[20:10] | Ith raa naran faqalali-ahlihi omkuthoo innee anastu naran laAAallee ateekumminha biqabasin aw ajidu AAala alnnarihudan
|  إذ رأى نارا فقال لأهله امكثوا إني آنست نارا لعلي آتيكم منها بقبس أو أجد على النار هدى
إِذْ رَأَى نَارًا فَقَالَ لِأَهْلِهِ امْكُثُوا إِنِّي آنَسْتُ نَارًا لَّعَلِّي آتِيكُم مِّنْهَا بِقَبَسٍ أَوْ أَجِدُ عَلَى النَّارِ هُدًى |

| እሳትን ባየና ለቤተሰቦቹ፡- (እዚህ) «ቆዩ፤ እኔ እሳትን አየሁ፡፡ ከእርሷ ችቦን ላመጣላችሁ፤ ወይም እሳቲቱ ዘንድ መሪን ላገኝ እከጅላለሁ» ባለጊዜ (አስታውስ)፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { إذا رأى نارا فقال لأهله } لامرأته { امكثوا } هنا، وذلك في مسيره من مدين طالبا مصر { إني آنست } أبصرت { نارا لعلي آتيكم منها بقبس } بشعلة في رأس فتيلة أو عود { أو أجد على النار هدى } أي هاديا يدلني على الطريق وكان أخطأها لظلمة الليل، وقال لعل لعدم الجزم بوفاء الوعد . |

| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | তিনি যখন আগুন দেখলেন, তখন পরিবারবর্গকে বললেনঃ তোমরা এখানে অবস্থান কর আমি আগুন দেখেছি। সম্ভবতঃ আমি তা থেকে তোমাদের কাছে কিছু আগুন জালিয়ে আনতে পারব অথবা আগুনে পৌছে পথের সন্ধান পাব। |
