| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[7:59] | Laqad arsalna noohan ilaqawmihi faqala ya qawmi oAAbudoo Allaha malakum min ilahin ghayruhu innee akhafu AAalaykumAAathaba yawmin AAatheemin
|  لقد أرسلنا نوحا إلى قومه فقال يا قوم اعبدوا الله ما لكم من إله غيره إني أخاف عليكم عذاب يوم عظيم
لَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًا إِلَى قَوْمِهِ فَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُواْ اللَّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَـهٍ غَيْرُهُ إِنِّيَ أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ |
| Words | |لقد - Certainly,| أرسلنا - We sent| نوحا - Nuh| إلى - to| قومه - his people| فقال - and he said,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| اعبدوا - Worship| الله - Allah,| ما - not| لكم - for you| من - any| إله - god| غيره - other than Him.| إني - Indeed, I| أخاف - [I] fear| عليكم - for you| عذاب - punishment| يوم - (of the) Day| عظيم - Great."| |

| ኑሕን ወደ ወገኖቹ በእርግጥ ላክነው፡፡ አላቸውም፡- «ወገኖቼ ሆይ! አላህን ተገዙ፡፡ ለእናንተ ከርሱ ሌላ ምንም አምላክ የላችሁም፡፡ እኔ በእናንተ ላይ የከባድ ቀንን ቅጣት እፈራላችኋለሁ፡፡» |
| آل الجلالين | { لقد } جواب قسم محذوف { أرسلنا نوحا إلى قومه فقال يا قوم اعبدوا الله ما لكم من إله غَيْرُِهُ } بالجر صفة لإله والرفع بدل من محله { إني أخاف عليكم } إن عبدتم غيره { عذاب يوم عظيم } هو يوم القيامة . |
| Ni$ Nuzen ed Nuê i ugdud is. Inna: "a yagdud iw! Âabdet Öebbi! Ur tesâim ôebbi war Neppa. Nek ugade$ fellawen aâaqeb, ass ameqwôaêan". |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | নিশ্চয় আমি নূহকে তার সম্প্রদায়ের প্রতি পাঠিয়েছি। সে বললঃ হে আমার সম্প্রদায়, তোমরা আল্লাহর এবাদত কর। তিনি ব্যতীত তোমাদের কোন উপাস্য নেই। আমি তোমাদের জন্যে একটি মহাদিবসের শাস্তির আশঙ্কা করি। |
| Literal | We had sent Noah to his nation, so he said: "My nation worship God, (there) is not a God for you from other than Him, that I, I fear on (for) you a great day's torture." |
