسألوا ما أنفقوا ذلكم حكم الله يحكم بينكم والله عليم حكيم يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا جَاءَكُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَاتُ مُهَاجِرَاتٍ فَامْتَحِنُوهُنَّ اللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِإِيْمَانِهِنَّ فَإِنْ عَلِمْتُمُوهُنَّ مُؤْمِنَاتٍ فَلَا تَرْجِعُوهُنَّ إِلَى الْكُفَّارِ لَا هُنَّ حِلٌّ لَّهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يَحِلُّونَ لَهُنَّ وَآتُوهُم مَّا أَنفَقُوا وَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ أَن تَنكِحُوهُنَّ إِذَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ وَلَا تُمْسِكُوا بِعِصَمِ الْكَوَافِرِ وَاسْأَلُوا مَا أَنفَقْتُمْ وَلْيَسْأَلُوا مَا أَنفَقُوا ذَلِكُمْ حُكْمُ اللَّهِ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |يا - O| أيها - O you| الذين - who| آمنوا - believe!| إذا - When| جاءكم - come to you| المؤمنات - the believing women| مهاجرات - (as) emigrants,| فامتحنوهن - then examine them.| الله - Allah| أعلم - (is) most knowing| بإيمانهن - of their faith.| فإن - And if| علمتموهن - you know them| مؤمنات - (to be) believers,| فلا - then (do) not| ترجعوهن - return them| إلى - to| الكفار - the disbelievers.| لا - Not| هن - they| حل - (are) lawful| لهم - for them| ولا - and not| هم - they| يحلون - are lawful| لهن - for them.| وآتوهم - But give them| ما - what| أنفقوا - they have spent.| ولا - And not| جناح - any blame| عليكم - upon you| أن - if| تنكحوهن - you marry them| إذا - when| آتيتموهن - you have given them| أجورهن - their (bridal) dues.| ولا - And (do) not| تمسكوا - hold| بعصم - to marriage bonds| الكوافر - (with) disbelieving women,| واسألوا - but ask (for)| ما - what| أنفقتم - you have spent,| وليسألوا - and let them ask| ما - what| أنفقوا - they have spent.| ذلكم - That| حكم - (is the) Judgment| الله - (of) Allah.| يحكم - He judges| بينكم - between you.| والله - And Allah| عليم - (is) All-Knowing,| حكيم - All-Wise.| | ||||||
| 10 [60:11] | Wa-in fatakum shay-on min azwajikumila alkuffari faAAaqabtum faatoo allatheenathahabat azwajuhum mithla ma anfaqoo waittaqooAllaha allathee antum bihi mu/minoona | وإن فاتكم شيء من أزواجكم إلى الكفار فعاقبتم فآتوا الذين ذهبت أزواجهم مثل ما أنفقوا واتقوا الله الذي أنتم به مؤمنون وَإِن فَاتَكُمْ شَيْءٌ مِّنْ أَزْوَاجِكُمْ إِلَى الْكُفَّارِ فَعَاقَبْتُمْ فَآتُوا الَّذِينَ ذَهَبَتْ أَزْوَاجُهُم مِّثْلَ مَا أَنفَقُوا وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ الَّذِي أَنتُم بِهِ مُؤْمِنُونَ | |||||
| Words | |وإن - And if| فاتكم - have gone from you| شيء - any| من - of| أزواجكم - your wives| إلى - to| الكفار - the disbelievers| فعاقبتم - then your turn comes,| فآتوا - then give| الذين - (to) those who| ذهبت - have gone,| أزواجهم - their wives,| مثل - (the) like| ما - (of) what| أنفقوا - they had spent.| واتقوا - And fear| الله - Allah| الذي - (in) Whom,| أنتم - you,| به - [in Him]| مؤمنون - (are) believers.| | ||||||
