| بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ |

[23:23] | Walaqad arsalna noohan ilaqawmihi faqala ya qawmi oAAbudoo Allaha malakum min ilahin ghayruhu afala tattaqoona
|  ولقد أرسلنا نوحا إلى قومه فقال يا قوم اعبدوا الله ما لكم من إله غيره أفلا تتقون
وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًا إِلَى قَوْمِهِ فَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مَا لَكُم مِّنْ إِلَهٍ غَيْرُهُ أَفَلَا تَتَّقُونَ |
| Words | |ولقد - And verily| أرسلنا - We sent| نوحا - Nuh| إلى - to| قومه - his people,| فقال - and he said,| يا - O| قوم - "O my people!| اعبدوا - Worship| الله - Allah;| ما - not| لكم - for you| من - (is) any| إله - god| غيره - other than Him.| أفلا - Then will not| تتقون - you fear?"| |

| ኑሕንም ወደ ሕዝቦቹ በእርግጥ ላክነው፡፡ ወዲያውም «ሕዝቦቼ ሆይ! አላህን ተገዙ፡፡ ከእርሱ ሌላ ምንም አምላክ የላችሁም፡፡ አትጠነቀቁምን» አላቸው፡፡ |
| آل الجلالين | { ولقد أرسلنا نوحاً إلى قومه فقال يا قوم اعبدوا الله } أطيعوا الله ووحدوه { مالكم من إله غيره } وهو اسم ما، وما قبله الخبر، ومن زائدة { أفلا تتقون } تخافون عقوبته بعبادتكم غيره . |
| Ni$ Nuzen ed Nuê i ugdud is. Inna: "a yagdud iw! Âabdet Öebbi. Ur awen illi ôebbi, war Neppa. Day ur tepêezziben ara"? |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | আমি নূহকে তার সম্প্রদায়ের কাছে প্রেরণ করেছিলাম। সে বলেছিলঃ হে আমার সম্প্রদায়, তোমরা আল্লাহর বন্দেগী কর। তিনি ব্যতীত তোমাদের কোন মাবুদ নেই। তোমরা কি ভয় কর না। |
| Literal | And We had sent Noah to his nation, so he said: "You my nation, worship God, (there is) no God for you from other than Him, so do you not fear and obey?" |
| Yusuf Ali | (Further, We sent a long line of prophets for your instruction). We sent Noah to his people: He said, "O my people! worship Allah! Ye have no other god but Him. Will ye not fear (Him)?" |
