| 1 [2:31] | WaAAallama adama al-asmaakullaha thumma AAaradahum AAala almala-ikatifaqala anbi-oonee bi-asma-i haola-iin kuntum sadiqeena |  وعلم آدم الأسماء كلها ثم عرضهم على الملائكة فقال أنبئوني بأسماء هؤلاء إن كنتم صادقينوَعَلَّمَ آدَمَ الأَسْمَاءَ كُلَّهَا ثُمَّ عَرَضَهُمْ عَلَى الْمَلاَئِكَةِ فَقَالَ أَنْبِئُونِي بِأَسْمَاءِ هَـؤُلَاءِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وعلم - And He taught| آدم - Adam| الأسماء - the names -| كلها - all of them.| ثم - Then| عرضهم - He displayed them| على - to| الملائكة - the angels,| فقال - then He said,| أنبئوني - "Inform Me| بأسماء - of (the) names| هؤلاء - (of) these,| إن - if| كنتم - you are| صادقين - truthful."| | ||||||
| 2 [2:243] | Alam tara ila allatheenakharajoo min diyarihim wahum oloofun hatharaalmawti faqala lahumu Allahu mootoo thumma ahyahuminna Allaha lathoo fadlin AAala alnnasiwalakinna akthara alnnasi layashkuroona | ألم تر إلى الذين خرجوا من ديارهم وهم ألوف حذر الموت فقال لهم الله موتوا ثم أحياهم إن الله لذو فضل على الناس ولكن أكثر الناس لا يشكرون أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ خَرَجُواْ مِن دِيَارِهِمْ وَهُمْ أُلُوفٌ حَذَرَ الْمَوْتِ فَقَالَ لَهُمُ اللّهُ مُوتُواْ ثُمَّ أَحْيَاهُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ لَذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَلَـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يَشْكُرُونَ | |||||

| 3 [5:110] | Ith qala Allahu yaAAeesa ibna maryama othkur niAAmatee AAalaykawaAAala walidatika ith ayyadtuka biroohialqudusi tukallimu alnnasa fee almahdi wakahlanwa-ith AAallamtuka alkitaba waalhikmatawaalttawrata waal-injeela wa-ithtakhluqu mina altteeni kahay-ati alttayribi-ithnee fatanfukhu feeha fatakoonu tayranbi-ithnee watubri-o al-akmaha waal-abrasabi-ithnee wa-ith tukhriju almawta bi-ithneewa-ith kafaftu banee isra-eela AAanka ithji/tahum bialbayyinati faqala allatheenakafaroo minhum in hatha illa sihrun mubeenun | إذ قال الله يا عيسى ابن مريم اذكر نعمتي عليك وعلى والدتك إذ أيدتك بروح القدس تكلم الناس في المهد وكهلا وإذ علمتك الكتاب والحكمة والتوراة والإنجيل وإذ تخلق من الطين كهيئة الطير بإذني فتنفخ فيها فتكون طيرا بإذني وتبرئ الأكمه والأبرص بإذني وإذ تخرج الموتى بإذني وإذ كففت بني إسرائيل عنك إذ جئتهم بالبينات فقال الذين كفروا منهم إن هذا إلا سحر مبين إِذْ قَالَ اللّهُ يَا عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ اذْكُرْ نِعْمَتِي عَلَيْكَ وَعَلَى وَالِدَتِكَ إِذْ أَيَّدتُّكَ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ تُكَلِّمُ النَّاسَ فِي الْمَهْدِ وَكَهْلاً وَإِذْ عَلَّمْتُكَ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَالتَّوْرَاةَ وَالْإِنجِيلَ وَإِذْ تَخْلُقُ مِنَ الطِّينِ كَهَيْئَةِ الطَّيْرِ بِإِذْنِي فَتَنفُخُ فِيهَا فَتَكُونُ طَيْرًا بِإِذْنِي وَتُبْرِىءُ الْأَكْمَهَ وَالْأَبْرَصَ بِإِذْنِي وَإِذْ تُخْرِجُ الْمَوتَى بِإِذْنِي وَإِذْ كَفَفْتُ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنكَ إِذْ جِئْتَهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنْهُمْ إِنْ هَـذَا إِلاَّ سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ | |||||
| Words | |إذ - When| قال - said| الله - Allah,| يا - O| عيسى - "O Isa,| ابن - son| مريم - (of) Maryam!| اذكر - Remember| نعمتي - My Favor| عليك - upon you| وعلى - and upon| والدتك - your mother| إذ - when| أيدتك - I strengthened you| بروح - with (the) Spirit,| القدس - the Holy,| تكلم - you spoke| الناس - (to) the people| في - in| المهد - the cradle| وكهلا - and (in) maturity.| وإذ - And when| علمتك - I taught you| الكتاب - the Book| والحكمة - and the wisdom| والتوراة - and the Taurat| والإنجيل - and the Injeel;| وإذ - and when| تخلق - you make| من - from| الطين - the clay| كهيئة - like the shape| الطير - (of) the bird| بإذني - by My permission| فتنفخ - then you breath| فيها - into it| فتكون - and it becomes| طيرا - a bird| بإذني - by My permission,| وتبرئ - and you heal| الأكمه - the born blind| والأبرص - and the leper| بإذني - by My permission,| وإذ - and when| تخرج - you bring forth| الموتى - the dead| بإذني - by My permission.| وإذ - And when| كففت - I restrained| بني - (the) Children| إسرائيل - (of) Israel| عنك - from you| إذ - when| جئتهم - you came to them| بالبينات - with the clear proofs| فقال - then said| الذين - those who| كفروا - disbelieved| منهم - among them| إن - "Not| هذا - (is) this| إلا - but| سحر - magic,| مبين - clear."| | ||||||
| 4 [7:59] | Laqad arsalna noohan ilaqawmihi faqala ya qawmi oAAbudoo Allaha malakum min ilahin ghayruhu innee akhafu AAalaykumAAathaba yawmin AAatheemin | لقد أرسلنا نوحا إلى قومه فقال يا قوم اعبدوا الله ما لكم من إله غيره إني أخاف عليكم عذاب يوم عظيم لَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًا إِلَى قَوْمِهِ فَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُواْ اللَّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَـهٍ غَيْرُهُ إِنِّيَ أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ | |||||
| Words | |لقد - Certainly,| أرسلنا - We sent| نوحا - Nuh| إلى - to| قومه - his people| فقال - and he said,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| اعبدوا - Worship| الله - Allah,| ما - not| لكم - for you| من - any| إله - god| غيره - other than Him.| إني - Indeed, I| أخاف - [I] fear| عليكم - for you| عذاب - punishment| يوم - (of the) Day| عظيم - Great."| | ||||||
| 5 [11:27] | Faqala almalao allatheenakafaroo min qawmihi ma naraka illa basharanmithlana wama naraka ittabaAAaka illaallatheena hum arathiluna badiya alrra/yiwama nara lakum AAalayna min fadlinbal nathunnukum kathibeena | فقال الملأ الذين كفروا من قومه ما نراك إلا بشرا مثلنا وما نراك اتبعك إلا الذين هم أراذلنا بادي الرأي وما نرى لكم علينا من فضل بل نظنكم كاذبين فَقَالَ الْمَلَأُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن قِوْمِهِ مَا نَرَاكَ إِلاَّ بَشَرًا مِّثْلَنَا وَمَا نَرَاكَ اتَّبَعَكَ إِلاَّ الَّذِينَ هُمْ أَرَاذِلُنَا بَادِيَ الرَّأْيِ وَمَا نَرَى لَكُمْ عَلَيْنَا مِن فَضْلٍ بَلْ نَظُنُّكُمْ كَاذِبِينَ | |||||
| Words | |فقال - So said| الملأ - the chiefs| الذين - (of) those who| كفروا - disbelieved| من - from| قومه - his people,| ما - "Not| نراك - we see you| إلا - but| بشرا - a man| مثلنا - like us,| وما - and not| نراك - we see you| اتبعك - followed [you]| إلا - except| الذين - those who| هم - [they]| أراذلنا - (are) the lowest of us| بادي - immature in opinion.| الرأي - immature in opinion.| وما - And not| نرى - we see| لكم - in you| علينا - over us| من - any| فضل - merit;| بل - nay,| نظنكم - we think you| كاذبين - (are) liars."| | ||||||
| 6 [11:45] | Wanada noohun rabbahufaqala rabbi inna ibnee min ahlee wa-inna waAAdaka alhaqquwaanta ahkamu alhakimeena | ونادى نوح ربه فقال رب إن ابني من أهلي وإن وعدك الحق وأنت أحكم الحاكمين وَنَادَى نُوحٌ رَّبَّهُ فَقَالَ رَبِّ إِنَّ ابْنِي مِنْ أَهْلِي وَإِنَّ وَعْدَكَ الْحَقُّ وَأَنتَ أَحْكَمُ الْحَاكِمِينَ | |||||
| Words | |ونادى - And Nuh called| نوح - And Nuh called| ربه - (to) his Lord| فقال - and said,| رب - "O my Lord!| إن - Indeed,| ابني - my son| من - (is) of| أهلي - my family,| وإن - and indeed,| وعدك - Your promise| الحق - (is) true,| وأنت - and You| أحكم - (are) the Most Just| الحاكمين - (of) the judges."| | ||||||
| 7 [11:65] | FaAAaqarooha faqalatamattaAAoo fee darikum thalathata ayyamin thalikawaAAdun ghayru makthoobin | فعقروها فقال تمتعوا في داركم ثلاثة أيام ذلك وعد غير مكذوب فَعَقَرُوهَا فَقَالَ تَمَتَّعُواْ فِي دَارِكُمْ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ ذَلِكَ وَعْدٌ غَيْرُ مَكْذُوبٍ | |||||
| Words | |فعقروها - But they hamstrung her.| فقال - So he said,| تمتعوا - "Enjoy (yourselves)| في - in| داركم - your home(s)| ثلاثة - (for) three| أيام - days.| ذلك - That| وعد - (is) a promise| غير - not| مكذوب - (to) be belied."| | ||||||
| 8 [14:21] | Wabarazoo lillahi jameeAAan faqalaaldduAAafao lillatheena istakbarooinna kunna lakum tabaAAan fahal antum mughnoonaAAanna min AAathabi Allahi min shay-in qaloolaw hadana Allahu lahadaynakum sawaonAAalayna ajaziAAna am sabarna malana min maheesin | وبرزوا لله جميعا فقال الضعفاء للذين استكبروا إنا كنا لكم تبعا فهل أنتم مغنون عنا من عذاب الله من شيء قالوا لو هدانا الله لهديناكم سواء علينا أجزعنا أم صبرنا ما لنا من محيص وَبَرَزُواْ لِلّهِ جَمِيعًا فَقَالَ الضُّعَفَاءُ لِلَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُواْ إِنَّا كُنَّا لَكُمْ تَبَعًا فَهَلْ أَنتُم مُّغْنُونَ عَنَّا مِنْ عَذَابِ اللّهِ مِن شَيْءٍ قَالُواْ لَوْ هَدَانَا اللّهُ لَهَدَيْنَاكُمْ سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْنَآ أَجَزِعْنَا أَمْ صَبَرْنَا مَا لَنَا مِن مَّحِيصٍ | |||||
| Words | |وبرزوا - And they will come forth| لله - before Allah| جميعا - all together,| فقال - then will say| الضعفاء - the weak| للذين - to those who| استكبروا - were arrogant,| إنا - "Indeed we,| كنا - we were| لكم - your| تبعا - followers,| فهل - so can| أنتم - you (be)| مغنون - the one who avails| عنا - us| من - from| عذاب - (the) punishment| الله - (of) Allah| من - anything?"| شيء - anything?"| قالوا - They will say,| لو - "If| هدانا - Allah had guided us| الله - Allah had guided us| لهديناكم - surely we would have guided you.| سواء - (It is) same| علينا - for us| أجزعنا - whether we show intolerance| أم - or| صبرنا - we are patient,| ما - not| لنا - (is) for us| من - any| محيص - place of escape."| | ||||||
| 9 [17:101] | Walaqad atayna moosatisAAa ayatin bayyinatin fais-albanee isra-eela ith jaahum faqalalahu firAAawnu innee laathunnuka ya moosamashooran | ولقد آتينا موسى تسع آيات بينات فاسأل بني إسرائيل إذ جاءهم فقال له فرعون إني لأظنك يا موسى مسحورا وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى تِسْعَ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ فَاسْأَلْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ إِذْ جَاءَهُمْ فَقَالَ لَهُ فِرْعَونُ إِنِّي لَأَظُنُّكَ يَا مُوسَى مَسْحُورًا | |||||

| 10 [18:34] | Wakana lahu thamarun faqala lisahibihiwahuwa yuhawiruhu ana aktharu minka malanwaaAAazzu nafaran | وكان له ثمر فقال لصاحبه وهو يحاوره أنا أكثر منك مالا وأعز نفرا وَكَانَ لَهُ ثَمَرٌ فَقَالَ لِصَاحِبِهِ وَهُوَ يُحَاوِرُهُ أَنَا أَكْثَرُ مِنكَ مَالاً وَأَعَزُّ نَفَرًا | |||||
| Words | |وكان - And was| له - for him| ثمر - fruit,| فقال - so he said| لصاحبه - to his companion| وهو - while he| يحاوره - (was) talking with him,| أنا - "I am| أكثر - greater| منك - than you| مالا - (in) wealth| وأعز - and stronger| نفرا - (in) men."| | ||||||
| 11 [20:10] | Ith raa naran faqalali-ahlihi omkuthoo innee anastu naran laAAallee ateekumminha biqabasin aw ajidu AAala alnnarihudan | إذ رأى نارا فقال لأهله امكثوا إني آنست نارا لعلي آتيكم منها بقبس أو أجد على النار هدى إِذْ رَأَى نَارًا فَقَالَ لِأَهْلِهِ امْكُثُوا إِنِّي آنَسْتُ نَارًا لَّعَلِّي آتِيكُم مِّنْهَا بِقَبَسٍ أَوْ أَجِدُ عَلَى النَّارِ هُدًى | |||||

| 12 [23:23] | Walaqad arsalna noohan ilaqawmihi faqala ya qawmi oAAbudoo Allaha malakum min ilahin ghayruhu afala tattaqoona | ولقد أرسلنا نوحا إلى قومه فقال يا قوم اعبدوا الله ما لكم من إله غيره أفلا تتقون وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًا إِلَى قَوْمِهِ فَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَهٍ غَيْرُهُ أَفَلَا تَتَّقُونَ | |||||

| 13 [23:24] | Faqala almalao allatheenakafaroo min qawmihi ma hatha illa basharunmithlukum yureedu an yatafaddala AAalaykum walaw shaaAllahu laanzala mala-ikatan ma samiAAnabihatha fee aba-ina al-awwaleena | فقال الملأ الذين كفروا من قومه ما هذا إلا بشر مثلكم يريد أن يتفضل عليكم ولو شاء الله لأنزل ملائكة ما سمعنا بهذا في آبائنا الأولين فَقَالَ الْمَلَأُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِن قَوْمِهِ مَا هَذَا إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُكُمْ يُرِيدُ أَن يَتَفَضَّلَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَأَنزَلَ مَلَائِكَةً مَّا سَمِعْنَا بِهَذَا فِي آبَائِنَا الْأَوَّلِينَ | |||||

| 14 [27:20] | Watafaqqada alttayra faqalama liya la ara alhudhuda am kana minaalgha-ibeena | وتفقد الطير فقال ما لي لا أرى الهدهد أم كان من الغائبين وَتَفَقَّدَ الطَّيْرَ فَقَالَ مَا لِيَ لَا أَرَى الْهُدْهُدَ أَمْ كَانَ مِنَ الْغَائِبِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وتفقد - And he inspected| الطير - the birds| فقال - and said,| ما - "Why| لي - "Why| لا - not| أرى - I see| الهدهد - the hoopoe| أم - or| كان - is he| من - from| الغائبين - the absent?| | ||||||
| 15 [27:22] | Famakatha ghayra baAAeedin faqala ahattubima lam tuhit bihi waji/tuka min saba-inbinaba-in yaqeenin | فمكث غير بعيد فقال أحطت بما لم تحط به وجئتك من سبإ بنبإ يقين فَمَكَثَ غَيْرَ بَعِيدٍ فَقَالَ أَحَطتُ بِمَا لَمْ تُحِطْ بِهِ وَجِئْتُكَ مِن سَبَإٍ بِنَبَإٍ يَقِينٍ | |||||
| Words | |فمكث - So he stayed| غير - not| بعيد - long,| فقال - and he said,| أحطت - "I have encompassed| بما - that which| لم - not| تحط - you have encompassed| به - it,| وجئتك - and I have come to you| من - from| سبإ - Saba| بنبإ - with news| يقين - certain.| | ||||||
| 16 [28:24] | Fasaqa lahuma thumma tawallaila alththilli faqala rabbiinnee lima anzalta ilayya min khayrin faqeerun | فسقى لهما ثم تولى إلى الظل فقال رب إني لما أنزلت إلي من خير فقير فَسَقَى لَهُمَا ثُمَّ تَوَلَّى إِلَى الظِّلِّ فَقَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيرٌ | |||||

| 17 [29:36] | Wa-ila madyana akhahumshuAAayban faqala ya qawmi oAAbudoo Allahawaorjoo alyawma al-akhira wala taAAthaw feeal-ardi mufsideena | وإلى مدين أخاهم شعيبا فقال يا قوم اعبدوا الله وارجوا اليوم الآخر ولا تعثوا في الأرض مفسدين وَإِلَى مَدْيَنَ أَخَاهُمْ شُعَيْبًا فَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ وَارْجُوا الْيَوْمَ الْآخِرَ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ | |||||
| Words | |وإلى - And to| مدين - Madyan| أخاهم - their brother| شعيبا - Shuaib.| فقال - And he said,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| اعبدوا - Worship| الله - Allah| وارجوا - and expect| اليوم - the Day| الآخر - the Last,| ولا - and (do) not| تعثوا - commit evil| في - in| الأرض - the earth| مفسدين - (as) corrupters."| | ||||||

| 20 [38:23] | Inna hatha akhee lahu tisAAunwatisAAoona naAAjatan waliya naAAjatun wahidatun faqalaakfilneeha waAAazzanee fee alkhitabi | إن هذا أخي له تسع وتسعون نعجة ولي نعجة واحدة فقال أكفلنيها وعزني في الخطاب إِنَّ هَذَا أَخِي لَهُ تِسْعٌ وَتِسْعُونَ نَعْجَةً وَلِيَ نَعْجَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ فَقَالَ أَكْفِلْنِيهَا وَعَزَّنِي فِي الْخِطَابِ | |||||
