[99:3] | Waqala al-insanu ma laha
|  وقال الإنسان ما لها
وَقَالَ الْإِنسَانُ مَا لَهَا |
| Words | |وقال - And says| الإنسان - man,| ما - "What| لها - (is) with it?"| |

| ሰውም ምን ኾነች? ባለ ጊዜ፤ |
| آل الجلالين | { وقال الإنسان } الكافر بالبعث { مالها } إنكارا لتلك الحالة. |
| amdan ad yini: "d acu p iu$en"? |
| মুহিউদ্দীন খান | এবং মানুষ বলবে, এর কি হল ? |
| Literal | And the human/mankind said: "What (is) for it (what is wrong with it)?" |
| Yusuf Ali | And man cries (distressed): 'What is the matter with her?'- |
| Pickthal | And man saith: What aileth her? |
| Arberry | and Man says., 'What ails her?' |
