| 1 [3:146] | Wakaayyin min nabiyyin qatalamaAAahu ribbiyyoona katheerun fama wahanoo lima asabahumfee sabeeli Allahi wama daAAufoo wamaistakanoo waAllahu yuhibbu alssabireena |  وكأين من نبي قاتل معه ربيون كثير فما وهنوا لما أصابهم في سبيل الله وما ضعفوا وما استكانوا والله يحب الصابرينوَكَأَيِّن مِّن نَّبِيٍّ قَاتَلَ مَعَهُ رِبِّيُّونَ كَثِيرٌ فَمَا وَهَنُواْ لِمَا أَصَابَهُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَمَا ضَعُفُواْ وَمَا اسْتَكَانُواْ وَاللّهُ يُحِبُّ الصَّابِرِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وكأين - And how many| من - from| نبي - a Prophet| قاتل - fought;| معه - with him| ربيون - (were) religious scholars| كثير - many.| فما - But not| وهنوا - they lost heart| لما - for what| أصابهم - befell them| في - in| سبيل - (the) way| الله - (of) Allah| وما - and not| ضعفوا - they weakened| وما - and not| استكانوا - they gave in.| والله - And Allah| يحب - loves| الصابرين - the patient ones.| | ||||||
| 2 [3:172] | Allatheena istajaboo lillahiwaalrrasooli min baAAdi ma asabahumu alqarhulillatheena ahsanoo minhum waittaqaw ajrunAAatheemun | الذين استجابوا لله والرسول من بعد ما أصابهم القرح للذين أحسنوا منهم واتقوا أجر عظيم الَّذِينَ اسْتَجَابُواْ لِلّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ مِن بَعْدِ مَآ أَصَابَهُمُ الْقَرْحُ لِلَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُواْ مِنْهُمْ وَاتَّقَواْ أَجْرٌ عَظِيمٌ | |||||
| Words | |الذين - Those who| استجابوا - responded| لله - to Allah| والرسول - and the Messenger| من - from| بعد - after| ما - what| أصابهم - befell them -| القرح - the injury -| للذين - for those who| أحسنوا - did good| منهم - among them| واتقوا - and feared Allah,| أجر - (is) a reward -| عظيم - great.| | ||||||
| 3 [11:81] | Qaloo ya lootu innarusulu rabbika lan yasiloo ilayka faasri bi-ahlika biqitAAinmina allayli wala yaltafit minkum ahadun illaimraataka innahu museebuha ma asabahuminna mawAAidahumu alssubhu alaysa alssubhubiqareebin | قالوا يا لوط إنا رسل ربك لن يصلوا إليك فأسر بأهلك بقطع من الليل ولا يلتفت منكم أحد إلا امرأتك إنه مصيبها ما أصابهم إن موعدهم الصبح أليس الصبح بقريب قَالُواْ يَا لُوطُ إِنَّا رُسُلُ رَبِّكَ لَن يَصِلُواْ إِلَيْكَ فَأَسْرِ بِأَهْلِكَ بِقِطْعٍ مِّنَ اللَّيْلِ وَلاَ يَلْتَفِتْ مِنكُمْ أَحَدٌ إِلاَّ امْرَأَتَكَ إِنَّهُ مُصِيبُهَا مَا أَصَابَهُمْ إِنَّ مَوْعِدَهُمُ الصُّبْحُ أَلَيْسَ الصُّبْحُ بِقَرِيبٍ | |||||
| Words | |قالوا - They said,| يا - O| لوط - "O Lut!| إنا - Indeed, we| رسل - (are) messengers| ربك - (of) your Lord,| لن - never| يصلوا - they will reach| إليك - you.| فأسر - So travel| بأهلك - with your family| بقطع - in a part| من - of| الليل - the night| ولا - and (let) not| يلتفت - look back| منكم - anyone of you,| أحد - anyone of you,| إلا - except| امرأتك - your wife.| إنه - Indeed, it| مصيبها - will strike her| ما - what| أصابهم - will strike them.| إن - Indeed,| موعدهم - their appointed time| الصبح - (is) morning.| أليس - Is not| الصبح - the morning| بقريب - near?"| | ||||||
| 4 [22:35] | Allatheena itha thukiraAllahu wajilat quloobuhum waalssabireenaAAala ma asabahum waalmuqeemee alssalatiwamimma razaqnahum yunfiqoona | الذين إذا ذكر الله وجلت قلوبهم والصابرين على ما أصابهم والمقيمي الصلاة ومما رزقناهم ينفقون الَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِرَ اللَّهُ وَجِلَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَالصَّابِرِينَ عَلَى مَا أَصَابَهُمْ وَالْمُقِيمِي الصَّلَاةِ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ | |||||
| Words | |الذين - Those| إذا - when| ذكر - is mentioned| الله - Allah -| وجلت - fear| قلوبهم - their hearts,| والصابرين - and those who are patient| على - over| ما - whatever| أصابهم - has afflicted them,| والمقيمي - and those who establish| الصلاة - the prayer,| ومما - and out of what| رزقناهم - We have provided them| ينفقون - they spend.| | ||||||
| 5 [42:39] | Waallatheena itha asabahumualbaghyu hum yantasiroona | والذين إذا أصابهم البغي هم ينتصرون وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا أَصَابَهُمُ الْبَغْيُ هُمْ يَنتَصِرُونَ | |||||
