مَا الْقَارِعَةُ ( 2 ) Al-Qari'ah ( The Striking Hour ) - Aya 2
What is the Catastrophe? Al-Qari'ah ( The Striking Hour ) - Aya 2
وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْقَارِعَةُ ( 3 ) Al-Qari'ah ( The Striking Hour ) - Aya 3
Ah, What will convey to you what it is, the Catastrophe! Al-Qari'ah ( The Striking Hour ) - Aya 3
يَوْمَ يَكُونُ النَّاسُ كَالْفَرَاشِ الْمَبْثُوثِ ( 4 ) Al-Qari'ah ( The Striking Hour ) - Aya 4
The Day when people will be like moths scattered in confusion. Al-Qari'ah ( The Striking Hour ) - Aya 4
وَتَكُونُ الْجِبَالُ كَالْعِهْنِ الْمَنفُوشِ ( 5 ) Al-Qari'ah ( The Striking Hour ) - Aya 5
And the mountains will be like flakes of wool. Al-Qari'ah ( The Striking Hour ) - Aya 5
فَأَمَّا مَن ثَقُلَتْ مَوَازِينُهُ ( 6 ) Al-Qari'ah ( The Striking Hour ) - Aya 6
And then, he whose scales are heavy (with good deeds), Al-Qari'ah ( The Striking Hour ) - Aya 6
فَهُوَ فِي عِيشَةٍ رَّاضِيَةٍ ( 7 ) Al-Qari'ah ( The Striking Hour ) - Aya 7
Will live in happiness and contentment. Al-Qari'ah ( The Striking Hour ) - Aya 7
وَأَمَّا مَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَازِينُهُ ( 8 ) Al-Qari'ah ( The Striking Hour ) - Aya 8
But as of him whose scales are light, Al-Qari'ah ( The Striking Hour ) - Aya 8
فَأُمُّهُ هَاوِيَةٌ ( 9 ) Al-Qari'ah ( The Striking Hour ) - Aya 9
He will be embraced by an Abyss. Al-Qari'ah ( The Striking Hour ) - Aya 9
وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا هِيَهْ ( 10 ) Al-Qari'ah ( The Striking Hour ) - Aya 10
